I have to give major props to Ms. Monique & Ms. Sharon for their dedication, support & professionalism. ALL of the tutors are wonderful, but these two stand out because my kids have been tutored mostly by them. Ms. Sharon has given my children pep talks that I'm most certainly grateful for. I'm a single parent, so, it literally takes a village. I'm so grateful for these two ladies. My children's math skills have improved & they look forward to their bi-weekly sessions. I've observed from the window & they're very kind, patient and helpful with all their students. They're also very mindful about covid safe practices, which I truly appreciate! I've been very pleased with the seriousness that they take when it comes to maintaining everyone safe & healthy. I recently had to step in and defend one of the tutors because a parent was berating her. He was not understanding what was being explained to him, he became very irate and stubborn (this discussion was held outside and away from the students) I happened to witness this conversation & had to step in to reiterate that if he felt the services being provided weren't to his liking or even standards, the simplest solution was to discontinue his kids attendance & services. He wrote an email discussing his dislike for the tutors, and the way they taught because "his" tutoring his child was better, but was continuing to bring the kid & felt the need to continue to express his toxicity towards the staff & the situation. I witnessed the tutor attempt every angle to remain patient and express apologies for his discontent with the center, and staff. She was very empathetic and did her best to deescalate a very unhappy parent that was very persistent about his dissatisfaction with the tutors vs his tutoring. I felt the need to again, just express my appreciation and encouragement for her and the entire staff who do their very best to help the kids learn, teach and encourage. To the staff: Please don't feel discouraged because, for every ungrateful and unsatisfied parent, there's at least 10 more rooting for you all. I'm one of those! Big kudos to you all for doing the job I can't do. I'm one very satisfied parent. My only gripe is the parking lot and its reckless drivers, but that has nothing to do with you all. However, I also commend the tutors for walking out the students and taking them to their parent/guardian cars while putting themselves at risk in a not-so-well-lit-up parking lot with careless drivers & inconsiderate people, including those parents/guardians that don't get out of the car to meet their children after the dismissal. I'm one of those parents that are ready to retrieve my kids. Those tutors do enough for my kids.

The daily practice and twice weekly sessions have helped him tremendously. Even beyond that, he enjoys the subjects. He loves all of the teachers/assistants he's worked with. His first teacher was Geli, and he was so devastated when she graduated and was no longer working there. He truly bonded with her and grew attached. Luckily, he then worked with Annanya who he now admires as well. Mr. Chen always updates me on his progress & is truly invested in each child's success. My son has come home with at least 4 certificates in the short time he has been here. I'm so thankful we found this program and stuck with it!

I wanna give you four stars cause you helped me with kids in their homework, but you also were not beneficial to them in private emails. My kids went there for years. But some shady shit was going on. I can't remember her name but she told me I made my kids read for punishment and an email that I still have. But my kids were supposed to read for 20 minutes every day. It was a great place for my kids. They helped with homework because my ex said he doesn't do homework. Everything was put on me and my kids and then when they weren't failing, it was all my fault. But there were also secret court dates in Napa Courts that I do believe that they were involved in and hopefully, the truth comes out with our investigation. Sylvan is a great place as long as they do not get involved in your business. Our traumatize or help traumatize your kids. Our help traumatized are ruining your kid's education to where they do not care anymore. I will not have my kids go back here at all. And you sat there and listened to conversations and still chose the other side and not my kids. Documentations everything I say I've been undercover since 2015. Emails are everything. And yes, I do believe they were in a family court having private meetings. But everybody's gonna know because I have a book and I shared all my information so if anything happens to me, somebody else will publish my book. I would ask for the money back is probably in the hundred thousand. But I didn't pay for it. Precaution and careful and pay attention. And stick up for your kids, even though I did. But I don't know why it took so long for the corruption that's going on around me and my kids to stop and maybe if I had done something a long time ago my kids would've had a better education. I'm not gonna say it on here but if you want further investigation and you're going through hell in Napa Courts and they get involved, there's always a loophole in the law. And if I do find out you were in secret courtrooms trust me I'm posting it everywhere and will pay for advertisement. I don't know how many stars I should give you because you helped me out, but you also went behind my back and neglected my kids in the process. This may not have anything to do with them, but I and a bunch of other people piled up in cars and went to the FBI. Hopefully, everything's investigated now. But there's another investigation going on. I wanna know about this court date. And who is there? So do I give you five stars cause you help my kid or do I give you one star because you kind of screwed us over in the process?
