Was so happy when I found KinderCare in Fairfield! After touring a couple daycares, this one was definitely the best choice. Shirin & Wendy have always been helpful and informative. The infant class has been amazing with my now 5 month old baby (first started when he was 3 months). I appreciate the communication and pictures throughout the day while I am at work. I just wanted to come on here an say if you care about your child DO NOT LEAVE THEM HERE and if you don't want to deal with licensing. I am a first time mother and was really terrified of leaving my son at a daycare facility. My son (2 years old) got CROUP, COVID, HAND FOOT & MOUTH DISEASE & PINK EYE , within the first month of being here due to the lack of cleanliness and sanitation. Please if your children attend here or you happen to drop in please took at the toys. They are completely filthy black! When we started I was told they provide cups and drinks milk water juice etc. About 5 months down the road they are asking me to bring my own bottles. SO I started bringing him a personal cup with drinks. Everyday I would pick him up his cup would be completely full in the same spot I left it (above his cubby with name on it ). Everyday I would pick up my son he would either ask for food or for something to drink and would act as if he was dehydrated or starving. I asked his teachers multiple times if they were giving him drinks and snacks during the day. My son is a very picky eater and they were not making sure he would eat or drink. There was an incident when I came to pick up my son early and I brought his grandma (my mom) and my son was trying to steal crackers from the teacher sitting down in the corner eating. I asked her if he was hungry and why was she hiding the food not knowing it was her crackers. She got up mad and said "He can just have them he's already touched all of them" and stormed off. My mom and I were in shock. Why would you deny a toddler food and why are you eating infant of them. VERY STRANGE! Every morning during drop off terrified me because the ratio for teachers to children is about 1: 10-12 . There is several mornings when I would stay with my son for about 10-15 minutes before leaving because he wouldn't want to stay. All of the children would be fighting, standing onto of each other hitting and biting ! I am not the parent or teacher to these children I should not of had to tell the TEACHER every morning that the kids are getting bullied and hurt or stop them myself I felt very uncomfortable. I got a call that my son was stung by a bee and they were sure he was allergic saying he was breathing weird and I could hear him screaming when they had called. I told them I would be there in the next 20 minutes or to call an ambulance while I was rushing there. When I had gotten there after frantically leaving my job. He was in the room sleeping on the FLOOR not on a cot in the corner by himself trying to catch his breath. I had to wake him up and rush him to the ER he ended up being allergic to bees!! VERY unprofessional! Shortly after that I would say a week or two after I noticed my son had bite marks all over (FROM A CHILD) when I picked him up (2 on his arms by his hands and one on his back) I sent over photo's through the parenting app and asked why I was not notified and they were very noticeable marks. I did not receive a call back until 2 days later! When the director called me she stated that they are dealing with a kid that's been having biting issues and they have been watching him closely. Obviously not if my son is getting bite.She also stated that my son does not talk and he did not cry and did not tell them because he can't talk she then proceeded to tell me that I need to take my son to the doctors and get his hearing checked and check for autism also to get an Aid for him to take care of him at daycare and also to go to speech therapy. First of all my son DOES talk and my son would cry if he got bitten and she is not the teacher why is she telling me this. Also are you treating the younger children that actually DO NOT speak the same way. After telling her THAT DAY my son WILL NOT EVER BE COMING BACK she proceeded to call me and ask if I had taken him to the doctors for Autism!! I blocked them from calling my phone.. VERY DISRESPECTFUL VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! They are not doctors and I should not be receiving voicemails from his daycare trying to diagnose my son!! Not only this but they locked me out of my account without my permission and are tying to charge me over $900 for the month that my son DID NOT attend. I missed countless days at work due to no childcare because of this situation. VERY SAD id rather lose my job ( which I didn't) than to trust leaving my son there for another second... Do yourself a favor and your children stay away from place and check with licensing before attending a daycare. read more

