First of all, the work they did was good. But... The drawbacks: 1. When I dropped off the car, they didn't have me sign anything. I asked. They said I didn't need to. Once they looked over my car and got a final price, they made me come back down and sign something! I've never had this happen when getting my car worked on- I've always signed an estimate before leaving. Because they didn't have me sign anything until later, they didn't order my parts until I signed. Which required us to get there.... Without a car. 2. They finally get the work done and I call and ask if we can pick up the car. They say yes, it just needed to be wiped down. When we get the car, it's got dust all over it? Pictures are included to see some of the mess they left. - overall, like I said, they did a good job which is why they have 3 stars. But they really make the process more difficult and could be simplified if, in my opinion, they were more organized. This white stuff could have been wiped down in less than 5 minutes and would have made us a lot happier. I don't want to have to clean my car after spending over $1000 to get it fixed. While I will say they do know how to paint a car, thankfully. They do not know how to put a new car door on properly. I requested to have a new one put on because the old one had some scratches and when they put on the new one they didn't put it on correctly and so it has to be slammed to properly close. Wouldn't go to them again and they didn't even think anything was wrong with it when I asked them about it. read more

They Painted the topside of my car, for the buck it wasn't bad, i wish they would have painted the outside top edges, when i took it back i was disappointed to hear their younger manager say it will buff out! When it was obviously oxidation! They give free quotes, and that time out, so screen shot it in case you lose it, or else they wont honor it if you go back later. They offer a single phase paint, and a double phase, the double phase is better paint, it cost a little more, but worth it in the long run! read more

The shittiest place I have ever had a point job from. Knicks and dings and poor body work. This was a $5000+ paint job. Also the only body work they did was fix 2 dents on the bed rails and I had to take it back for them to fix a crease in the bed rail that wasn't repaired. I had to wipe sticky goop off parts of the truck. They got over spray all over the place and they never pulled my trim to paint under it like they said they would. They pointed over goop or some crap witch is allowing the paint to chip. Tailgate they said it wasn't salvageable. So they had to order tailgate. The tailgate they ordered did not fit my truck. All of a sudden my original tailgate was salvageable. They painted my exhaust pipes and bumper silver when that was not requested. Come to find out after I got a little bit of gas on my tailpipe it started turning yellow because they apparently painted them yellow (over spray). Something I thought was really weird they had random bolts painted that weren't part of the paint job such as bolts to my tow package under Neath my truck that is brand new. Took the truck back to have a few of these things fixed and they notified me that I would be charged. read more

Wife got into an at fault accident. Don't be like me tryna be cheap and save money get full coverage for a car. Anyways I went to 3 different body shops and Miracle is by far the cheapest quote I received so of course they got my business. We had liability coverage so at fault damage had to come out of our pockets. Spoke with Robert and Don. Great fellas. Told them I bought parts for my car and just need labor for installation and paint. My car was in their shop 6 days. Longer than anticipated but that was cause I was missing one part that had to be ordered and wait for delivery before installing. They said the part needed was about $48. Total for installation and paint was $1,137.00. I bought my car parts online for $467. Ya'll all this was $1,604!! Check out the great work they did. read more

I'm very happy with the results from Miracle. I've never had a car painted before, so I had no comparison to go by. However, I've received several compliments on the paint, ie, great job, excellent work, etc. I myself, didn't find any blemishes to speak of. The small ones I did find were taken care of right now. I really liked the owner. He made me feel confident that I'd chosen the right auto paint shop. The employees were very nice too and did great work. Even small things that were never mentioned were taken care of. So, I feel good about my choice and am very proud of my car! BTW, the price was good also! read more

Not only are workers rude but it looks Filthy. walked in to get a quote on my vehicle, Employees parking and moving vehicles outside one in a white muscle tank top with long hair no company shirts to represent business but thats no why they get 0 stars at least from me no one asked to help me I stood in the front lobby for about 5 mins when I walked out to my car another employee seen me walk out and still didn't ask if I needed help. This place is excellent! They were super helpful in explaining what repairs they would make to my car and why they were needed. They replaced both bumpers that were destroyed in an accident and sanded away all the peeling and chipped paint that was all over the roof, good, and trunk. They also have an extensive selection of paint colors at very reasonable prices. I got my car back after 9 days and I couldn't be more pleased. I will definitely be coming back for any body or paint work I need for any of my cars in the future! read more

Miracle Auto Painting - Freshly painted Corolla - Body Shops Near Me - Modesto, California

