I love that I am the first resident to ever live in my unit! I also love that the entire property is modern, new, and clean. The building is gated and there are also surveillance cameras in and around the premises. At nighttime, the building and parking lot are well-lit. It's very safe and secure. I love that The Views is pet-friendly. I have two cats, so I am especially pleased that the building & management allow me to accommodate my cats. In addition, the units have flooring rather than carpet; so, it's easy for me to clean up. There's even a convenient doggy station just outside in the parking lot area. The amenities are, of course a children small playground area, as well as a BBQ area. There are washing machines and dryers in each unit! I also like that there is a mini business center in the lobby for residents who may need quick access to a quiet area for a meeting, and a fully equipped fitness center, so you can get your work-out on:) The entire building is beautifully designed. Our Maintenace Guys (Can't remember their names) take care of maintenance needs and in case there are any maintenance emergencies. The building is located in a great area in Norwalk, Cerritos, Long Beach, Buena Park, La Palma, Anaheim, etc. It's also freeway close. The 605 freeway is just down the street and connects to all the other major freeways. There's a 7-Eleven right next door and there are several parks nearby and schools. This is really convenient for me and my girls. What makes The Views extra special is that the front office management team is very friendly, helpful, and kind. They have always been receptive to my concerns, and I appreciate it very much! Stephenie is so helpful, upbeat, and positive; and so is Tony the Owner. (who not only manages the building but also owns it). Let me just say that I've lived in different apartment complexes throughout the years, and I've never had such a positive experience as I have been having here at The Views Apartments. I can relax and get more done because everything is taken care of. Needless to say, I am so grateful to live here! And, BTW, I have great neighbors! What separates VillaCreek apart from other apartment homes is the exceptional service you receive. The maintenance team and the property management team feel like neighbors who have your best interest at heart. They are always accessible and work with you. Additionally, we have great residents. Everyone here is clean, relatively quiet, and respectful. I have been here for multiple years now and enjoy waving and catching up with friendly faces. No one gets nosey or complains, we all just get along and enjoy our space. The property owner has invested in upgrades which is a plus if you are a new resident. The location is great. There is a swimming pool, workout room, on site laundry facility, grill area and it just feels very luxurious. Oh and it's super clean! There is also security at night which makes the place feel safe and secure. Security is very important to me since I am being stalked. I love how accessible the management is here as my last apartment experience was less than desirable. My husband and I have enjoyed our time here. The rules are given for a reason and I love that everything is written out so you know what you can and cannot do. And they do enforce it, which I like. It's very quiet and the people are respectful and polite. Even a few residents asked how it was for us moving in which was very nice! I feel like it's like a little community of its own and I love that feeling. I do make my own videos and pictures for my online accounts and it's a very nice place to make self tapes and music covers since it's so quiet. I love that I can do that now and not feel rushed. In my previous apartment, I always had to rush to get through a self tape because I was anxious that it would get noisy and I don't like background noise in my videos. It has been so peaceful here so I look forward to being able to do those again. I also love how close we are to so many different stores, restaurants, gas stations, two malls and most of my doctors are right nearby. It's so convenient to me. I feel like I am spoiled and it's a really good feeling, truly! It is pretty much a lot of it is actually within walking distance to so many places we go to. Karen has been so helpful throughout the entire process and I'm so thankful for all she did for us! The selling point for me while I was apartment hunting was that the manager, Christina, was the most accessible and prompt at returning calls and answering questions, and this has not changed about her after signing the lease. She is incredibly attentive to our needs and works very hard to ensure we are happy where we live. The complex as a whole always looks great and clean. Anytime I've needed anything from her, she's on top of it right away. She's made living here very stress free and home-y! Aside from that, the complex itself is nice and feels very safe. Lots of security cameras around the complex (also a selling point for me living alone), locked gates, an assigned parking spot, and a nice clean pool which has been great during the summer heat. The units are upgraded and feel new. I love that it's across the street from a golf course as it makes for a better view and less crowded on the street for parking as opposed to having another apartment complex or residence there. She states due to the covid 19 they are taking extend measures for everyone's safety not to show the facility in person only thru zoom. I understand due to Covid 19 measures like this could happen, but one management should have updated their WEBSITE and NOT CONFIRME appointments IF THEY ARENT ABLE TO! Also went i went in the facility was gross trash everywhere the outside paint looked like someone just got a bucket of paint and thru it on the wall. Horrible experience.

Wendy Daniel and Henry are helpful and are always in a good mood. On January 1st our toilet clogged and maintenance was quick to come and fix it. Third, the inside of the apartment is so beautiful, the marble counter tops in both the bathroom and living room are a nice touch, the space you get outside is also a really good size, the wood floors are convenient (especially if you have a fur baby). I live so comfortably here knowing that the staff is here to help us and that the other tenants are respectful. In all I would recommend this place to anyone

Yvienne was my leasing agent. She is very friendly, funny, and delightful. The staff stays on top of any work orders you put in and have things repaired as soon as they can. They are very friendly and approachable. Always willing to help if needed. The apartments are very spacious and has a modern look to them. It is a gated community with a pool & spa, picnic area and BBQ grills. The one downside and it's a minor one, is that some times the landscaping can be a little noisy. But that's very rare. This is a great place to live. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

She has made so many beautiful improvements to our community, and you can truly see the difference since she became our property manager. It's refreshing to have someone who is attentive, approachable, and takes pride in making Encasa a better place to live. This place is a joke. Our car was broken into and management didn't care AT ALL. They let random…read morepeople wander into the complex, so it never felt safe. Water and gas were constantly shut off for "emergencies," which was just code for poor maintenance. The property manager was useless and basically impossible to reach unless they wanted money. They overcharged our rent multiple times, and then stole from our security deposit. It took over TWO MONTHS to get it back, and they deducted ridiculous amounts even though we left the apartment exactly how we found it. (Leaving us with only $83 out our $750 security deposit) The worst part of living here is the property management -- unprofessional, irresponsible, and shady. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place.
