Insurance company has a price limit that they will pay for. This company has brochures for Signa, Sony and etc. They seem to push the Signa brands. The provider went through his spiel about over the ear and in the ear and blue tooth set up and all the bells and whistles. I asked him twice what the cost would be for the pair of hearing aids. He kept going"I am not sure or other word dances He handed me a handwritten name of the Signa hearing aids and said I can look them up. Prices start around $1000 per ear. and go upward. Didn't like that he would not answer my questions Now will have to see what he comes up with hearing aid prices. But I think he knows before hand or at least has a ballpark figure .

They are very good about follow up, almost too good. Meaning they really do want you to be happy and hearing. I love my hearing aids. I wish I had gotten them sooner. I didn't realize how bad my hearing was until I went outside and heard all the birds for the first time in many years. My only issue bis the exorbitant price which for some reason insurance won't cover. Makes no sense at all. They will however cover you if you get hit by a car because you did not hear it. Or the depression that occurs because you can't hear well enough to have a conversation and you start to limit your social life. Go figure. But that is for our lawmakers to take care of.

She explained the results of the test so I would have some understanding of my hearing loss before seeing the doctor. Dr David Wolfe, was friendly, pleasant, provided a thorough exam. He asked a multitude of questions to narrow down my health and hearing issues. He explained everything thoroughly, and answered all my questions in layman's terms. I didn't feel rushed or hurried. He took his time and made sure I understood everything before I left. I highly recommend the practice. Don't hesitate to choose them. You won't be sorry.
