I made an appointment for my mother's house while I was back home on a visit. That process was easy, friendly, and fast. Although I had returned to my city/state of residence by the time the appointment took place, I spent a few minutes on a video call with my mom, sister, and the MM representative (yes, I am a control freak. I've embraced this truth and so should you). Again, nothing but pleasant service, great suggestions, and answers to every question we had. My mom is still exploring renovation options, but I think we were all impressed with what MM has to offer, and will be happy to work with them when the time comes to refresh the bathrooms in our family home. read more

Way over priced thought Inwas calling another company, but got them instead. Had them give me a quote for finishing my kitchen counters and one bathroom sink. They came back saying it would be $1000. Got the correct number for Get a Grip, job got done for $325. I can replace the counter tops for $1000 read more

They did a great job, and despite being in a busy season, they squeezed me in only about two weeks. The only reason for 4 stars is the price. I didn't get any other quotes, but two dime-sized nicks in my bathtub costs me 345$... Just seemed a little much, but nonetheless, they did a great job matching the color. read more

I had this done in 2015, and it looked great for the first year or two, but then the nice white finish seemed to be fading...and after about three years we compared the "before pictures" and discovered that it really HAD been gradually fading--to a point where we were seeing the exact same stains in the exact same places as they were in the "before picture". So it was indeed a "miracle" that it looked so new for a while, but the "miracle" faded away as though it had never been done--at a substantial cost I might add. read more

I had my tub & surround done several (probably 7 or so?) years ago. While I was initially pleased, it didn't last. They did come out once to re-spray after some bubbling & peeling around the drain. I do think I may have had an inexperienced (but personable) ininstaller. But the warranty work was done by someone else. That didn't last long either, so I gave up (also lost my paperwork in a larger scale remodeling project). Beware-drop the shampoo, can of shaving cream & it'll ding the finish. It is now a blistered, peeling, flaking ugly mess all over. I so wish I had saved my money & done it differently. 2 stars for the pleasant people. Unfortunately, the lack of quality makes it an overwhelmingly negative experience, despite nice people. read more

Tub looks brand new! They came in on time, took exactly as long as predicted. Very courteous. We are selling the house so cannot speak to how well the refinishing will hold up. Only reason the review is not a 5 star is that they charged for removal of the shower door, but then left in the hallway. I expected them to take away. However, I did not clarify ahead of time so part of the responsibility is on me. Would use again. read more

We have had two bathtubs refinished by Miracle Method, the first one in July 2015 and the second one in November 2020. The first tub is used regularly and is the one with which we have had a problem. It was a whirlpool tub at the time of the refinishing. After a few months, it developed a stain directly beneath one of the jets. When this problem was checked out by Miracle Method, I was told it was due to water leaking from the jet, something I had never noticed before the Miracle Method treatment. A touchup was done to cover the stain, but it reappeared within 6 months. We decided that the only way to prevent this again would be to convert the whirlpool tub to a soaking tub by plugging all the jets with silicone, covering them with stainless steel covers glued in place with marine sealant, and caulking with silicone around the outside. When I reported the reoccurrence of the stain and a new problem with the finish bubbling in the soap dish depression , I was told that the original finish used on the tub was no longer available, so we would need to select a new color to refinish the entire tub at a cost I was unwilling to pay. Somehow none of this was covered by the warranty. We selected a color from their limited samples that was close enough to the original to be satisfactory and made the decision to ask that the entire bottom of the tub be treated. I was told that it might be noticeable, but the sample seemed OK. It wasn't. The bottom of the tub now looks like it is dirty because of the contrast between the retreatment and the original. This retreatment was done at a cost of $195. When I talked with the folks in the office again about how dissatisfied we were, they put me in touch with Eric, the owner. I asked for a quote to redo the entire tub and to have the $195 charge for the most recent work forgiven. Eric's reply to me was, "How is that fair to me?" to which I replied that it would keep me as a satisfied customer, which apparently was unimportant to him. He did offer to redo the entire tub for an amount less than originally quoted, but we decided to delay any decision about further treatment. Let me say that the office staff and the technician who have done the work are the nicest people to work with. Eric -- not so much. read more

1/24/2018 Wow! Where do I actually begin? To say the least, I am more than just livid. We had two of our bathrooms completely refinished (shower, tub, sink and floor) and one bathroom everything refinished except the floor. We also had our kitchen counters refinished. On the day when the job was completed approximately three years ago, I was at work and my husband was home. The young man that completed the job informed my husband that he was done and left not addressing much of anything other than not to use any harsh chemicals and suggested that we use Scrubbing Bubbles (needless to say, this does not work but we continued to use it anyway). When I arrived home from work, I looked over everything that had been done and noticed that in the master bedroom shower, the caulking had not been redone around the bottom tile of the shower and that the counter top in our guest bathroom had not been covered completely in the corner of the counter top surrounding the sink. However because we were advised that we had a five year warranty, I decided not to call at that time and would wait to see if anything else would arise prior to the five years warranty expiring. As we continuously used the shower in our master bath, the floor started to peel in areas and it began to discolor and became harder and harder to clean. The lip around the drain in the master bath sink also became rusted again. The tile on the floor also became dull and discolored from areas that were not covered by throw rugs. Meantime in the second bath the sink became to peel. Not only that the third bathroom's sink began to get bubbles in it and started cracking. However I still did not call immediately because I was afraid that if they came out once within the five year period of the warranty expiration date that they may not come out again so I was still trying to hold out. Other items that I did not mention is the third bathroom shower floor also started to become discolored and difficult to clean, in addition to the second bathroom's tub having a slight ring around the inside although its probably only been used maybe 10 times since it was refinished. Not to mention that the finish on the kitchen counter tops started coming off of the edges and was slightly discoloring. If anything warm (not hot) or cold was set on the counter top it would discolor said area. That would happen even with me setting the item on top of a couple of paper towels. Well we decided to sell our home and relocate outside of Madison and at that point it was time to contact Miracle Method to live up to their warranty. I pointed out to the rep that the peeling was not even in the same spot where there was slight movement under the shower floor but he still insisted it was not covered by their warranty since he could bounce up and down on the floor of the shower. The shower floor is not fiberglass and it will give slightly which was the same when the finish was initially done. Moving along to the master bath sink where the lip of the drain was rusted. The rep used the flash light on his phone and looked under the counter of the sink and told me that the pipe was rusted and the rust was coming up from the pipe. What a joke when it was rusted the first time they did it. Again he said it was not covered under their warranty. With that being said, I instructed him to get out of my house and don't bother looking at the sink in the third bathroom because I was sure he would say that was our fault as well and not covered by warranty. He continued to give me the ifs and buts still stating items were not covered by warranty. My husband heard me yelling telling him to just get out because I didn't want to hear anything else he had to say and my husband came in the room and told him to leave as well. There is no way that I would ever recommend them to anyone ever. I had initially informed our realtor that the bathroom would be repaired prior to the sell of our home since it was still under warranty. So on that note, I hope that the buyer will not want these items repaired prior to the sell because if they do, I'd rather replace the items than to fool with another company after being burnt by Miracle Method. I could not have been any more careful with cleaning and taking care of the refinished items but that didn't pay off. All I can say is BEWARE because this company will probably come up with a million and one reasons why your discrepancy is not covered under their warranty. We were truly taken advantage of and I know that God will take care of those that use others. read more

Living outside their service area they still came promptly, gave us an estimate & within a couple of weeks they change my tiled ugly bathroom into a beautiful updated show piece. We also had a fiberglass 2 piece tub done & it looks amazing. They definitely live up to their name. The guy doing the work ( Danny ) was awesome & very professional.
