This place is definitely unprofessional. I received a confirmation to my email stating I was able to take a tour of the facility today at 11:15am. I show up to my appointment the girl working there has one no record of our appointment (luckily I had my email to show her). She states due to the covid 19 they are taking extend measures for everyone's safety not to show the facility in person only thru zoom. I understand due to Covid 19 measures like this could happen, but one management should have updated their WEBSITE and NOT CONFIRME appointments IF THEY ARENT ABLE TO! Also went i went in the facility was gross trash everywhere the outside paint looked like someone just got a bucket of paint and thru it on the wall. Horrible experience. read more

I've been living here with my mom for around a year and a half and I only have positive things to say. For starters, the safety, I walk my dog late at night and I've never felt unsafe, I always see security. Secondly, the staff is amazing. Wendy Daniel and Henry are helpful and are always in a good mood. On January 1st our toilet clogged and maintenance was quick to come and fix it. Third, the inside of the apartment is so beautiful, the marble counter tops in both the bathroom and living room are a nice touch, the space you get outside is also a really good size, the wood floors are convenient (especially if you have a fur baby). I live so comfortably here knowing that the staff is here to help us and that the other tenants are respectful. In all I would recommend this place to anyone read more

All I can say is WOW. We really were scammed. We moved here in mid-August and were advised that we could have an extra parking spot right off the bat no problem.. but NO. Apparently it's first come first serve and we had to wait until 6 people moved out before we could have that parking spot. Then I just received a bill in the mail for the water, trash, and sewer when both of the women at the front desk advise me over the phone AND in person that those are covered so we only had to cover electricity, gas, and renters insurance. I trusted them and of course now looking over the contract they are not. We could have lived somewhere else if we had to cover ALL utilities. smh On top of that the parking around here is terrible. We are paying $50 for an extra parking space since we have 3 cars; so we constantly have to find parking in the round about (which is scarce), or walk across the Main Street and park somewhere on Hayford. DO NOT park on Alondra! My room mate was towed. The only good thing that I can say about these apartments are that they are nice and modern. The building we are in is safe and quiet. I can leave my door open and no one will come in or steal our packages. I am just very angry that they weren't truthful. We are moving as soon as our lease is up. read more

I called 4 times to report that our one and only toilet and bath is clogged. Maintenance promised to arrived in 30 mins. I literally begged for help because I want to use the toilet and clean myself up. I called again to know his ETA and I was told that the plumber will come the following day!!! Where is the sense of empathy and concern!! Didn't he realize that 5 people will have to hold their pee until the following day!!! I even suggested to consider opening their nearby office so we can use its toilet, sadly the request fell on deaf ears!!! As I write this review, I am still waiting and hoping that maintenance will come to do his job. This is very very disappointing! Park Apartments, please have a back-up plan for incidents like this. The rent in your unit is not cheap. We pay premium price to live here. Improve your service. read more

I have lived here for almost a year and I couldn't be happier. I've lived in apartments my whole life and park apartments are by far the best apartments I've lived in. The apartments are spacious and beautiful from the counter tops to the appliances, very modern and clean. It's like it's own community. The maintenance men are not only friendly but they are very professional and amazing at their job. Every day they are working on the property to keep it looking beautiful. They go above and beyond what most maintenance men do. The office staff is just as amazing. Wendy the office manager here is the kindest manager I've ever had. She returns calls quickly, sets up maintenance appointments if needed (which I rarely need) and takes the time to answer any questions you might have. She is always smiling and so sweet. Hamadi the other office worker is also so sweet I don't think I've ever seen her not smiling or happy to be at work. She handles things around the apartment complex very professionally and has a way of addressing things with a respect and a kindness that most people don't have. (Like old school morals and respect). She is also very helpful and quick to return calls. Needless to say I love living here and just renewed my lease and I don't plan on moving any time soon. We've lived her for almost 2.5 years and I love it here! Our apartment is perfect for the two of us; myself and my son. Everything is new and upgraded. The community is nice and quiet. I don't ever hear any of my neighbors while in my apartment. The ladies in the office are AMAZING! Very friendly and attentive. The few times I had to call for maintenance they were on top of it and maintenance showed up in a matter of minutes. I've lived at the park for 5 years, the new construction is done very poorly, me and my family moved into one of the "total renovated apartments, our thermostat to the heater was not hooked up, the window seals were caked with dirt and dead flies, the structure of the building is bad, the maintenance guys come to fix issues and week later its not working again, the office staff always has the "your the best tenant" fakeness , and they made alot of mistakes on rent and paperwork procedures, and the parking is horrible, and Norwalk City is full of homeless and gangs which have been seen on the premises, even been seen with no clothes in an empty apartment, so I recommend renting somewhere else, their rent is way to high for what you get, read more

