Billing couldn't tell me anything because they didn't understand the concept of estimate. They would just give me a range of $250-$600. They transferred me to a department in another city. After an examination and hearing test, Teri asked what I didn't like about my old pair, what my lifestyle was like, and what features were important to me. She recommended a different brand from what I had and gave me a loaner pair to try out for a while. I was very happy with the loaner pair. They fit better, were way more comfortable, and sounded better than my old ones. She ordered my permanent pair and was even willing to make an adjustment to the fit after they arrived and I purchased them, just so they would be perfect.
