The sales man was very nice, and so were the office staff I talked to. The men who came out to do the work, however, made the experience terrible. They said they might not be able to do certain things as promised, and the process went differently than was explained to me. They did say wall paint might get messed up, and it absolutely did in both bathrooms so I've had to repaint. They also pressured me to leave my bathrooms completely unusable in between the days they were there (sinks and vanities covered), toilets covered or blocked off by plastic, plastic and mess everywhere. I am happy with the result (after they came back to fix it afterwards), and I suppose if I had left my house for the week it would have been fine. As it is I wouldn't do it over again, I'd pick someone else read more

Team was great, friendly and responsive. Sales person wasn't high pressure but answers all my questions. Install worker was friendly and focused. Overall no regrets two months later. I'm in the process of remodeling my bathroom myself. The last thing I needed was to get a quote for my tub to be reglazed. I called miracle method today. The only reason I'm giving two stars is for the kind young lady who answered the phone and the sales rep coming out within a few hours of my call. Brian showed up early to give me an estimate. I explained we would be redoing our bathroom next week and the tub was the last thing I needed a quote on and to schedule. He went over the process and explained everything. I also explained I have a medically complex child with severe lung issues. He advised me to keep her out of the home during the process and maybe even the next day. Sure no problem. Here's where I deduct 3 stars and take my business elsewhere. He gave me his quote which I felt was extremely high. I told him I wasn't expecting it to be that much and his response was "well it's not paint we're doing. " With that quote he said he could have someone out to do it Friday. As I'm trying to plan out where my kids can go for two days, who will be here to let them in because I have work, and justifying spending way more than I anticipated he says, "if you don't do it Friday, it's a 20% increase." I thought he was joking until he called someone and then handed me the invoice with it written down. The tub was the last thing I wanted to do so I didn't mess it up while doing the rest of the bathroom. Not to mention I need more than 2 days to plan for my medically complex kid. For $1,200 I should be able to call back whenever I'm ready to schedule an appointment. So do your research. The other top companies on Yelp quoted me $700 less for the same service regardless If I wanted to call back in 2 weeks to schedule. read more

Service was conducted March 2024. The dinished product came out better than we expected. We were rally happy with Brian the Sales Manager who walked us through the process with no pressure sales. The workers came out to the house on time, weel dressed, and went above and beyond what was contracted. They took personal care of our existing counter cabinets which were not being refinished. The work done included the resurfacing of the original 30 year tubs and the original square tiles in the Master Bedroom shower. Just an outstanding job all the way around. The price was very reasonable, and everything was done as contracted with no follow-up work. I highly recommend this Contractor. read more

I had both our counter tops and kitchen sink refinished by Miracle Method. We are happy with the results of the counter tops. They look much better and so far are holding up very well. However, I wouldn't do this for sinks again, and wouldn't recommend for that. Use a normal refinisher. The finish used here for the sinks is fragile, VERY easily chiped by silverware or bumps while washing pots, letc. It's been about 3 momths. I have rubber mats in the sink and on the divider but still have a couple of chips where the finish is gone already. read more

I couldn't be happier. I interviewed several companies. Most had the same process. Miracle Method is unique (and a trailblazer in the industry). From the interview process to installation, it was all they said it would be. Only better. My home had its original 30 year old tile. It really is a miracle. read more

These people and their "method" are horrible. Less than 2 years later it's already falling apart. They say "water damage". Really!? In a shower? Do not use these people or their product. Horrible customer service. More than $800 later, I'm left with having to do it all over again. Not even a "let's come look at it" or "we can offer a discount to fix it". Just, we can fix our mistake at a cost to you. read more

Exceeded Expectations. As a home owner and DYI (Do It Yourself) due to cost of labor, it was refreshing to actually get a quote that made sense and a company that was not looking for an easy pay day and just looking to overcharge. Meet with Brian who was the initial Sales / Tech who went over all the details, colors, warranty and schedule the job. Brian was not pushy and gave us an honest expectation and good pricing. Miracle Method technician Andres Nepom showed up on time and instantly made sure to review the color we had chosen, went over the area he was going to be working from. The work exceended my expectations and man I'm glad I did not attempt this myself. To do this correctly it takes a lot of work but Andres took his time and to my surprised he left the area better then when he got here. He made sure to pick up all his tools but also wipe down every area in our bathroom (amazing), to still find people who take pride on their work and want to make sure the customer are happy. I highly recommend Miracle Method not only for their work quality and pricing but because they actually care !! read more