I have nothing but great things to say about the Fairfield Kindercare. From the amazing teachers to the awesome directors, Mrs. Wendy and Ms. Shirin, we have been extremely happy with our time there. My son has been with them since he was 4 months old (he's now 15 months) and he has had an amazing time there with the teachers and other kids. In toddler room Mrs. Kailey and Ms. Bri are always warm and welcoming and he never has an issue being passed to them at drop off. As much as he has thrived in the toddler room, the teachers in the infant room will always have a special place in our hearts because they truly seem to care about the kids and my son especially. Mrs. Sara, Ms. Kailah and Ms. Grace are going to be missed more than they can possibly imagine. They were the first ones to care for my lil man after I had to return to work when my maternity leave ended and they made the transition for me and him as smooth as possible. My kids have been going here for almost 2 years. Every teacher they have come in contact with have been so loving and caring towards my kids. The facility is always clean, and they come home daily with fun and exciting art. The office is always friendly, and communicative of things that are going on in the center, verbally, electronically, and with papers posted through the center. Best center ever!! My child started school here back when he was 17 months old. He is now almost 3 and has grown so much since he started attending KinderCare! When I first moved back to the area, I was frantic looking for a place where I knew that not only would my son feel comfortable, but I would feel like he would be able to feel safe and loved. Ms. Lacy, Ms. Lisa and Ms. Shirin are wonderful and caring directors and assistant directors. They make sure to keep parents updated with what is going on with the center and the community. My son is currently in Ms. Yoshi and Ms. Grace's Discovery Preschool. To say that he loves their class is an understatement. Every week is a new theme where the students can bring in photos, books or items to go along with the theme. The levels of creativity at this center are out of this world! SO WHERE DO I START .. First I was skeptical about enrolling my son into a center but I went in having faith in god and it was the best 2 years from toddler teachers to my lovely Discovery twos class did an amazing job with my son . So the back story is that when my son was in the toddler class and my princess Raylen brought it to my attention that my son had some symptoms for autism so I went to get him checked and yes he was diagnosed with autism and non verbal I was very emotional but they had my son and I back and I truly loved that. So after toddler class he graduated to my Discovery twos class where I was able to reunite with Miss Yoshi she was my oldest son teacher as well so it was a breath of fresh air to see her again she's wonderful and old school I love it. Then he had Mrs Ari which was my son school mom and baby let me tell you she was on her job with all the kids but the fact she was the one having her eye on my son and jumping, and running to my son so he don't hurt himself or no one else was amazing she with hurt herself before them kids get hurt she's amazing as well my son grow to love her too. Then we had Melina and baby this girl is strong and young and has a big heart she's great with my son as well she kept me updated on everything from little to big things going on as well with my son he grow on her as well . Then Mr Adrian was his bff and they was dynamic duo you couldn't tell him that my son wasn't his baby did a wonderful job as well with my son. The kitchen staff was great but Mrs Bernie wonderful in the kitchen and in the classroom. Over all the Kindercare Fairfield gets 10 stars from they became my family and I will definitely recommend them to whom ever. Now the Assistant Director and the Director is phenomenal and all the staff there is wonderful they all know there role and I loved that it's not all about taking the parents money they genuinely love and care for your kids. So it's was a bittersweet thing to leave because of my son's disability but I will not hesitate to go back. My 17 yr old daughter is taking college courses in nursing/childcare. One of her assignments is to go to a childcare center and observe the children and caregivers for an hour. My daughter went to this establishment, told them about her assignment and asked if they could accommodate her. They replied "We don't have time for that.", walked off and left her standing there. Way to go. That's a great way to treat the community and the young ones that are hoping to start a career in this field. I picked this daycare because of the reviews and it has been an amazing choice. As a first time mom I was worried of leaving my toddler with people I didn't personally know, but the staff at KinderCare are amazing. The director and teacher always answer my emails right away and they truly seem to care about the kids. The teacher even takes the time to do cute hairstyles for my baby. I also love the app because is where I can see updates and pictures of what my toddler does throughout the day. It helped calm my nerves the first couple of days. As a first time mom, I was devastated when my maternity leave came to an end and it was time to start working again. Not only was I so sad to be away from my baby, but I was so anxious and honestly terrified about leaving her with anyone (even family). My baby is exclusively breastfed and refuses to take any bottle so I was worried it would be hard for her to transition, not to mention the fact that we co-sleep. From the first time I called, to coming to tour, to enrolling my daughter, the experience was so wonderful and eased all my worries. Ms. Shirin was the first person I spoke to on the phone and she was so sweet and informative. Upon arriving at the center for my tour, I was greeted by Ms. Bernie, who talked to me about her experience having her kids and grandkids attending Kindercare which again eased lots of my worries. After touring the center with Ms. Shirin, I was introduced to Ms. Grace, one of the infant teachers who would be caring for my baby. She was so nice, welcoming, and comforting and I felt excited to have my baby learn from her and build a relationship with her. The infant classroom is so clean and inviting and has lots for the babies to look at and play with. When my daughter's first day came, I was bawling my eyes out as most moms do and her teachers were so comforting and made sure I knew she would be in good hands. Since enrolling her two months ago, she has