I heard the commercial for My Hearing Centers on KUER and that the first 100 people to call in and set an appointment, would be entered into a drawing for a free set of hearing aids. I knew I was loosing my hearing. I set the appointment and saw Doug in Ogden, he was great! I got to try out the hearing aids and when he took them off after about 1/2 hour of hearing everything, I was so disappointed because I couldn't afford them because of other medical issues that needed to be paid for first. However, to my surprise, a couple of months later, Doug called me and I had won the free set of hearing aids. I cried, I couldn't believe that I would be able to hear. I went back and saw Doug, he fit me for my hearing aids and I came out of the building hearing sounds I had not heard for a long time. Service is very warm and friendly and Jesse has been in the business for years and he really knows his stuff. He is really good with emergency situations too...like when your hearing aid goes through the washer and dryer!! He gets them fixed really fast. He has these really cool lapel microphones so you can hear your soft voiced friends too and the sound goes right to the hearing aids. The phone goes right to the hearing aids too and this is VERY helpful indeed!! Over all this is a great place.
