This is my mom's feedback: "I would say I was very pleased. I was impressed with the level of service they rendered--the attention to detail and following my instructions. I would say that I recommend them. And they were also pleasant. If I had to say a small negative it was not being able to communicate with them because Joanna was not here and I only had three people who did not speak English" So all in all a very good experience, my mom says it's the best gift she's ever gotten.

I paid upfront for services that were either never completed or done far below what was promised. Communication became inconsistent after payment, and attempts to resolve the issue were ignored or met with excuses. This was her version of a clean house and made the excuse that she did not agree to clean the whole house. She cleaned two bathrooms which are extremely small (so small you can't even fit more than one person) and a kitchen that she left dirty dishes and dirt still on the floor. $200 to clean two clean bathrooms and part of our kitchen. That we agreed nothing on. PLEASE DO NOT EVER HIRE HER. She complained of work having to clean the house. The work was as lazy as she is. Demand a high cost and left her worker to clean by herself while the owner left. She did not show up the day that was planned then finally showed up 40 minutes late. SHE IS A SCAM.
