Worth every penny!…read more I just had Brad with NHance finish my Cabinet Color Change, and I will have to say, I am more than satisfied with his work! The color change has exceeded my expectation. My cabinet doors were removed and taken to the shop, a week later the cabinet boxes were taped off, and a cabinet door was left for my approval. Once we got the door to the color of my liking, Brad started the cabinet boxes. They were pretty much done in a few days. He then came back and put the doors on and did a few touch ups. I even had a busted hinge on a door that he replaced at no extra charge! I noticed before he finished that some of the stain made it's way outside of the taping and was on my walls and floor, but when he finished, all of that was removed and I never even had to ask. The process was a bit lengthy overall (which I was 100% aware of and told up front how long the process takes), but well worth the wait and didn't really impact the use of my kitchen much. The finished product looks like real stained wood. The only tip I would suggest to either the company (or you the homeowner), is drape EVERYTHING in a drop-cloth or plastic sheeting and tape off any open rooms. My kitchen, dining room and living room are all open to each other and after the boxes were sprayed, I had brown dust all over everything! It even made it into the bathroom somehow. This dust is virtually invisible, but it was on the TV, TV Stand, floor, tables, island, blinds, ledges, picture frames, fans...etc. It took 3 passes and 2 boxes of swiffer pads to get most of it up. Needless to say, my floors have never been so clean (and my socks never so dirty LOL) Overall, I am exceptionally happy and would recommend this to anyone. **This is my initial review upon completion. I will update or review once my kitchen has had time for "wear and tear" and let you know how well the stain holds up.

The guys arrived on time and were very nice. I'm disappointed to see all the 5 stars when all I can…read moregive is about 2. They arrived just after 10 and didn't leave until just after 4! I have a 20 x 12 living room that has old, (before I moved in the house) pet urine stains in some parts. I was told that they would have to darken( was never given a choice of colors) it some but that the stains would probably still show. My floors are now way darker and every stain shows.! They said they made a mistake and took $100 off and said they could come back to fix it, but, would charge me $100 to do so! They also suggested I could just cover up the mistake with a piece of furniture. I thought the original price would have included a nice smooth finish. Not the case. I have to pay extra for it to be smooth so right now, in stocking feet you can feel smooth in some areas and rough in others. All the stains or small problem parts are the rough spots. . Also, with all the rules that gave me about the floor ( which some I have heard from others who had their hardwood floors refinished, are true) basically I would simply not be able actually use the room as any little thing would mark it up. So,supposedly I can't exercise in the room, have my pets or just general daily living. I have also found hairs in the finish. I'm very disappointed and now will have to hire someone to fix my floors.

They came in to refinish them and in one night our floors were shining like never before. They actually look better then when they were new. Great job guys and thank you for the great work.

I appreciated the communications with the owner and working a deal with price and availability. As…read morewe got closer to the date of work, I was called and told that they had scheduled vacation on those dates and could I be flexible in moving them. I agreed and he also agreed to give me a small discount in return. Note, my job was to have my concrete floor painted. It is about 2500 sf or less. it is our sun room with the biggest piece of furniture being the threadmill. He discussed the moving and possibly having guys come back days later when things dried and me giving a tip to the guys to put things back. I was onboard with it, but at the same time reserved that we may be able to do it ourselves. A man and woman showed up. It was the guy I had been talking to. I won't go into every detail, but he didn't say much and was grateful, we had moved everything out. The next time we talked was in selecting the stain. They spent the first day preparing the deck cleaning it up. As I looked out some other guys came and went. The next day they stained. Additional folks came, hung out. When the job was done, I came around front and we paid him. The receipt said for us to look at the work and make sure we were satisfied because any returns, while they do stand by their work, would cost us $100 for a return visit. I thought that was ridiculous as I could not walk on the floor for at least 3 days. They picked up their stuff and left. Later, next day, we were out front and found the empty can of paint. I guess that was a good thing, we now have it as reference in the event we need to spot paint anything. We didn't get any names of who to call to help put things back, but we ended up doing it ourselves and getting some help with the threadmill. There were some corners that were questionable and some cracks, but we can live with it, not worth paying $100, or anymore at thisi point. My opinion is that I think their customer service could have been a little better by greeting the customer, explaining precisely what was going to be done, what type of people would be coming and going off the property and their purpose, and the expectation of how to check things and avoid the $100 fee to come back if something is found. Then add a touch by calling the customer and saying, how did things turn out for you?

Hired to finish repairs on my deck. Showed up late and didn't have tools needed - saw, sawhorses,…read moresquare, jigsaw. Tried to do all the cuts with just a circular saw! Results were what you'd expect - crooked ends inconsistent lengths from bad measurements, overall sloppy. Price was increased 3 times in 2 days. Paid extra cash to replace railing spindles - guys ran out of time and didn't even replace them. Didn't take photos of original boards and didn't build it back correctly! By end of second, short day I told him to leave and I'd finish it. He has the nerve to ask if I wanted them to repair my fence! My wife said 'he'll no'! No pride in workmanship. Stay away.
