Do not use this cleaning service. I made four (4) separate appointments and they canceled each time. What was even worst was they never called me to let me know they were unable to make the appointment. I waited the first time and then called and they said they needed to cancel due to shortage of staff. Remember I was waiting on my scheduled day and no one called or came to my house. They used to be good when they started out. Now not so good. No attention to detail, cancel appointments frequently, and in too much of a hurry to get to the next job. Have to write checks to the owner's name, not the business name. Plus the owner also has a landscape business. Hmmmmm.... A 2 star rating is stretching it. Found a deal on Groupon with this company. I needed someone to clean a house we bought before moving in. I'm all fairness, it was very dirty but completely empty. I spoke to the owner Fernando to schedule and buy more time. After explaining the situation and that it was vacant he said his team could clean it in 6 hours, the amount o purchased on Groupon. Again, I offered more and he said he would charge $65 additional in cash for the appliances. We scheduled for 1:30 pm. The day of service, I get a call right at the time of scheduled arrival from the owner telling me "his girls" are running late. He confirmed the house was vacant. I said yes. I also said my husband was already over there waiting. He said he would go himself and needed 20 minutes to arrive. He said his girls would follow later. It took him a half hour. He arrived at 2:00 pm. One "girl" (his girlfriend it turns out) arrived at 3:30 pm. The second girl never showed. Literally nothing was cleaned. Unfortunately my husband left them unattended. They tried taking the $65 cash at about 4:30 "because they were done", admitting "you really don't get what those Groupons offer." I paid for 6 man hours and got 3 at most. The girlfriend was unprofessional and the owner had excuse after excuse. We later found out windows unlocked but looking as if they were. My husband asked about the reminder of our hours and Fernando said, "we could stay and just stand around for the remainder of the time because I. Hid opinion he was done." We have them a list. Again, the house was vacant. Again I offered to pay more when I scheduled. The photos show they were not done. This company is questionable at best. It's truly a scam. House size: 1290+/- sq. When I called and scheduled and requested to the owner that only vaccinated cleaners come to my home- the owner told me that vaccinated people were the ones spreading the illness. He then went on to talk about how the vaccine have Covid in it. NEVER supporting a company whose owner spreads misinformation and ignorance. read more

The three ladies arrived early and were cheerful. Two of the three had no mask on when entering. Two had masks with them but I had to provided a mask for one. They worked quickly and seemed organized. They were done in an hour. They dusted, vacuumed and mopped, cleaned 2 bathrooms and kitchen. But after they left I found crumbs/kitty litter under my kitchen table and barstools, dust on top of my frig, dirty spots on my tile that were missed during the mopping. An hour and a half after the appointment time I contact them and it sounded like whoever was answer the phone was drunk or asleep and had no clue who I was or my appointment even though he was the person I've been in contact with three times. Gave them two chances , both no shows with no calls or text to let me know. I contacted them the first time and rescheduled but gave up this last time. I texted them to let them know I no longer wanted service from them and then got a refund from Groupon. Not sure why they put ad out there if they could not handle. I would give this company a rating of 0 if I could. Allow me to explain...I learned of this company through Groupon. They were offering eight man hours worth of cleaning, this was supposed to be two cleaners for four hours each. Arrangements were made for the cleaners to come, they stated they would arrive at 1 PM. Instead, one cleaner arrived at 1:39 PM and left at 4:23 PM and was one her telephone most of the time. When you look at the services that were provided, the bathrooms were partially cleaned, one toilet remain dirty, the glass shower doors looked worse than when they were started smeared with a cloudy film, there was some type of cleaning solution on all of the bathroom cabinets which made them look smeared. In the the kitchen, the table and the counters were wiped off but they were not clean, they also looked worse than when she started, smeared, cloudy, with areas of remaining food. There were two bedrooms in the home that the cleaning service never entered, the stairs and the upstairs were not vacuumed, the living room rug was not vacuumed, and only about half of the floor was mopped, leaving the kitchen floor untouched. Areas such as trim, doors, door handles, window sills and ceiling fans weren't even an after thought. The purpose of having a cleaning agency come with so they could get the areas that I can't attend to on a regular basis. I clean my house regularly, it is tidy, uncluttered and clean. My husband attempted to reach out to the owner (Fernando) to reconcile this, and he was told "people think they can hold these girls hostage". He had no concern about making up for the services that were NOT rendered, and was not interested in trying to ameliorate the situation. The only thing we really wanted was the service that we paid for nothing more, nothing less. The Groupon deal is a SCAM as honored through this company, as far as I'm concerned this Company does not even deserve to be in business. read more

I bought this service through Groupon and was very pleased. They showed up early and got right to work. I would recommend them.

I wish I could give a good review for this company but that's not going to happen. My friend found them on Groupon and recommended them to me. Then the day before they were scheduled to clean my home they cleaned her home and she said they didn't do a very good job and they didn't finish the job. Plus they were an hour late. They were six hours late to clean my home... Yes you heard me right six hours late!! Then these ladies didn't even finish cleaning my home. I had a huge event planned for the next day that was going to take place in my living room and kitchen. The two ladies only worked for an hour and a half total and cleaned the two upstairs small offices and bathroom wipe down the appliances in the kitchen, countertop and threw some dishes in the dishwasher. Wipe down the half bathroom sink and that was it!! They did not sweep mop or vacuum or dust my large living room and they never completed cleaning the half bathroom floor and the kitchen floor. I was furious!! This company is an absolute rip off. Don't use them they say that they're going to clean for three hours. They don't clean for three hours, they clean for an hour and a half. Their advertisement is very misleading. I was in a bind and had to ask a friend to come help me finish cleaning before my event and she did because she's a faithful friend.
