Excellent staff!] She spent about 30-45 minutes patiently cleaning and adjusting my hearing aids, including replacing the tubing and one small panel piece. It was a very meticulous, painstaking process! When I came in, I didn't see anyone else waiting in the lobby, although several people did come in while I was there. [I hope I didn't hold anyone else up, especially if they all had appointments.*shame*.] Note: they don't take "medical", but I was more than happy to pay a very modest charge of $15 rather than having to pay WAY more than that to make a 4th trip to Stockton. * Note: This experience was had during the pandemic of COVID-19 *…read more I have had nothing but excellent experiences at the Ruby Bergman Women's Center of Emanuel Hospital in Turlock, California. I have had routine diagnostic studies performed here twice in the two years since moving here in 2018 & both times I have been treated with respect, dignity, and courtesy. Both times the experience has been pleasant and swift. Today I was here for an annual 3D mammogram. Not my favorite health & wellness activity yet a necessary one to stay healthy. The 3D mammogram is supposed to be superior in diagnostics and my insurance covers it so I prefer this variety over 2D. They also perform ultrasounds here. For social-distancing and COVID-19 pandemic prevention, they have an organized and welcoming tented area just outside the front doors established and staffed with the most pleasant person who had me swap out my cloth mask for one of their light yellow paper masks because there is no way to know how clean and laundered a persons mask (affecting its effectiveness) is which made logical sense to me. I was asked a few screening questions and provided with hand sanitizer when given the okay to proceed into the building. She also had an organized list with names on it to reconcile with the incoming patients. I liked it and it made me feel welcome and protected. Once inside the door, I proceeded to the 2nd floor where the procedure is done. Once again, I was met pleasantly and warmly and with COVID-19 social-distancing and company policies in place for preventing the spread of the virus. Everyone was wearing masks today which was so very much appreciated unlike grocery stores and such, some of which are not enforcing the personal-protective gear. I made the appointment a week earlier so I did not have to wait much; also appreciated. My gynecologist's office faxed in the order to them so I did not have to hand carry anything; also appreciated. My out-patient diagnostic ran on time and I was in and out in less than 40 minutes. That is fantastic! I love how women-friendly this business is. You can just feel the comfort, integrity, and appreciation for women here. It is a really unique and satisfying experience and I hope they stay this way.

I am in the midst of getting a new set of hearing aids. Even though I live in Manteca where there…read moreis a hearing aid center, I chose to come here. I'm glad I did. Ryan is down-to-earth, approachable, friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. You know those times when you come across someone who you know genuinely cares about you and is not just trying to make a buck? Ryan is one of those people! Cindy in the office and the other lady (whose name escapes me) are also very real people. Hearing aids are not inexpensive, so I want to give someone my business that I know will take care of me long term. I very highly recommend Golden State Hearing!

Firstly, I had no idea how to even go about the process. From the moment I called the front office and spoke to Cindy. I knew this was the place for me. Cindy and Ryan are experts and show so much patience and care. Cindy helped me get in to see Ryan within 24 hours since I needed to use my insurance by the end of the year. This morning I met both of them. Before I arrived, Cindy had already worked out all of my insurance stuff and she is just the nicest, most capable person. Ryan showed so much care during this sensitive time for me and answered all of my MANY questions and laid out all of my options for me. He let me test the hearing aid outside and inside several times and adjusted it, however, many times I needed. He showed me everything there was to know about a hearing aid (I had never even held one before) and told me about the features of each. I have sudden single sided deafness due to a tumor and Ryan knew everything about the special type I need and carried all of the different brands that make a CROS hearing aid, so I could make an educated choice. There are three different kinds I'm choosing between and Ryan is letting me test them all. I am so thankful when I encounter such kind, generous, understanding, knowledgeable, and expert medical providers, especially for something as sensitive and difficult as getting a hearing aid. They are highly rated on Yelp for a reason. Ryan is up-to-date on all the technological advancements and capabilities. He can even adjust my hearing aid remotely. Trust me, call them and let them take care of you. I look forward to seeing them again and I'm so glad Ryan and Cindy are with me on this journey.

When we read the contract, we immediately called Posey's where my step mother had taken her father several years earlier. Our call was answered by the nicest person. She understood my issue and we were able to see Bryan the next day. Bryan gave my dad an audio exam and spent more than an hour with us. He was very patient and answered all of our questions. He read the agreement the other place had made my dad sign and said that was highway robbery. That they receive these loaners from the manufacturer at no charge. He fitted my dad for a loaner while we wait for the insurance to verify coverage to get his permanent aids. No contract, no threat!! My dad can hear better than he has in years. He is very outgoing and not being able to hear (50% hearing loss in each ear) has changed him. So hearing again made him soooo happy. Thank you Posey's for treating my dad with dignity and respect and for your high integrity and kind employees.

My husbands hearing has been getting progressively worse and his dr recommended hearing aids. We…read moreresearched hearing aids on the internet and were very confused since there were so many different ones and all different kinds of technology. We wondered how someone could just order one on the mail, how would they know how it worked, how to adjust it and so on. So we googled hearing aids and Posey's came up. We went to the Turlock office and made an appointment for the next day. Mr. Posey himself handled our appointment. He was very patient and explained everything. My husband had a ton of questions, Mr Posey answered everything. By the end of the appointment we decided that we would purchase the hearing aids from Posey's. Mr. Posey advises us that he would order the hearing aids (Late Wednesday) and that they should be in by Friday. He advised us that he could wear the loaners until his new hearing aids came in. We picked up his new "ears" today and could not be more happy. Mr Posey advised us that any time I need them adjusted, or had any issues to come in. They treated us like we were their only patient. They even supply batteries for 1 year! I highly recommend Posey's for all your hearing needs.

This was my third time coming here, and unfortunately it will be my last…read more First, I want to say the girl who helped me schedule my appointment was incredibly sweet and helpful. She was the only positive part of my experience. I noticed they now have a different nurse doing the Botox injections, Nicholas Prasad, and I could tell right away that he seemed very inexperienced. I have had Botox multiple times before, so I know what to expect, and this experience was nothing like my previous ones. The injections were surprisingly painful -- much more than they should have been. Botox usually feels like a tiny pinch with little to no discomfort, but this was not the case at all. What made the appointment even worse was how uncomfortable and insulting his comments were. He asked what body mist I was wearing, and when I told him Victoria's Secret Pear Glacé, instead of simply saying thank you or moving on, he told me it smelled like what his mother wore when he was a child. Such an odd and unnecessary thing to say. Then, while injecting between my eyebrows, he said, "Oh my God, your skin is so thick," and even added that I had bent the needle because of it. He continued by saying my skin was strange. I cannot express enough how humiliating and uncomfortable that made me feel. As a 40-year-old woman going in for Botox, I am there to feel more confident and better about myself -- not to be criticized and made self-conscious about my appearance while I am literally lying in the chair. I left feeling embarrassed, uncomfortable, and honestly much worse than when I walked in. This is supposed to be a professional med spa environment, and bedside manner matters just as much as the service itself. I will definitely not be returning.
