When I first moved to my new house in 2020, this company was wonderful and communicative. I used them a few more times after that in 2020. I stopped using them for a couple of years because I did not need them. Until last week. Not sure what happened but their communication needs to be better. I think their cleaning crew is great when I used them in the past but their scheduling services needs better communication. I had a change in my own schedule (moving completely due to military so I had to turn in keys). I needed the house cleaned by the 1st of June instead. Here's where things went wrong with their communication. I will say that they did NOT HAVE to accept my request but they did. All I ask that they communication with any change if they could not make this happen. Here's the timeline with pictures attached - 12May2022 - emailed confirmed 02 June 7am appointment - 31May2022 (~4pm)- I emailed requested change last minute. They emailed a confirmation for 01 June 7am appointment. - 31May2022 (~5:30pm) - They emailed another confirmed 01 June but changed to 8:15am appointment - 01Jun2022 (8:15am)- Cleaning crew did not show up. I called and left messaged, emailed, messaged on yelp asking for any communication from Miracle Maids. My house was empty with no furniture. I left a note for them to come in and allowed my neighbor to watch my house due to my son's promotion at 9am. Only communication was from the messages on Yelp stating that they passed on the message to the cleaning team and have a great day. Nothing else. I asked if they had a time frame of when they will be there and they did not respond until 10:24am. I came back from my son's promotion (it was down the street) at 9:30am and still no communication. I called, left messages on their answering system, messaged on yelp. They finally texted me at 10:24am (2 hours after scheduled appointment) that they did not have an available team anymore. Bottom line up front, just communicate from the beginning. I understand life happens, emergencies come up but 2 hours later, they couldn't say that earlier? Again, I would have been fine doing this service myself but if you commit to something, COMMUNICATE. If I would have known that they were at least TRYING to find a solution, I would have understood. read more

Unreliable communicating and being on time. Late post but you should know, I came to them for business for my complex and needed a moving out deep cleaning since I could not do it myself since 8 months pregnant. Should be a simple job but I was very unsatisfied, voiced out my complaint and felt they didn't care making me wait for the second time. So I left and never gave them a second chance since I was going to miss my doctors appointment for their negligence and unprofessional behavior. Miracle Maids - A lie - Home Cleaning Near Me

I'm in complete shock after coming home to this! I asked for a Deep Cleaning and asked them exactly what that included..... I was told for $159.99 That they would clean for a min of 2-3hrs a minimum!!!! They sent 3 cleaning people, I have never in my life seen that, I was very happy when they called and ask if they could come early! My appointment was for 10:00am, I asked if they could let me know exactly what time they would be here. No one ever called! They showed up at 10:00am, I told them only to clean entire living room, bathroom, kitchen, vacuum all the floors and mop them, clean master bedroom and bathroom. I told them not to worry about the other 2 bedrooms, that was supposed to be included in price with all that I have mentioned. So I left for 1 hour, got a call they are done? I rush home to find no one here and I think my photos speak the rest. Absolutely nothing was cleaned and then they damaged my drywall in the master bedroom. No one has called me to fix this!!!! I definitely would not recommend this cleaning service to anyone. My mind is blown away at what I came home to. I'm still in shock! So unbelievably disappointed and now going to have to pay to get another cleaning service and pay to fix my wall. I did not pay for this service because the cleaning people left my home after 1 hour. I left for 1 hour to run a errand and when I got home, no one was there so I couldn't pay them. They where supposed to clean for a min of 2-3 hours. I signed up for a deep cleaning but only got a basic cleaning. Two persons worked for a little over 2 hours. In my opinion it's impossible to deep clean a 4 bedroom 3 bath home in that time. They did a good job of basic cleaning, but deep cleaning, it was not. I will try them one more time because the price was good. . Stay tuned. read more

I started a conversation with Miracle Maids through Yelp on 11/29/20, and had an appointment for them to clean my home on 11/30 at 6am!!! Wow! Talk about great service. I needed the move out cleaning, and was quoted $169.00 as a flat rate. Miracle Maids responded fast and efficiently through the Yelp app. I was truly impressed. I have them set to come 6-7 months. This time our roommate moved out and wanted them to come and put special attention to that room. It was a disaster! The walls were full of grime and dirt. DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY. I booked this service for a move in deep cleaning. I wish I would've read the reviews however I was having a hard time finding someone so I was desperate. Initially they Didn't have the date I needed available but they were able to book me sooner. The apartment was completely empty so there was nothing in the way. The tub was still dirty from the previous tenants, including dirt around, the tub, and soap scum on the shower doors. The windowsill ( included in the deep cleaning) still had dirt and even clumps of cat hair in them. There was dirt still on the baseboards and the exterior of some cabinets were still unclean. The kitchen sink was dirty and I had already started cleaning it so I know the residue would've came off. I spoke to someone on the phone before the ladies left and she assured me she would video chat with them but they left. Then they sent me A text/ email invoice every Hour when my home still wasn't clean and I had sent them photos of their work. Their resolution was for me to pay the invoice and they would send someone out to clean again after it was paid. I informed them I was not interested and if they provided me with a significant I would pay for something. They took $10 off. Now I have to find The time for someone else to come clean and it's delaying my move in. This Was not a deep clean. Needless to say I will never use them again. This is not about me not having money and how dare you to try and Insult me. As the pictures show , the cleaning Wasn't done And I'm not paying for a service that was not Given. This business is unreliable. I contacted this business on Yelp and scheduled a move-out cleaning for my investment property. I scheduled about 2.5 weeks in advance and the business was responsive and appeared organized. They use a convenient website that allows you to pay via credit card. You're required to make a $1 credit card payment to schedule your appointment and apparently the final charge is reduced by $1 when the service is completed. The day before my appointment the scheduler called and asked if they could push my appointment back from 8am to 10am because the cleaning crew was having childcare issues. Not convenient since I had a new tenant moving in the same day, but I was able to push the move-in time back two hours. On the morning of the cleaning, the scheduler called at 9:45am and said that she did not have a crew available to provide the cleaning service because the crew had childcare issues. Apparently this was already the issue the day before and was never resolved. The scheduler said that she would continue to work on finding a replacement cleaning crew and ultimately never called back. I ended up having to scramble at the final hour to get help from family to clean the home before the next tenant arrived that afternoon. I saw a couple of views with similar experience but I figure that the problem may have been resolved, but clearly it has not. It appears that the business uses unreliable contracted crews. Not a good idea since they are not vested in the reputation of the business. Don't be fooled by the lower than average pricing quote - this business does not have a dependable operation. read more

