I normally don't leave reviews but I just want to show how disappointed and concerned I was with the hot soak off method used to remove my acrylics. I ONLY came here to take my acrylics off. The hot water method and the continuous filing with the nail drill on a high speed left my nails very sensitive and thin. I would not recommend coming here to soak off acrylics. read more

Will not go back because of today incident where she in fact did not complete my set of nails. Not long, no special designs. I just wanted short "Deep French"tips. If I could give zero stars...suck! They use cheap acrylic! My acrylic nails started popping off about two days after I got my nails done. This happened on two separate visits. I returned to get my nails fixed and they actually tried to charge me for the repairs! These ppl are rude to Black ppl but 90% or more of their customers are Black! I truly believe they overcharge Black ppl as well. The pedicure spa is terrible, boiling your feet in hot water with no salts or foot soak treatments. The Asian women are nasty and rude, especially the younger ones. I will NEVER go back! read more

I love Miracle Nails..been here a few times actually. However I went to get my nails done the other day and the woman that was doing my nails was obviously fighting a cold or something. They did wear mask however she was coughing and sniffling why doing my nails. Anyways long story short, here I am 2 days later probably sick with a head cold. If you are sick and performing a service where you are in close proximity to your customers, I think it's best to not come to work for a day or so. Who know how many other people she did nails on and now they are sick too. Yesterday April 26,2022 I went and got my eyebrows done and the lady burned my face.. i wrote a review and they told me to come back today as in April 28,2022.. I get there and the only thing they did was told me they were going to give me some ointment for my face. They gave me OPENED AND USED EXPIRED NEOSPORIN & the man said " and can you take your review down, it's hurting my business " .. I guess I'm a fan. Once a month my daughter and I have daughter-daddy time and we go here for a pedicure. This is her place so her review would probably be better than mine. The place is clean, they use good hygenic cleaning techniques and the staff is always friendly. There is plenty of room to spoil yourself but the waiting area is small with few seating. The nail techs are the best; they know what they are doing. The price is reasonable and they get you in and out within an 45 mins to and hour. Went in to get dip manicure. The first nail tech sat down and proceeds to take the dip off like you take off acrylic nails using a nail to go under the dip polish once I told her no I don't want them taken off that way I would rather soak them off she got mad put little acetone into 2bowls and left and began to do another customer pedicure.I sat for so long they sent another lady over to me (Tammy) she did my dip manicure it's not what I'm use to but I was great full my nails were done BUT, I will not be returning after such treatment hold up I also got my polish changed on my toes Took the lady forever not satisfied never again read more

Loved it! My nails are popping and amazing!! It was a little shabby and dingy inside but that didn't matter at all!! The woman even asked if I wanted another polish coat, I loved it honestly. I will return and soon! I did notice that she didn't rub acetone on my finished nails but instead just cuticle oil! Also when she removed my old previous gel polish it didn't hurt!!!! I came in to get a full set with gel polish which says it it is $37 on the brochure, but they charged me $40. I got pretty short nails so idk what the extra $3 was for. I didn't realize he overcharged me until after I got home, and he did not do a great job on my nails. I hate the shape. I showed the young lady who seemed like she did not want to work from the very beginning a picture of what I wanted thinking I was being helpful. She took a quick glance, said ok and told me it'd cost $25 even though full sets are 19.99. I asked why 25 and she responded "it's $25". And that would of been fine had she done what I asked, but not only did she not do what I asked but she seemed upset and rushed (didn't even push the cuticle back) while doing the below average work. Won't be returning. I will say there was a kind older woman and gentleman who had very happy clients in there though so maybe I just got the wrong technician. I returned to Hampton to visit my alma mater & I needed my nails done (I typically get them done in Maryland). My friend recommended this place to me, but she gets acrylic. I get SNS (dip powder) & I must say that this is THE WORSTTTT SNS job EVER. First, the older guy that did my nails had a WART on his hand. The Lady that went before me told me that she was a nurse and warned me that he had a wart on his hand and that warts are contagious. While she was talking to me, he rudely asked her "what did you say to her? (I had already witnessed him being rude to her while I was waiting). She told him that he had a wart on his hand & that they are contagious & he ROLLED HIS EYES. After 15 mins into my nails & him noticing that I was avoiding touching that part of his hand, he finally put gloves on. While he was doing my terrible SNS job, I asked him was he going to do another coat of powder bc it was very thin , his response: "I know how to do my job" Clearly he DIDNT because my real nails & the powder started chipping & breaking off the next day. 1 week later & i've had to cut down 5 nails that were broken & my nails were already short. I have NEVER had a nail break with SNS. The man did a job that was just as SH*TTY as his attitude. Never get SNS here. It's not worth the $40. I wouldn't have even gotten this nail job for FREE. There are much better places in Hampton to spend your time & money, with nicer people. I HIGHLY recommend Nail Studio on Big Bethel Rd. They were my fav while I lived in Hampton. read more

After 30 mins of sitting in a nail tech's chair (with no check ups or attention) I decided to walk up to the counter to ask an employee where my nail tech was and to let them know I had been sitting at their station for a while. They replied, "there are a lot of people who were here before you, i cannot tell you how long you will wait there" and walked away. I left after this. I get the vibe that they feel entitled because they're in the "coveted PTC area". I recommend letting high schoolers and tourists spend their money there and take yours elsewhere. I went there today because a friend recommended this place and I sat there for 10-15 Mins and still No hi from the nail techs and there were 5 nail techs working and even when I went to get a nail polish from the back while I was waiting still no hi or pick a color or anything. RUN FAR AWAY! I got a pedicure here about one month ago and I've been meaning to leave a review. I experienced an extremely NON professional atmosphere. My nail technician (I won't blast her by writing her name) was arguing with the owner after my pedicure was complete while I was under the dryer. They were so loud that I'm pretty sure all of the customers could here them. Their back and forth banter gave the entire establishment bad energy. I come to this place often. This is about the fifth time I've been told the wait time would be 16 minutes. To keep you here they will soak your feet and take off your polish then make you wait hours. They put you in a messed up position by taking the polish off because if you wanted to leave at that point you could but it's like annoying. I initially went here to get my eyebrows waxed and decided to get a pedicure while I was here since they were only $20. For some reason the nail tech decided to take the PUMICE and scrub my whole leg. She scrubbed my legs so hard she left really painful abrasions and one even bled. She asked me if it was painful; I said yes and she tried to do it again. She also stopped mid-pedicure every few minutes to gossip with the other tech doing my friends toes.