learned so much and is so excited everyday when we get to her classroom. Ms. Kailah, Ms. Sara, and Ms. Grace have made the difficult transition feel so easy and I can tell they genuinely care for my baby. They are like an extended family for her and I can see her face light up everyday when she sees them. They are so quick to update me on the Kindercare app of anything I should be aware of and send me pictures and videos all day long. This place has improved since we first came to them for care back in 2007. Our eldest came here from 2007 until 2009 when she started kindergarten. They were amazing during that time, so for them to improve even more since that time is crazy! Our newest was only 4 months old when we needed care right away since I'm back to school full time. We wanted to start transitioning him to being in daycare and also drinking from a bottle. The center our middle two go to is full so we decided to come back here rather than going to an in home provider on base. I'm so glad we did. Lacy is THE BEST center director we've ever met. She is so energetic and easy to talk to. She also knows all of the kids and even comes into ratio to help her staff with breaks. And she does it all with a smile on her face (I don't think I've ever seen her upset or sad). If you've seen Inside Out, Lacy is the human form of Joy. The ladies in the infant room are amazing. My three year old son has been going to Kinder-care for about two months now and he's full time, I went in and did a tour after withdrawing him out of another school and signed him up the same day!! . I told the directors exactly what I was looking for and what I needed. They have exceeded my expectations and have made my husband and I proud to be a part of the Kinder-care family ! I don't normally like writing Yelp reviews (good or bad), but when I do, it's because I am so positively moved/affected by the customer service or experience that I want people to know. My son is 19 months old, and we just enrolled him in KinderCare Woodcreek 2 weeks ago. My husband and I are worry warts, and we were extremely concerned the first week because our son wouldn't stop crying in the mornings, it was hard to let go, we weren't sure how he'd do with eating or sleeping or playing with others, and when we picked him up, his face would be swollen from crying. Everyday, the teachers assured us "this is normal", "this happens to all kids", "this kid here cried for 1 month straight", etc. It's his third week now, and though he still cries in the mornings, we have seen a LOT of progress. In the past two weeks, Lacy and Lisa have been EXTREMELY helpful, constantly communicating with me via email or phone call about how my son is doing... even giving courtesy calls (and freaking me out when I see KinderCare on my caller ID lol) that another child is sick or my son's temperature is slightly high, but that I have nothing to worry about, and that they just wanted to let me know! The first week, I think I emailed Lacy (the director) everyday to "see how my son is doing", and never once did she make me feel like I was being burdensome. My son's main teachers (or the ones I see most of), Ms. Amaris, Ms. Phoebe, Ms. Naomi, Ms. Holly, are SO patient with him and all the other kids. They NEVER show any sign of annoyance, which I imagine is difficult to do with a toddler who cries all day, doesn't sleep, doesn't really eat, etc. I love reading his daily log of what he did and ate that day. I love seeing his artwork and pictures of him engaging in activities! Ms. Amaris has also sent me videos from time to time to show me that my son is doing well! It's comforting to know that she understands our worries/concerns as a parent and sends these videos along for our peace of mind. I also love that Ms. Amaris and Ms. Phoebe give us updates on our son's behaviors. This morning they said that they noticed our son calms down a bit when someone speaks to him in their native language! This is fascinating to me because we read books to him in Spanish, French, Korean, Japanese, and English, and we try to speak different languages to him at home. This means that they pay attention to our son and do what they can to try to calm him down. I absolutely love that! Anyway, we researched 4 different daycares before settling on this one, and I'm happy that we chose the right place for our son! read more

My son has been a student at Kindercare for almost 2 years, and I'm very happy with the center. From the front office staff to the teachers, everyone goes out of their way to ensure my son's success, and make us feel like part of the Kindercare family. Ms. Lisa and Ms. Sharin are amazing, and have helped with everything from ensuring my son gets his asthma medication as needed, to even helping jump my car in a pickle! Ms. Mary is incredibly kind and attentive with the children, and Ms. Tana is unbelievably adept at making a fun and educational classroom. Both of these teachers have been dedicated to student success, and make a point to be available to share feedback and give suggestions to make sure my son gets what he needs, and home and school are consistent. I first found Kindercare while searching for preschools online for my 4 year old step son! I looked up a ton of schools in our area and this seemed to be the school that grabbed my interest by their curriculum and reviews I had read. We took a tour of the school where Lacy (center director) answered all our questions and was very thorough. He started private kindergarten in August and has done so well! He has a very small class in the morning of about 5-6 students and receives a lot of one on one time! His teacher Mrs Cummings has been a joy! My step son loves her as a teacher and enjoys going to school everyday! The only thing I am not a fan of is the price of tuition, BUT he has excelled and is reading and writing far better then I would have expected! read more

