Our trash was always looking like this

HONEST REVIEW about this place We had such a bad experience with these apartments at first it was nice because we were the first ones living there once people started to move in it just went down hill. NO ONE was picking up after themselves or their dogs. The dog park was full of poop and we didn't even bother to go anymore. I saw the maintenance people cleaning up at that and I don't think it was right how they had to pick up poop when there's a cleaning station for your dog. When we got our PARKING ASSIGNED it was super far and it didn't make sense why we had to walk all across other buildings and still walk to the 3rd floor so we kept asking them to assign us parking next to our building when there was so much parking spaces before more people moved in and they told us they couldn't because it was already assigned and it didn't make any sense because we were the few first ones so how was there even people already assigned? We were the only ones walking far to our cars Our PARKING KEPT GETTING TAKEN so why were we even paying additional parking for? We kept complaining and they couldn't do nothing about it. That we had to call towing on our own but we don't want to get into problems with the others and when we called the tow they wouldn't even come because they said they kept towing the wrong cars the persons actual car that belonged there by other callers. Also the WASTE MANAGEMENT wouldn't come by to take our trash anymore because people left a mess and didn't want to put the trash in the second one or smash the boxes. There was so much NOISE and party's super late I felt so bad so the people that lived next to the pool because they kept having loud music staying after hours and DJs We noticed there was a lot of POLICE ACTIVITY inside the complex We weren't happy and didn't feel safe anymore such a bad first time moving out experience with my partner.

Office closed when hours online say open?? A JOKE

I think things have definitely improved since…read moreI first started living here & I'll list the pros and cons below: Pros: - Pet friendly - Cheaper rent for a 2bedroom compared to others in the area - Spacious units - 1 parking spot in the garage & street parking (yes, sometimes the nearby streets get filled out, but I've never had an issue parking further away & walking) - Friendly staff members - Fast & friendly maintenance crew (seriously, they're so responsive to maintenance requests) and even the gardening crew here are so friendly!! - Pool & (small) gym - Leasing office does fun events sometimes for holidays - Security guard -They give you a Ring camera (you need to pay for membership) Cons: - Only one window AC unit (newer units seem to have 2, so I'm sure this won't be a problem moving forward), so we had to buy a couple of portable AC's to be cool in the summer - Doesn't come with fridge (but this is normal in the LA area) - Bathroom is reaaaally small (think airport small lol), but that's prob how they get more space in the apartment overall - Not a lot of laundry machines/rooms and a lot of times there'll be machines broken - They added a door to the front of the buildings that locks and it's a hassle for package deliveries because the drivers don't know to go around the back and sometimes packages will just be left out front and get stolen if not retrieved in a timely manner When I first started living here, there was a big problem with homeless people hanging around and even coming to our door. But ever since they hired security, it hasn't been a problem for the last two years. They even added locks to the dumpsters to prevent dumpster diving and from having people stay in there overnight. Overall, not a shabby place to live, especially as a first apartment!

I'm leaving this review primarily to give a big thanks to Jose from the maintenance team, as he…read moredeserves way more than 5 stars! We've been living here for over a year, and Jose is honestly the best maintenance guy we've ever had. Every single time he comes by for a repair, he's super friendly, professional, and incredibly thorough. He always spots hidden issues we hadn't even noticed, fixes everything right away, and leaves the place spotless. Overall, the apartment itself is great with wonderful surroundings, and Jose makes living here so much better. The only real downside is how some residents actually keep their dogs on the balconies all day. The dog upstairs barks nonstop whenever the owners are out, and there are other residents who also keep their dogs outside, and those dogs end up barking aggressively at anyone walking by. Leaving dogs out on balconies, especially in this heat, feels like a serious animal welfare violation. Dogs belong indoors where it is safe and cool. We've reported this to management before, but unfortunately, it's still happening.

I do not recommend this property. It is extremely expensive and not worth the cost. The lobby,…read morehallways, and elevators frequently smell like cigarette smoke, urine, And or dogs, making the building feel unclean and poorly maintained. For the amount residents pay, the overall living experience falls far below expectations. 8/3/26 @ 5:11pm Update: it's been well over a year and no change has been made.
