Although Casa Lustro didn't have a lot of reviews at the time of booking, I was really impressed by how quickly and professionally they responded back to my inquiry for a deep cleaning. Patricia was incredibly understanding of the situation and did her best to accommodate to my schedule, so I ended up booking with them and goodness, I cannot express how glad I was that I did. Patricia personally came out to my house to help clean and did an incredibly thorough job in doing so. She took her time and went room by room, making sure every surface and wall was cleaned of termite wings + frass. I've never had such a thorough cleaning in my life and I was just so impressed at how clean my place was by the end of it. She also charged me an incredibly fair rate for the amount of work that she did, so much so that I felt like I was underpaying her. 10/10 would absolutely rebook with them again and I definitely plan on doing so in the future!

They (Darien and two ladies) showed up on time and were professional. The area we feel they excelled at was the kitchen. Everything looked brand new all stainless was spotless. The tile floors in our home were also done really well. Unfortunately there were things missed that we had to go back and clean. Considering the cost and hiring a professional service, it should be done right the first time. The ceiling fans were not dusted. There were several shelves upon inspection that still had dust on them and cabinet doors not cleaned. When doing the finger dust test in several areas, there still was work to do. It was 3 people for about 3 hours of work. I did have a time line which was agreed upon that all work could be done in. Maybe next time more time will be required in order to fulfill the required tasks. Darien did offer to return to clean missed areas but the missed areas were already cleaned by us. The house smelled fresh and every surface was thoughtfully cleaned. I like to clean. But getting the whole house done in one day takes time we sometimes don't have.
