He walked me through what he and his company planned to do and explained everything clearly in advance, which I really appreciated. He also worked with us to stay within our budget, which meant a lot. They arrived right on time and tackled a pretty massive tree trimming project for us -- one 70-ft tall eucalyptus tree and two very overgrown 40-ft ficus trees. They trimmed a significant amount off all three trees, and the results look great. Ernesto brought a crew of four, and I could tell right away they knew exactly what they were doing. They showed up with two large, new-looking industrial trucks that hauled away full loads, which made the whole process very efficient. What impressed me most was how thorough they were.