I unfortunately felt compelled to write this review based on my experience at Miracle Auto Painting and Body Repair. To start, my truck took over 11 days longer than the originally quoted time frame, and this was poorly communicated to me. On two occasions I had a family member drive me all the way from San Jose to Modesto to find my truck was still not painted, and no one bothered to call and let me know it was not ready on the agreed upon date. On the second occasion I was offered a loaner because I had gone weeks without a vehicle, but on the way home the check engine light and the ABS light came on so it was not safe at all for me to drive around in. Once I finally received my vehicle back a bunch of wires on the inside of my truck on the drivers side had been ripped out of the dash area (pictured below). I did not ask for any work to be done on the inside of my vehicle, so I can not imagine any reason why wires should have been removed or messed with. When I brought this to the staff's attention they were incredibly rude and did not offer any explanation as to the poor shape of the inside of my vehicle. I understand that this shop is well priced, and the owner Robert seemed like a nice enough guy, however I am incredibly disappointed with my overall experience. If you use this shop do so with the knowledge that your vehicle will likely take much longer than expected, you will need to deal with rude staff, you will receive no communication about when your vehicle will be ready, and the inside of your car will be in inexplicably poor condition. read more

Hi I had my camaro painted here and first off they painted the stripes on the back of the car backwards after Carlos told me they knew how they were painted from factory like I asked him. Then the battery was dead because someone had plugged in the horn. So I had to jump start the car to take it home. Then I took the car back to have the stripes fixed. Then win I went back to git the car there was a finger print in-between the stripes in the paint. Also they had plugged the horn in again after I told them not to so then I had to buy a new battery. They must not have wiped the car off at all before they painted it because there is debry in the paint over the whole car. They painted right over spider webs. I ask about the debry "trash" in the paint and one of them said "there is debry in every cars paint."There is holidays in the paint. I ask them if my camaros paint was going to be the same as the blue camaro they had there. That I looked at it's rocker panels and they were painted nicely. Were my rocker panels didn't get painted hardly at all. I asked about This and they told me they don't jack the car up to paint under there. Then I found out that the blue camaro is one of the owners cars.There is spots on the car that didn't get clear coat at all. There is holidays in the paint. There was over spray all over the frame under the hood and on the fuel tank. read more

EXREMELY HAPPY WITH THIS PLACE! I get a great paint job at a very affordable price. They are very fast with what they do. I have had my truck bumper, 2 car bumpers, family car, and also my Harley painted here. The guys that work there give you an estimate and they stick to it. I have never had an issue with any work they have done, and I will without a doubt CONTINUE TO GO THERE! We had a Ford E350 painted at these guys. The first color we picked out, was hoping for an Army Green type color. However, I hated the color. So I asked Dan to repaint it. They were not frustrated at all. Yes I had to pay more money to have it repainted again, but that's ok, we picked the color and they sprayed it so it wasn't their fault. We changed the color completely and had it done in Nardo Grey instead. All said and done less than 2k for it, if it lasts 5 years I'll be happy. We didn't have any body work done. So I went to a few auto paint jobs to get quotes. First one seem to be busy and only wanted to deal with insurance company. So I decided to take my jeep to Miracle Auto Painting which is my second stop. Didn't get the gentlemen name but he carry a cane around which I think he uses to keep people in order if they get out of line. So anyways I explain to him I needed a few body parts repainted and I want my new hood and grill to match with the inserts painted silver. Quote was given and I was still not sure how silver would look but he mention if I didn't like them we can repaint them to black with a small fee. ok Cool . So I get call from Carlos different guy and get some bad news ( 1 hour later) . At this point I was not happy after hearing the news . My hood in the back driver side was bent from the shipping company and 1 bracket mount does not match up for mounting. Now I'm pissed. I take a trip over to see how bad it is. Well after going over a few things and giving Carlos the OK I had no problem paying extra to have them do their magic. Well have to say these guy made my jeep look nice. Thanks! read more

Took our truck on a Friday Took our truck on a Friday they said they would have it 2 weeks. They had it 5 weeks and when i went to get it the truck still had noticeable dents in it and the bondo was cracking already. And my bed liner wasn't done over the bed railing like I asked. They said they had no time to fix it and no room to keep it, so they made me pay in full for all of the work and I had to return the truck in two weeks. I took the truck on a Tuesday and they wouldn't accept it, they said they only take vehicles on mondays, which is a joke because I initially dropped it off on a Friday!!! Took it back on a Monday they said is would be there a couple of days, well we got it back over a month later, and had to pay them another $200.00. So 3,000 later the truck looks like crap, the Bed liner was peeling within a week and the paint was peeling within 2 months. It looks like they didn't even sand it and I asked for two stage paint, but they used single stage paint! Thank God for the one-year warranty but who wants to take it back to that place I do not recommend it to anybody!!!!!!! If I could write this as a zero star establishment believe me I would. Where do I start when I got there they changed the price on me not by much so I kind of Let It Go .when I picked it up they were supposed to fix a dent in the fender and they did but they left another dent why would you paint a fender with a dent in it .I don't understand paint job was horrible all kinds of Blends in the paint like debris.also inside of my truck was a mess all over the floor mats on both sides like why would somebody in my passenger seat are they using my truck .?also they didn't put everything back together right under the hood good thing I looked ,so once again you get what you pay for or sometimes you don't get what you pay for don't ever go there that's my advice to you read more

