I've been going here for years and the services and atmosphere is always exceptional. My most recent visit was no exception! I went in a few weeks ago to get a dip mani for Halloween. They were able to take me as a walk-in and seat me almost immediately. I decided to go all out for the holiday. Bryan did an amazing job start to finish! DO NOT GO HERE. Unsanitary, filthy, should have never came here. I went to get a pedicure here and regret it deeply. She was extremely rough and at one point was using the callous remover on the TOP of my foot which obviously hurts. The polish job was terrible but I didn't want to complain. I noticed they were using the "cheese grater" on other patrons which is very illegal and unsanitary. After about a day or two my feet began to get itchy but I thought nothing of it, over the next couple of days it's spread and I have red itchy bumps from my knees below. I thought I would call to express my concern and give them an opportunity to either implement better practices and ease my mind. The manager is a nightmare she basically told me it's impossible for a nail salon to give you any bacteria or fungal infection. Impossible? I was kind to her but was met with attitude as she told me if I got something from them why is it on my shins now, obviously they work not just on the feet. Towards the end of our nightmare conversation she stated I could come get cream from her to stop it that she has. So now she wants to give a cream she's not authorized to give me on my "made up" condition. Please avoid at all cost, they're cheap for a reason. Being from out of town (Dallas), I didn't know what salon to go to for a pedicure. I found Miracle Nails on Yelp and saw they had good reviews and opened earlier on a Saturday than most. When I got here, they were super busy and asked if I had an appointment. I told them I didn't, and they told me it would be a 30-45 min wait for a pedicure. I figured I'd wait since I didn't know where else to go. They were so sweet and the wait was not even 10 minutes! They got me in the chair to enjoy the massage and soak my feet. At max, I waited 20 minutes and they were super accommodating, despite how busy they were. My nail technician was super sweet, did a great job and constantly made sure I was comfortable. When we move into the area in November, I will remember this location and definitely recommend to others. But if you can - try to schedule an appointment time on the weekends. :) read more

She takes the time to figure out what you want, and once she knows what you're looking for, she moves quickly but is thorough. I think I found my new favorite nail salon! The receptionist greeted me & helped me check in. My nail tech, Mia, walked me to my seat and gave my a bin of color options. They had over 100 shellac color options - I already have my eye on a pretty green color for spring. I got the deluxe pedicure and it was wonderful. The service here is amazing as you going into the business they welcome you. The quality of everything they do is done at their 100%. Richard is my favorite nail tech. He does his job with such great attitude and he is very thorough in every step of the way. I love the outcome of my nails and appreciate that Richard takes his time and makes me feel special. My first visit was on 2/13/21 for pedicures for me and a friend who had also never been here. We made reservations ahead of time as it was Valentine's weekend. From the moment we walked in we were greeted warmly. They quickly took us to our seats and offered a beverage. I don't remember our techs names, but both were wonderful men. I loved my pedicure and tried shellac for the first time. The salon was clean, modern and relaxing and they are following covid protocals. I actually found the salon based on YELP reviews. Just finished getting a pedicure and my polish will need to be redone. The lady was nice enough, however, she did a terrible job polishing my toe nails and left rough edges. My family said I should call so I did. He said the technician has been talked to and next time you come they'll make sure I'm not with her. "So sad too bad". I get to go home and redo what she did. A big waste of my time and money. Ok, The manager called back and said she would fix the polishing. She put another coat on. I would say if you are going there be sure to check who is going to help you and how long they have been there. read more

Stopped by while in town yesterday and desperately needed a mani/ pedi I unfortunately don't remember the name of the young lady who did my nails but oh my goodness she was absolutely incredible! I changed my mind on the color of gel and dip like 5 different times and she never gave me grief about it which is something I've experienced many times before. She did an incredible job and gave me a leg and hand massage even though I got the most basic pedicure they have. I left large tip to show her my appreciation for the incredible service she provided and if I still lived here in San Antonio this would be the only nail salon I would ever go to! read more

NINA is your women for manis. Her very detailed work and on point technical skills have always made my nails look great whether it's shellac, dip or acrylic. Dip with shellac polish. Not featured is a matching shellac pedi with the same evergreen nail color. I prefer short simple nails with a square oval shape and clean cuticles but I've seen Nina do beautifully intricate designs as well. LOGAN spends his time to make sure every pedicure I've had with him is nothing less than an upscale spa experience. This is probably the 5th time I get my nails done here and every time the service has been great. Everyone is really nice and very accommodating. I went in today and asked for a pedicure and acrylic nails. It was my first time asking for a design on my nails, I usually just ask for one color so I was a bit nervous. I understand that everyone has different levels of expertise and sometimes they don't have the personnel with the experience to make that request possible. The pedicure and shellac were great but I was a bit dissatisfied with my acrylics. I had asked them if it would be possible to do the design and they said they could but what I ended up with was not what I was looking for. I would have preferred them telling me it wasn't possible but instead I paid $105 for this set. Again, they were super nice and have always had the best service but I wish they would have just been honest if I was asking for too much. Update: First of all, I have to say that I really appreciate the way they handled this situation and I can tell that they truly care about their customers. The day after I got my nails done, the manager called me to apologize and she invited me back since the owner offered fixed my nails. They told me that they do have technicians for special designs and that I was accidentally placed with the wrong technician. When I arrived they were both really sweet and very attentive to the details. I honestly had the best service I've ever had. Even though it was getting close to closing time she didn't rush the set, she took her time and made sure I approved every step of the way. It was my first visit there this past Saturday. I read really good reviews of this place, so I had to try it. The salon was quite busy. I waited about 15-20 minutes before being called. Mimi was my nail tech. It was well worth the wait! The service was GREAT! From start to finish Mimi took great attention to detail and was very personable and professional. It's reasonably priced, and the inside of the store is very clean and new-looking. I had the pleasure of having Mimi do my nails, and I've honestly never had a nail-tech take so much time and care with my nails. These workers must be high-end professionals, because Mimi definitely made my nails look like they were done by one. She took the time to smooth over every bump, which of course made them look perfect. I used to love this place. I was a solid customer until last week. 8/10 I got my nails done dip set as usual, for some reason this lady kept trying to talk me out of the color I literally always get. She made my nails super lumpy and not smooth, never really dusted the nails so they're grainy, and less than 24 hrs later the lumpiest nail snapped clean off. I paid 80$ for that and I can't justify spending 80$ on a set that'll snap off in a few hrs. I loved the vibe and the cleanliness but you know what it isn't worth it anymore.. I wasn't able to go back as I had a vacation and a plane to catch. So I left with a broken nail lol I'm super salty about that but whatever it is what it is. read more

This place was amazing! I never write reviews, but they made me want to. Checked my temperature when I came in and had me wash my hands. The piano music is so soothing and they're all very nice! None of the workers were rude and they told me about their discount package for a manicool and pedicool together. It's just a mani/pedi except they scrub your hands and feet and do a paraffin wax treatment to both! It was amazing. Most soothing and longest manicure I have ever gotten. I wish I had gotten the name of my nail tech, he was great and very nice. He also offered me a drink while he gave me the pedicure and they politely asked the people next to me to keep their masks on which I appreciated. She was SO PATIENT with me, didn't ever rush me into making any decisions, and is very detail-oriented so she took her time in getting the exact shape i wanted! I could tell she was taking her time and I couldn't have appreciated that more, especially since no one had ever really taken the time to really shape my nails according to the shape of my finger (I'm super insecure about my wide nail beds and skinny fingers- nails never looked good on me cause no one would take the time to adjust to me!!!).
