This is the 3rd job Marcus has done for me. This time we are doing our master bedroom. The work was to remove the popcorn and do an orange peel texture. Marcus and his team are amazing! Our attic AC flooded while on vacation, so we came back to a collapsed ceiling. When many other highly rated folks were booked months out, Marcus made us a priority despite our relatively small job at an extremely reasonable price. Alex on his team was prompt, courteous, kind, thorough and protected our home from the mess. In addition to his spectacular work that made our ceiling look brand new, he went far above and beyond alerting us to some additional leaks coming from the duct work. Both Alex and Marcus were wonderfully patient as I researched, made a trip to my local home supply store and proceeded to re-seal our duct work over a couple of hours. Let me see Marcus version of removing popcorn from ceiling was to cover it up with drywall. When I first seen the completed job I thought wow the ceiling looks lower but the popcorn was removed. Interesting enough I found out. Interesting enough I do not like cover-ups and band aids. As far as I was concerned I did not ask for a cover-up. Don't use these guys they are band-aids. Oh by the way there version of prepping a wall is to use as little possible dry wall mud material. In essence no mud. Over charged for the type of unprofessional rough work from a unethical person who calls himself a leading edge dry wall. Leading edge without any equipment. read more

Responsive, professional, great finished product. We had Leading Edge surface coat our "knocked down" drywall to achieve a smooth finish. The owner showed up for the estimate on time, asked a lot of good questions about the job, pointing out some tricky areas we hadn't thought about. We decided to spend the extra $$ to refinish all the walls smoothly instead of trying to match the existing "knock down" (lumpy) finish. Two workers showed up on the designated day, protected our floor by laying plastic and taping, and went to work. Patched some drywall. Installed corner bead. Skim coated all walls. One man worked three days. Pleasant, professional. Room is now beautiful. One note: they do not prime or paint, strictly the plaster and drywall work. Would definitely hire again. read more
