They changed my appointment to 5:40 without mentioning it to me(guess someone wanted to leave early) Then I rescheduled but canceled 2 days before the appointment was assured that the appointment will be canceled as I was not in NY as well as the future one that was scheduled for 8/3/2021. I spoke to Ann Donahue after speaking to the billing office she waived the fees but told me I was dismissed from the practice. Newsflash, my son was never treated there nor would I care. The office staff is horrendous.

I was given one within an hour.The office isn't crowded and my info came right up in the computer..so no telephone book of paperwork.Ample seating and a few televisions.This location is definitely bilingual.

At the same time they discovered I have wet Macular Degeneration in my right eye. My Optometrist, Dr. Vivian Renta-Skyer, is part of this group and is the best in the world. The Retina Specialist Dr. Edward Marcus became my Primary Doctor there. I have been going for eye shots since then and he is very caring and thorough. The process is painless and I feel very comfortable there. I know it is a long wait, BUT well worth it to get excellent care and attention. The staff is also spectacular.
