I have been using Phresh Clean Services for a few months now to clean my VRBO property. The same couple has been cleaning my apartment, they are in and out in a couple of hours and that includes washing the linens. I find them very pleasant and easy to work with plus they clean on Saturdays. The website is also very user friendly for scheduling appointments and paying invoices. And if you need to speak with Dontae, he returns your calls or emails promptly. They offer other services to short term rentals that I have not yet tried but will in the future. read more

Phresh Clean Services IS as good as it gets! I interviewed three other property management companies to assist with my short term rental and felt most comfortable with Dontae. After over a year, I'm quite content with the decision. Ratings from guests are quite high. Occupancy for is terrific. Next month for instance, we are booked all but two days and i've blocked off one of those days for a deep clean and some routine maintenance. Really liked these cleaners. I was moving out of my apartment and needed a final cleaning before I moved and they did a great job! They were able to fit me in their schedule next day, they were on time, friendly, and very reasonable with pricing.