The guys are standing by their word. My outdoor tub had a few bubbles after paint was cured. They came over to fix it very quickly

Great customer service. Saw their display at the Riverside County Home Show and gave them a call. Jon Banuelos came out and fully explained how they would refinish the bathtub and tile shower walls. We opted to go with their service. The application took 2-days as discussed, one for each color and the crew was on-time and professional. Finished product looks great! I believe their service is good value for the $$ read more

I happen to see their ad on Facebook and knew I wanted to clean up my 20 year old bath tub. Jon was very nice and upfront about the cost. Nothing was hidden. Since I knew what I wanted I wasn't a hard sell. We set up an appointment and they were on time and ready to work. Everything was taped off and exhaust fans placed to make sure we weren't breathing in the compounds. I'm sorry I can't remember the techs name but he was nice and had a background similar to this process which gave me confidence. They leveled out low spots, filled cracks, and resprayed the tub. It came out great! Luckily, we didn't need to use this bathroom and were able to let it dry throughly. My wife was away and hasn't seen it yet but loved the video I sent her. Down fall was it took 2 days, which I didn't expect and wasn't told. I was able to rearrange my schedule and the price was higher than most/all others. I do believe you get what you pay for and now I have another 20 years with this tub/shower. read more

My husband and I discovered Miracle Method when my aunt used them at her house. I actually thought she had her bathrooms redone, but found out that they were just refinished. Wow... fooled me! She used one from a different office since her house was in the Pasadena area, but we called Miracle Method of Riverside since they service the Inland Empire (as well as High Desert, Mountains & Low Desert). The shower in our master bathroom had some cracks in the tile. Later down the road, we might remodel our master bathroom, but it's not a big deal to me right now. As an alternative we decided to refinish the tile. Miracle Method repairs chips and cracks and restores the surface to look and feel like new. We called for a quote and someone came out. For a small added cost, he said they could also refinish the tile above the bathtub as well. We agreed and they came out on Friday May 20th to start the work. The guy that came to do the work had to take out some silicone work that was already done with the damaged tile and taped off everything and covered everything with plastic. It basically was prep-work that you do if you are going to paint something. Day 1 the guy was at our house from 8AM-5PM (with a lunch break) and Day 2 only took about 2 hours. He also gave us instructions about what products we can use to clean the tile. They also offer a warranty so we can call them if we see any flaws or damage if we weren't the ones that caused it. Our shower tiles look so white and glossy. They look like brand new tiles. You can't even tell where the crack was anymore. I have to note that there is a smell associated with the process (like a really strong nail polish LOL) so we did not sleep in our bedroom for those 2 days. We slept in one of the guest bedrooms. After airing out our master bathroom and bedroom for a day, the smell was gone. Great alternative! I'm glad we chose to have this done. Sorry I forgot to take "before" photos, but posted an "after". 70/100 Reviews for 2016 read more

Very unhappy with Miracle Method's customer service, the re-coated my church Baptistry with me specifically asking for a slip resistant coating, they completed the job with it looking wonderful however 2 of 3 people recently Baptized slipped and fell. John the General Manager came out to only tell me that they could not do anything. His best advice was to put a shower mat down and that anything we do to try and keep people from falling would void the warranty. I am not a fan of writing bad reviews but I feel like customers need to be aware of this. I had 3 other jobs lined up for this company but I will be looking for someone else. read more

I was very disappointed in the outcome of my reglaze tub. I thought I'd done my research carefully before hiring somebody. Around the drain you can see the difference of paint, hairline cracks that were not filled, the tech pulled off paint from window sill and spilled paint on the hardwood floors and cleaned it up with paint thinner. Everyone was nice and offered to come out and fix. We were going to have second tub done but the workmanship is not good so we cancelled. read more
