After some unlucky mixups (which she was quick to follow up about and address) she did a quick in-person assessment of mom's house and made an appointment to send three cleaners over for a whole house deep clean. This is my mom's feedback: "I would say I was very pleased. I was impressed with the level of service they rendered--the attention to detail and following my instructions. I would say that I recommend them. And they were also pleasant. If I had to say a small negative it was not being able to communicate with them because Joanna was not here and I only had three people who did not speak English" So all in all a very good experience, my mom says it's the best gift she's ever gotten.

She went over the details and services of her business, asked me specifically what I needed done, and was very patient when I was trying to figure out what I may need (I had never hired a cleaning service before!) I liked that she did not try to push me to add extra services beyond what I needed! I am a grad student and this was definitely a splurge (but a WELL SPENT ONE!) Her sister was hired and arrived exactly on time.
