Beautiful job on 2bathroom floors, vanity and sink. Unfortunately the technician chose a kitchen outlet for his high voltage equipment. This burned the outlet melting it. We had our spare bath refinished, just the bathtub. It turned out beautifully. We chose to do our master bathroom bathtub, surround, and shower floor. The bathtub itself again turned out beautifully, the tile bathtub surround turned out rather well. The part that I am less happy with is the shower floor. We were told that it would look like new but it doesn't. Because they just spray the tile and the grout so if your grout is pitted or uneven or is overly stained you can see that come through when the floor has been finished. We found miracle method by chance and so glad we did! We initially had them respray our older bath, great job! And most recently we had them update our old tiles bathroom from 60s salmon tiles and fixtures to classic white. They removed and retired all old fixtures and were so professional, neat and tidy. I had to sell my grandparents OLD Florida home...which means the bathroom tile was lime green, the kitchen tiles another weird shade of 70's green and the windowsills were yellowish. Rather than replace my bathtub, I contacted Miracle Method. A representative came down to my house and was very pushy, insisting on half down before I could make an appointment, but I said I wanted to wait. I then read the Yelp reviews about this business, as well as on other websites, where there were some serious complaints. I then contacted Miracle Method about these complaints before I would make a definite appointment, or put any money down. Was told if I had negative feelings about their company, they were hesitant to do the job for me. I told them to cancel my tentative appointment and that I would not be using them. If they feel I was negative asking questions, then what about all those people who wrote negative reviews about Miracle Method. I think that says it all about the credibility of this company, so am glad I did not hire them. read more

I wish I had read the previous review before hiring this company. Like the "other" client, I expected a quick job of stripping my boarder tile and painting my yellow tiled bathroom white for $1595. Upon inspection after the job was "completed,"(I could not even enter the house for 24 hrs due to terrible fumes which caused my eyes to water uncontrollably) it came to my attention the worker not only painted over the boarder tile without stripping as promised, but spilled paint on my floors throughout the house and dropped his spray gun splashing paint up onto my baseboards and wall in my bedroom! A few weeks later the owner inspected the work, said he would "make it right" and returned about two weeks later with a helper, taking two days to "sand" (not strip) the boarder tiles and clean up the paint all over the house mess. Again, upon inspection the room was left covered in dust and overspray (on my brand new quartz vanity and vintage cabinet) along with the floor and window....even out into my bedroom. Before I even had time to see the repairs they were calling me for payment. And after having to ASK for the stripping charges and additional "compensation" consideration, they gave me a $140 discount! This will not even pay my housekeeper to clean their mess! How bout that!? Worst company ever folks! Be ware and stay away. You know when the owner can't get it right and leaves a mess there is something terribly wrong. read more

I simply wanted to have my bathtub resurfaced, but it turned into a disaster. The project took about 6 weeks from beginning to end. First, the service tech spilled some of the resurfacing material in my tub, it went down the drain, and clogged my plumbing. This liquid material is like epoxy, so it hardens pretty quickly. Miracle Method tried to dump paint thinner down my drain, which is illegal in the state of Florida since it is a fire hazard. When that didn't work, they sent a plumber to my house. They cut a huge access hole in the wall behind my tub so they could see the pipes. The plumber then tried to snake the drain, but that didn't work. When it was determined they couldn't unclog the drain, they had to remove the pipes under my tub. My tub is on the second floor of my house, so they had to go down to the first floor and cut a hole in my ceiling, directly beneath the tub. The plumber replaced the pipes that were clogged with the epoxy. A carpenter then came to repair the hole in my ceiling. However, all he did was replace the drywall. I had to go buy Kilz, ceiling paint and ceiling knockout to repair the ceiling so it didn't look like someone just cut a hole in it. After all is said and done, Miracle Method still charged me the full price for the tub resurfacing. I'm now left with a hole in the wall behind my tub and about $100 in receipts for painting supplies. I already have contacted a lawyer but wanted to share this terrible experience with anyone who's thinking of using this company. read more
