I was in an accident that limited my mobility, and so many parents held open doors, offered to carry things, and expressed words of motivation and support. Several even helped me push my son's stroller into the school, which nearly brought me to tears. The teachers, especially Miss Kayla and Miss Fatima have been so supportive and stepped in to help with our son while supporting him through the various transitions in this healing process. Miss Adriane has also been so kind checking in each morning with her thoughtful smile and encouraging words. We have been a part of this community since our son was 5 months old and we are grateful for all he has learned and grown. The team has worked with us through several parenting challenges and we are so thankful for their knowledge, care and concern.

This email will be in my book about the trauma that my kids have gone through since 2015. I wanna give you four stars cause you helped me with kids in their homework, but you also were not beneficial to them in private emails. My kids went there for years. But some shady shit was going on. I can't remember her name but she told me I made my kids read for punishment and an email that I still have. But my kids were supposed to read for 20 minutes every day. It was a great place for my kids. They helped with homework because my ex said he doesn't do homework. Everything was put on me and my kids and then when they weren't failing, it was all my fault. But there were also secret court dates in Napa Courts that I do believe that they were involved in and hopefully, the truth comes out with our investigation. Sylvan is a great place as long as they do not get involved in your business. Our traumatize or help traumatize your kids. Our help traumatized are ruining your kid's education to where they do not care anymore. I will not have my kids go back here at all. And you sat there and listened to conversations and still chose the other side and not my kids. Documentations everything I say I've been undercover since 2015. Emails are everything. And yes, I do believe they were in a family court having private meetings. But everybody's gonna know because I have a book and I shared all my information so if anything happens to me, somebody else will publish my book. I would ask for the money back is probably in the hundred thousand. But I didn't pay for it. Precaution and careful and pay attention. And stick up for your kids, even though I did. But I don't know why it took so long for the corruption that's going on around me and my kids to stop and maybe if I had done something a long time ago my kids would've had a better education. I'm not gonna say it on here but if you want further investigation and you're going through hell in Napa Courts and they get involved, there's always a loophole in the law. And if I do find out you were in secret courtrooms trust me I'm posting it everywhere and will pay for advertisement. I don't know how many stars I should give you because you helped me out, but you also went behind my back and neglected my kids in the process. This may not have anything to do with them, but I and a bunch of other people piled up in cars and went to the FBI. Hopefully, everything's investigated now. But there's another investigation going on. I wanna know about this court date. And who is there? So do I give you five stars cause you help my kid or do I give you one star because you kind of screwed us over in the process?

I'm 36, and the older Hispanic teacher had the nerve to ask me if I was the baby's GRANDMOTHER! That was extremely rude of her. I told my sister about it. This woman never apologized to me for her "misunderstanding." During pick up, the classroom was always wrecked and always smelt AWFUL! It smelled like they hadn't taken out the diaper garbage in months. I observed the older Hispanic teacher being disrespectful to parents who were white, and she acted like she didn't speak English when the other parents, INCLUDING me, said something to her. I requested to speak to the director, Tiffany. Tiffany couldn't be bothered to speak with me about my concerns because I'm not a parent, but I am the baby aunt, and I'm on the pick-up list/emergency contact list. I find it disrespectful of Tiffany to brush me off in such a way. If the owner was involved, then I doubt he would have such horrible teachers and an awful director. I work for CCL, and I can tell you this is definitely not our standard. Tiffany is very rude and combative and needs to be disciplined due to how she treats parents and families.
