Craig Berg was recommended to me, so I decided to give him a try. At first he worked with old hearing aids that I had been given. I just purchased new hearing aids yesterday. Craig has been helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with me. He has not been pushy or condescending. He listens and works to find a solution. Hearing Aids are expensive because part of what you're purchasing is the services of the audiologist for the life of the hearing aids. I feel comfortable that Dr. Craig will do what he can to help me hear better and get the most out of these new hearing aids. I highly recommend him.

I took my mom to see Tony and Aaron at My Hearing Centers recently for a new hearing aid. We had…read moreseen Tony a few years back but then another family member started taking her to someone else. Now that I am caring for my mom I ran straight back to Tony, because he was great! He was professional, friendly, and treated my mom so well! He really knew how to communicate with mom, knowing she is almost completely deaf, and he was very respectful. Tony now has a beautiful new space, and a team of wonderful people he works with. We met Aaron and Julie and everything about our visit was so nice. They were very comfortable people; kind and accommodating. Aaron was really fun to work with and explained everything to us very well. When I called the next day to order the hearing aid, Julie called me right back and let me know she got the message, and sent it to Aaron who would call me back as soon as he could. And he did!! That's the way calls should be handled! We'll be working with Tony again for her fitting and adjustments and we're really looking forward to it! They continue to prove they are a top notch company that provides real human interactions. I'll review about the hearing aid and service we receive after she's had the hearing aid for a while. Bottom line...these guys are fantastic!

Chase (the hearing technician) was able to really explain what has been happening in my husband's ears and brain and after the test (which showed significant loss), he was able to fit my husband with a set to just see what it would be like to hear--I was literally in tears when I was able to practically whisper to my husband without my face in his face and he could hear me!!! Yes, it's going to cost us, but Chase found every discount he could and we can afford a payment plan and we're looking forward to working with Chase and Miracle Ear as my husband learns to hear again in a couple of weeks.
