They were superb in showing us all the rooms and flexible with the move in. A highlight to Alivia is their superb communication: from attentive leasing office and utilization of the Updater app. These apartments are top quality with alot of thought put into the design and layout. Places at similar price range like Miro doesn't quite hit the mark because it lacks thoughtful design, sunlight, and space around the apartment. Some features that I personally enjoy are the honeywell smart ac system which I can control with an app, plenty of windows for the view and breeze, and the space under the island cabinet. The only downside is that I still haven't figured out how to let people in without having them call me from the front box and the water pressure is low on the 3rd floor. If you're looking for a quiet, gated, and bang for the buck apartment, I would recommend this location. It would be a really good step if Alivia can help create a roommate matching group b/c it would make this place way more affordable.

I show up to my appointment the girl working there has one no record of our appointment (luckily I had my email to show her). She states due to the covid 19 they are taking extend measures for everyone's safety not to show the facility in person only thru zoom. I understand due to Covid 19 measures like this could happen, but one management should have updated their WEBSITE and NOT CONFIRME appointments IF THEY ARENT ABLE TO! Also went i went in the facility was gross trash everywhere the outside paint looked like someone just got a bucket of paint and thru it on the wall. Horrible experience.

For starters, the safety, I walk my dog late at night and I've never felt unsafe, I always see security. Secondly, the staff is amazing. Wendy Daniel and Henry are helpful and are always in a good mood. On January 1st our toilet clogged and maintenance was quick to come and fix it. Third, the inside of the apartment is so beautiful, the marble counter tops in both the bathroom and living room are a nice touch, the space you get outside is also a really good size, the wood floors are convenient (especially if you have a fur baby). I live so comfortably here knowing that the staff is here to help us and that the other tenants are respectful. In all I would recommend this place to anyone

Sure, it may not be the most luxurious, but granted the accommodations at the rate you are paying, it is a steal. I only moved in a couple of months ago and was told that management was going to install new windows. It was the type of thing where I wasn't sure new windows would actually get installed, but sure enough they did install new windows! And the windows are very nice and help better insulate the apartment.

I'm sharing this so prospective residents know what our experience with management has been like…read more Incident occurred 9/4 and still no resolution. We have lived here since 2024 and were assigned a garage. After someone jumped the property gate and damaged our vehicle, we raised security concerns and were temporarily given the garage. Later, we were told that garage was needed for incoming residents and we had a new assigned carport. I explained I did not feel comfortable using an open space since there had been damaged to my car, the assistant told me she would share my feedback to the manager and the manager would get back to me but never then. Then came 2 days later then the controller for our assigned garage stopped working, and we discovered the code had been changed and our belongs had been thrown away or someone from maintenance named Andres kept them. The biggest issue was the lack of communication between management. Celina said she was not aware the garage belonged to us, while another staff member apparently believed it was vacant but if it were to be vacant why would they call us to let us know they needed it for incoming residents. Maintenance was instructed to clean it out, and some of our belongings were discarded because they were apparently mistaken for trash. We never authorized anyone to remove or dispose of our property. We were also never told to remove our belongings Trying to get the situation addressed has been extremely frustrating. The main office representatives have been disrespectful and unhelpful. We were given the supervisor Humberto's number and called approximately 20 times, leaving multiple voicemails, but never received a response. We repeatedly contacted Celina to let her know Humberto was not responding. We were told there was nothing she could do other than continue forwarding our emails to him, and that she was not the manager in charge. As residents, we expected management to know which garage was assigned to us, communicate with us before making changes, protect our belongings, and actually provide assistance when something goes wrong. I'm posting this so residents can make an informed decision. I'm also considering sharing our experience on TikTok so others can see what happened If you are considering renting here, I recommend asking detailed questions about garage assignments, security, management communication, and what happens to residents' belongings before signing..

The photos and information made it seem like a great place to live, so I scheduled a tour to see it in person. From the moment I arrived for the tour, the experience was welcoming and informative. The leasing team took the time to walk me through the community, show me the apartment, and answer all of my questions. They were friendly, professional, and made the whole experience feel comfortable rather than rushed. After the tour, the application process was very smooth and straightforward. Everything was clearly explained and easy to complete, and the team was responsive whenever I had questions along the way. It made the process feel simple and stress free, which is something I really appreciated. The move in process was also well organized. The apartment was ready when expected and the transition into my new home went smoothly. Moving can sometimes be overwhelming, but the team helped make the experience feel seamless. Another thing that has stood out is how quickly maintenance requests are handled. Any work orders I have submitted have been completed promptly and in a timely manner. The maintenance team has been professional and efficient, which really shows that the property cares about keeping everything running well for residents. Overall, my experience from finding the apartment online, to touring, applying, moving in, and submitting work orders has been very positive. I would absolutely recommend this community to anyone looking for a place to live.

To start I had no issues at first until I had an infestation with roaches from my dirty ass neighbors!! Which they took long enough to have someone spray my apt. Work orders are ridiculous to get completed! Then my upstairs bathroom tub had a major pipe issue again from the neighbors ( neighboring pipe system is connected) which caused a major leak issue that flooded my bathroom and kitchen. All of that mess took them over 3 weeks to fix and even then they didn't fix any of it right. Their maintenance person half asses stuff and they hire shitty services to take care of there problems. There was issues with the stair boards rotting to pot smoking noisy ass neighbors who party all night long. There's always a broken sprinklers going off inside the complex and left running for 2 days max! The kids in the area are all brats who like to damage the property kicking down little trees messing with the sprinklers throwing rock at the cars in the parking lot. I could go on and on about this company they only reason I stayed for the second year was because I was expecting a new baby and didn't want to go through all that moving hassle just before birth. Boy did I regret staying. I finally moved out end of May 2017 and I've never had any issues in my past regarding leaving the place a mess or in damage. So of course regardless my feelings I left this place in good condition the only thing was he carpet had one or two stains that were juice but very small that could easily be fixed with a good clean. I would have done it myself but time fell short . End result this shady ass company took my 500 deposit plus an additional 250 JUST TO REPLACE the upstairs carpet!!!!!! They claimed there were huge white stains all over that couldn't be removed every thing they say is a LIE and I was nothing but a good paying honest customer to them! I would most definitely NOT Recommend ANY COMPLEX ASSOCIATED with pan American property. They are nothing but blood sucking parasites. They don't keep up the property for the rates they charge you. They think by splashing a fresh coat of paint that mind you still isn't finished and is now taking them almost a year to complete makes their shitty ass property worth over 1800 for rent and it sure doesn't hide all of the inside flaws. This place is a run down. Im soooooo happy I'm in a better place now with a property that actually keeps up and takes care of their tenants!!