I had so many issues with this place. They always overcharged me and I had to keep calling them to correct it. This place stinks like dirty diapers and it is always extremely cold in there. The teachers (at least in pre-K) don't even pay attention to the kids. All they do is sit there on their phones while the kids run around. I went to pick up my daughter one day during lunch time and they had the poor kids eating cold (almost frozen) hamburgers. It seems like they gave the kids the hamburgers straight out of the refrigerator. They don't care about the kids!! They are just there to make a buck! My child eating cold food was what did it for me. They charge so much money and they don't even care about your children. My daughter hated this place so much. Our son has been attending KinderCare since he was 6-weeks old. He's going on 9 months soon and we have no complaints so far. As a first time mom, I did thorough research and toured this and another place twice before my son was even born. We were won over by the staff and how the teachers in the infant classroom were approachable and seemed to enjoy what they do. We also liked that the class had several children near my son's age for him to play with - whereas the other location we considered did not have any infants at the time. I did tons of research, visited many preschools throughout Solano county searching for the best fit for my 4 year old and once I came here that was it. The program is awesome and the teachers are very nice and welcoming! However, your child will get sick a lot, so be prepared! My daughter was sick so much, I ended up taking more time off work then bringing her to Kindercare. I would drop her off in fear of what she would catch next. We ended up pulling her out and putting her into a part-time preschool program with less children. She is doing much better there. So just make sure it's right for your child and you have back-up care providers if they are sick. Parents have to work and don't seem to care about spreading sicknesses to other children, so they bring them in regardless. read more

My son and I relocated to the Suisun/Fairfield area a little over a year ago. We adjusted really well to the area, however my number one question was,"where is he going to go to preschool at?". The moment I walked in, Lacy(the director), greeted me with a warm, friendly smile and answered all of the questions that I had about Kindercare. Lisa, (the other director) gave me a tour of the facility and before the tour was over, I knew that this was definitely where I wanted my son to go! There was no doubt in my mind about it. My son started there May 2014 and he loves it! He began in the Preschool A class but is now in the Pre K class, with Ms. Janie and Mr. Josh. I love being able to pick him up at the end of the day and know what he ate, what he learned, and overall how his day went...on an everyday basis! The staff are always really friendly, the school is ALWAYS clean, and the hours of avalibilty has allowed me to be able to work 2 jobs. We recently moved here from out of state and toured a few places before deciding. We are very happy with the care and education our preschooler is receiving. We also have a school-age student, attending before and after school. They provide transportation which is fantastic. The staff is friendly and attentive, the facility is clean. My only improvement would be if they watched less movies and played less video games in the school-age program, but I realize it is difficult in the space provided to entertain all those big kids. read more

We recently transitioned to Fairfield Kindercare and are very happy we made this change! It's a great center! Good teachers can really make a difference! Ms. Janie is very kind, soft spoken and very engaged with the children. I arrive everyday to find my child with an ear to ear grin, as a parent that works fulltime that is so important! Each day my son will share all of the activites from his day... building a volcano, dinosaur week. etc. The center is accredited (I hear this is alot of work to achieve) The director of the center really sets the tone with and upbeat positive attitude everytime I see her. My 2 sons have been attending this KinderCare facility for a little over 2 years now .My step daughter even started recently because she was jealous that her brothers went to daycare and she didn't. It is a GREAT center!! we love all of the teachers we have had and the directors are awesome. My Oldest son had a really tough time focusing and was always getting into trouble, we feared he wasn't ready for kindergarten. But once we enrolled him in the pre-k at Kindercare he started to shine!!! His teacher really took the time to know his individual personality and needs and worked along side him everyday to excel. He is going to be in 2nd grade next year and still asks for his very first teacher at KinderCare. She was sweet and gentle I really connected to her from one mom to another and she will forever be in our memories for years to come. The center director Lacy is amazing as well. She made the enrollment and paperwork portion so easy and was always there to answer questions without hesitation. Lacy was always available whether she was hanging up one of the many holiday decorations or wishing us a good day at the door. As a mother I know how hard it is to trust others with the care of your children but let me tell you KinderCare and its staff has made it so easy. I am happy to say I have another little boy on the way and we hope he will be joining his brothers at this center when he arrives. THANK YOU KINDERCARE!!! read more