I lived here for a year. Office staff was helpful in the first 2 months, after that they ignore you or if you do end up catching them at the office they are so sarcastic and give you the "you are the best tenant" BS. They are the most fake persons professionally speaking. Forget about your deposit when you move out they will squeeze every dime out of it. If you do decide to move in which I recommend to don't! Take pictures of anything and everything that goes bad on either end. They will charge you for anything or everything. The apartments are "renovated" and only because they changed floors and three countertops they charge $2,050 a month as if it was a luxury apartment. They have no Central Air so good luck during summer, their Water, Sewer and Trash fees are outrageous. Ceiling fans give out quick. I suggest buying a powerful Ac unit. Maintainence crew is okay now but it was terrible. The new guy is learning but responds quick. The "security patrol" is a joke. Evwrytime I would walk to throw the trash or coming home late from work, the security guard she/he would be sitting down on his/her phone talking or playing games. Sometimes I would catch them by the pool area smoking and they talk to you like if you're gang related. PARKING IS A JOKE. The so called $50 per month for extra parking is a laughing matter. There's no where to park sometimes CABLE, POOL MAINT., SECURITY, OTHER TENANTS GUEST would park on my spot. I had around 6-7 cars towed because they would park on my assigned spot. I paid for 4 months of extra parking (ON THE STREET!) cause there's no where to park and I never got my money back. DON'T MOVE HERE PAY A COUPLE EXTRA HUNDREDS AND AVOID TROUBLES AND GET BETTER SERVICE WITH MUCH BETTER QUALITY. read more

I've been living here for almost a year now. The apartments are really nice compare to those Ive seen around the area. They have nice flooring and awesome counter tops, and good storage space. Maintenance is one of the best I've come around with. I feel safe here, there is security walking around during the night. The pool is always clean and neighbors are great people. The Units looks brand new and clean however outside the apartment when you walk from the alley there are too many pets feces, trash is entering units balcony and trash are going to tenants garage. They should have someone clean the surroundings daily. Some tenants who don't have pets are now starting to have fleas inside their units. They should have strict rules for all tenants have pets because some tenants just leave their pet's feces in the alleys and not pick it up to throw to trash. They should add one more extra trash because trash gets too full. Their Administrative Reps are nice people however they need to improve to be more organize and answer phone calls or reply to emails sooner. There is less parking. Good thing this apartment is next to residential which for other tenants can park across the street and parking could have been a huge problem. read more

Let's start with they moved us to another apartment when they started their so called renovation so horrible work n they jacked up their rent so much almost $300 more they want to charge like if it's a luxury apartment when it does not have anything no central air the only thing they remodeled was the bath room smh everything else is the same old kitchen that is falling apart .. not to mention they damaged lots of our property during the remodeling which I made them pay for. They charge for everything !!! water ,trash ,sewer, gas,electric n you have to buy your own ac units or good luck during the summer the staff is horrible the company does not care their tenants at all I called to complain about the rent increase basically they said it's a business they are in it to make money. Nice community. It's set back off the street which is nice yet you still have access to everything. Pool is always clean and grounds are kept up. I've lived at park apt for about a year and so far I've had a pretty good experience. The staff always helps me out if I have a problem. Especially Leilani, she's usually always will to do the most she can as quick as possible. If needed anything fix due to the new construction they'd take care of me asap. With new construction there has been a few hiccups but I know that comes with the territory. Ive notices a few people in the trash but its a apt complex and not even gates stop people from coming into and community. I really cant complain. Im REALLY liking it here so far would mind if they added ac units to the place though :) read more

As i said previously in my 1st review... i am satisfied with the staff and i've lived here almost 10 years. I have a Chronic Asthmatic Son who is 5 years old. We've had to move back in July 2015 on the 22nd. They raised the rent and now they are doing more renovations where we live now and will be raising the rent again. I think this is very very unfair. We started out at a decent rent, now they are going up drastically and my husband and i are working day and night to try to make ends meet, and we have a very sick child. I don't think it's right and we can't afford the price that you are asking for. we are loyal and never late on our rent. i am asking for some kind of good faith discount. we are the ones that have to suffer, not to mention my son that is back in forth in the hospital due to the dust. I have lived in park apartments for over 6 years and all i can say is how disapointed i am. The renovations that are taking place have made life hell living there. Forcing us to move temporarily into another unit with only three days notice with no idea of when we can move back. Making us do the moving on our dime while assuring us of how befutiful it will look when complete. Disgraceful!!!!! Wendy one manager never returns calls and has her assistant Lalany call instead. While she pretends to be polite you can hear her undertone sarcasim, and general i don't really care attitude.
