A bit of advice for the future, if you break something, say it, it's no big deal usually. It's always the cover-up that is worse than the crime - see richard nixon and the danzinger bridge cops...

John was respectful, honest, professional and fair in his pricing. John knew what he was talking about; compared to others we met, and even suggested options that saved us money. John and his team came in and got right to work. He took extra care and time to ensure that the grout work was correct in color, which looked great and made it very difficult to ID the old from the new. All jobs were completed to our satisfaction and looked/functioned great. Only reason for the 4-Stars is due to leaving a little bit of a mess from the frosted window replacement and regrouting. Just a little more clean up was needed. If not for that it would have been 5-stars. Based on our overall experience, we would recommend John. We plan to do additional work with him in the near future.

We are currently looking for a cleaning service to clean our home on a monthly basis and decided to try them out. The communication was great the day before and on the day of service. They (Darien and two ladies) showed up on time and were professional. The area we feel they excelled at was the kitchen. Everything looked brand new all stainless was spotless. The tile floors in our home were also done really well. Unfortunately there were things missed that we had to go back and clean. Considering the cost and hiring a professional service, it should be done right the first time. The ceiling fans were not dusted. There were several shelves upon inspection that still had dust on them and cabinet doors not cleaned. When doing the finger dust test in several areas, there still was work to do. It was 3 people for about 3 hours of work. I did have a time line which was agreed upon that all work could be done in. Maybe next time more time will be required in order to fulfill the required tasks. Darien did offer to return to clean missed areas but the missed areas were already cleaned by us. I would like to thank Darien and his crew for their professionalism and efforts today.

Eventually he was hired to repair damage to siding, reinforce the deck underneath the central A/C unit, replace rotting deck boards, and repair the railing that came loose on my deck. I also hired him to screen in my front porch. The results were adequate at best, but unbeknown to me when a couple of months later I had to demolish the deck he was suppose to advise me on fixing to discover what you will see in the attached photo - that his workers were so lazy when replacing the siding and reinforcing the railing they didn't even bother to move the railing to replace the siding behind it. Also they didn't bother to tell me the extent of the damage under the A/C where the deck attaches to the house. The finishing strips on the porch have come loose and there were other defects concerning the A/C unit, etc... will not hire again.

They did not require a walkthrough, which I appreciated given my busy schedule and oversensitivity about my housekeeping skills.. or lack thereof... Oscar and his associate did a great job cleaning around me and my two littles running around! They were both very understanding and patient with the questions, observations, and demanding schedules of my children. They also did a great job of hitting the problem areas that maybe haven't been touched since my daughter's birth *cough* 2 years is too long to let dust build up on your molding *cough* but no matter the surprise cups and other toddler remnants, they were friendly, warm, and completely thorough.