They were great the first time but something must have happened with the management since the last time I booked with them. I tried scheduling another cleaning but they are very unresponsive. At first, they gave me a few dates/times to choose from. When I responded, they said they'll be in touch to confirm, which they never did. Only after I reached out to them to see if we are moving forward, they said they were no longer available on that date. So when I suggested some other dates, I never got a response from them. I paid for a deep cleaning. There were supposed to be a 2 person cleaning team. Only one came. Couldn't find the address for a long time I had to look for her. She keeps on telling me she is at the gate but yet sitting in her car on the other side of the building. Cleaning was not good and missed so many areas. I had tenant who moved in the next day. They were very upset that the condo was very dirty. I reached out to the owner, Angel, to try to get the issue corrected and resolved to appease the tenant and to prevent them from giving me a bad review. I spent all day trying to get a hold of the owner, Angel. Very unresponsive. No urgency to the dilemma they caused. I stayed up until midnite trying to get another company to service the condo. I pleaded with the owner, Angel, and gave him so many opportunities to respond and get a team out to the condo. No engagement until 2 days later. And the message indicated I had to pay again. They guarantee their work 100% supposedly. This is truly a lie. I wanted to work this out with Angel, the owner. However he was not willing to. As a business owner Angel should have known that timely response means everything. Now I have an aggrieved tenant who is beyond upset. I hired another company. I will not recommend dealing with this company, Miracle Maids. I am very disappointed. Angel has no respect for another business owner. I used them to do a deep clean on a 2300 sq foot home that is empty and recently remodeled. Most fixtures, all appliances and flooring are brand new. The job was simply to clean construction dust from the remodel. I was ensured that they do post construction cleanup and could clean all the dust. They did a horrible job. There was dust in every nook, cranny and crevice throughout the house. I paid extra for the blinds to be cleaned and they were caked in dirt. What was even more unacceptable is that when I called to let them know that the house was in terrible shape and looked like nobody even cleaned it- their response was "well your house is big" ... as if I didn't tell them the sq footage or pay a price based on it being big. After arguing with the office for about 20 minutes (despite sending many photos of the unacceptable work) they agreed to come back and redo it. I would never recommend this place to anyone who expects a professional deep clean without any hassle. The only job here was to clean dust and they couldn't even manage that. read more

I had a move out cleaning of my apartment. Very kind people. My maid showed up on time and had me call her office to get my "additional services approved" (even though I had specified them during my online booking). I was told it would take 2 hours when booking but it took 3. She had forgotten a drawer and inside of the stove so we showed her and she cleaned it again. Once she left we discovered wax on the ground that was not scraped off so we did it ourselves. The next day when I had my final walkthrough with my landlord she discovered a drawer and under the sink cabinet that had been missed completely. They were Late for appointment and I ask for the DEEP CLEANING, it should be no dirt on the windows and the picture Fames. Kevin, the man who runs miracle maids is awesome! He is super attentive and always available by text or phone for questions. I had a last-minute change in schedule and he easily rescheduled the cleaners. I got the move-in cleaning which was $90 an hour for a two person crew. The cleaners worked quickly, well and were super nice but only four stars in my book because the price was a little on the high side. Miracle maids works by contracting out the individual cleaning crews, so I think it really depends on which cleaners you get on how good the work is. I would use them again in a pinch (mostly because everything went so smoothly) but probably would try to find a better deal first. read more

A week in advance, I made an online reservation for two cleaners to do a deep clean and paid an online deposit. At my schedule time, no one showed up. However, 30 minutes after my scheduled time, I received a call and was informed that only one cleaner would be arriving. Moreover, they're running late due to traffic and would be there in roughly another hour. After waiting around for 90 minutes for someone to show up, I was only then informed that no one was coming. I posted a request on Yelp for a Sunday, move out clean, explaining the home would be completely empty, cleaning needed to be done on a Sunday, etc. After several other companies contacted, I decided to go with this one - BIG MISTAKE! First I get an email asking to confirm my appointment then one refunding my 'deposit'. I get to the home at the time agreed and they're no one there. When I call, Lilian tells me they left messages on Yelp (they absolutely did not) and had no way of contacting me (they had my cell number) to let me know they couldn't make it.
