Review for Residential Post Construction/ Move In Clean. For anyone who has personally experienced…read morethe unsightly dust, dirt and grime that accumulates from renovations, you know how that new does not equal clean because the contractor does not catch every nook and cranny. That said, that level of clean takes time. The frugal side of me wanted to take it on myself, but I decided to hire a professional recognizing that it'd free me up to focus on other odds and ends that were also pressing before move day. When I mentioned my plans to my contractor, he recommended a day laborer but I was squeamish about the quality of products that would be used opting for a more established company from a source I've used in the past, Angi (formerly Angie's list). This led me to Shantiquely Clean LLC and two others. IMO, Shantrell was by far the most professional and responsive of the three companies and she also seemed to be the most reliable based on general conversation. I also appreciated that she set expectations early on about timing, pricing and hard to clean areas. On cleaning day, she confirmed the agreed upon meeting time and arrived early. During the cleaning, she asked if I preferred a high gloss on the wood floors or a natural finish, even taking the time to show me the difference between the two. I opted for a finish that popped and noticed that her cleaning supplies included Murphy's Oil which is my go to and a quality -not so cheap wood cleaning/protection product. Fast forward to the post cleaning and payment options. Both were seamless too! It took only a few hours from start to finish and she accepts, Venmo (and even sent me the request which made processing that much easier). Pricing was also competitive. Thanks to Shantiquely, the home smells amazing, looks spic and span clean and is completely ready for today's move! I'm a FAN and would highly recommend this Woman Owned Business.

I'm absolutely blown away at how amazing a job this company did! To say that they far exceeded my expectations would be the understatement of the century. I don't care HOW dirty your house may be, I PROMISE you these guys will make the place shine!! I nearly cried when I walked through the door. They're up front, they're COVID safe, reliable, and their cleaning skills are beyond compare. Seriously, hire these folks. You won't regret it. Below are before and after pics!!

Cons, both times they came they either ruined or messed something up leaving me with extra work. First time they made it right. Second time all I got was a "sorry about that", no offer to make it right. And they are not cheap, which isn't necessarily bad but for these prices you'd expect a hassle free experience. I opted to cancel my next service and all I got was an ok, thanks for the feedback. Weird and awkward, given that their website promises a cleaner, carefree life.

I was really disappointed with my experience with The Cleaners. What initially sold me was their…read morepitch: they emphasized that they clean both the windows and the frames. I was very clear up front--I told them how many windows I had and that my house is raised five feet. They quoted me $200, which felt fair for a full, detailed job. I agreed. They showed up on time and said the job would take about an hour and a half. But 45 minutes later, the technician rang the doorbell to say he was finished. That already seemed too quick to have cleaned all the windows and scrubbed the frames of a raised house with around 18 windows--but I was on a work call, so I said I'd check the work when I was done. When I finally walked around to inspect everything, I saw that while the window panes looked okay, the frames were still visibly dirty. I asked him to come back out and showed him several areas that hadn't been cleaned. That's when he told me he had only cleaned the middle of the windows. I reminded him that one of the main reasons I hired him was because he explicitly said he cleans the frames too. His response? "Do you want me to do all of them?" I was floored. Of course I do--that's literally what I hired him for. He got back to work, and as I watched from inside, I realized he didn't have a ladder. My house is raised, and some of the windows are 12 feet off the ground--there's just no way you can scrub those frames from the ground. When he finished again, I invited him in and asked him to open a few windows so we could both look at the still-dirty frames. I asked him directly if he had a ladder. He said yes. I asked again if he had used one. He finally admitted he hadn't. At that point, I was too frustrated to keep going back and forth. I told him I'd pay him half and let it go. To his credit, he was respectful and receptive when I gave him feedback. But that doesn't change the fact that I didn't get the service I was promised. Hopefully it was a good lesson learned for him going toward with his new business.

I'm a neglectful housekeeper and I knew this job was bigger than me. I called on a Saturday and had Kenia here on a Sunday ON HER DAY OFF!! She did an amazing job. Dusted, vacuumed, mopped, cleaned surfaces and appliances(outer surfaces), cleaned sinks and shower, dusted baseboards and organized. She was here for 7 hrs ! I only have a 1B/B 800 sf shotgun. The cost for a deep clean was $140 which is very reasonable and the cheapest of the 4 comparisons I made. As a side note the owner, Halfi, did an excellent job of arranging this in short order time. Definitely worth the 5 star review!

Oscar and his associate did a great job cleaning around me and my two littles running around! They also did a great job of hitting the problem areas that maybe haven't been touched since my daughter's birth *cough* 2 years is too long to let dust build up on your molding *cough* but no matter the surprise cups and other toddler remnants, they were friendly, warm, and completely thorough. We are currently looking for a cleaning service to clean our home on a monthly basis and decided to try them out. The communication was great the day before and on the day of service. They (Darien and two ladies) showed up on time and were professional. The area we feel they excelled at was the kitchen. Everything looked brand new all stainless was spotless. The tile floors in our home were also done really well. Unfortunately there were things missed that we had to go back and clean. Considering the cost and hiring a professional service, it should be done right the first time. The ceiling fans were not dusted. There were several shelves upon inspection that still had dust on them and cabinet doors not cleaned. When doing the finger dust test in several areas, there still was work to do. It was 3 people for about 3 hours of work. I did have a time line which was agreed upon that all work could be done in. Maybe next time more time will be required in order to fulfill the required tasks. Darien did offer to return to clean missed areas but the missed areas were already cleaned by us. I would like to thank Darien and his crew for their professionalism and efforts today.