I was doing quite a bit of work on my old VW Bug and took it here for paint and some body work. The work that Miracle did on my car was good for the price. A few drip lines in the door but I expected that after reading reviews. Unfortunately the two parts of the car that they subcontracted were both terrible. The mobile glass guy that they used actually ruined about $400 worth of parts (chrome, gaskets, etc.) in addition to installing the windows properly. He didn't know what he was doing at all. When I asked for a refund Miracle said it wasn't their responsibility even though they are the ones I paid. They didn't start talking to me about it until I threatened a charge back and still have made me do all of the leg work hassling the guy to get my money back. The business they recommended to do my headliner didn't do the job right either though they took the car back and tried to fix it. Bottom line, a decent paint job but don't use Miracle's recommendations. read more

I dont know if its cause Im a woman but it certainly feels like that when I look at the numbers. Miracle was honest and professional. They were cheap for the great job they did. As appose to burnside who first of all told me thay couldnt patch the whole and then told me I had to get a new bumber from them I told him I could get an after market one and they said they couldnt do that. Burnside wanted to charge me $1,000.00 dollors and Autobody solutions $500.00. Good thing Im a smart woman and I looked around first right. Miracles was cheap took my after market bumber and did an amazing job on my car not to mention they also told me they would have still been able to patch the hole on the bumber but since I already had the after market bumber I just went ahead and replaced it. These people deserve the acknoledgement. read more

This place is quite a conundrum - I've seen awesome $300 paint jobs and not too hot $800 paint jobs (including mine). I think it's all contingent on who is exactly doing the work. The main problems of my paint job were poor prep work (the paint is starting to bubble up/dimple in places), orange peel, and body work could have been better in places (my car had been keyed and it still shows in some places slightly - this should have been handled). The turn around was fast, about a week, but I would have prefered the time and investment in solid work then getting it back fast. I do know for a fact that they do far better work then Maaco and Earl Scheib. read more

POOR JOB: Cheap price equals poor job. One week to get my paint job done, that fast so I'm not complaining. PRICE: I paid $627 for the supreme mirathane , that included fixing several dents. When I dropped off my car, the shop looked busy, so this might be one reason why they did a poor job. "Time is money." PREPPING: Poor job. Masking was horrible. It looks like they did a quick masking. The paint got on to my weather strippings, mud guards, and front grill. Also they don't fully seal your interior, so there's going to be a lot of dust paint in your interior. PAINT: Poor job. It was a single stage job(I heard they do pretty good with single stage) and the major thing was the orange peel! It's on the whole car, it's major orange peel. I know single stage is known to have orange peel, but not on the whole paint job. Guess I have to get the whole car cut and buffed. Also they messed up on my driver side side molding. It looks they painted it and than accidentally rubbed against the wet paint. They didn't even bother to fix it. DETAILING: Poor job. They really need a department for that. They should at least clean your interior if theyre not going to prep well. Who ever paints or details the car doesn't have clean hands. There is paint on my steering wheel and my door panels. Some come off with hard rubbing, but I'm going to have to use paint thinner to get the rest out. The only reason they got a two star is the price. I know it's a "Get what you pay for" thing, but I'd think they could have done a lot better. Looks like I have to put some of my own hours to make this paint job better. read more

Picked up our Rav 4 after Miracle fixed the dent from backing into a telephone pole. The dent was significant but not a catastrophe and the rear bumper cover needed replacing. Two other shops said we would need a new quarter panel for bids of $3600 and $3650 or they wouldn't touch it. Miracle said no problem, we can pull it out and it will look fine for $1000. With some apprehension we went for the less than 1/3 expense and the results were excellent. Looks as good as new and the paint match is perfect. OK I brought my 2008 dodge charger here for an accident that I had to be fixed... Well let me say never again will I use this shop, I wouldn't bring my nephews big wheel come here to get repaired nor repainted..... I had actual runs iny paint with finger smudges and a burnt clear coat, also paint on the door and window runners..... My head lights needed to be adjusted because they put them in wrong.. Didn't replace the lights in my running lights or fog lights...ultimately I had to return my car three times to be redone and it's still not right... I just gave up Carlos does not know how to do his job.. There is still finger marks in my paint...... Never again will I go there nor will I ever recommend... read more

Someone crashed into my car and smashed the passenger door in, I took it in to get fixed after getting the best price here. Not only was the price good but they also did the work really fast. Every other place told me at least 5-6 days, they did it in about 2.5 days. My car looks better than it did before it was ever crashed. The prep work was horrible. I have have sanding marks, chips that were not filled, dirt under the clear coat. Th e worst prep work I've. Ever seen. I was going to prep it myself but was assured it would be prep right. After complaining they said it was in the fine print all chip and prep would not be done. $1870.00 later what a let done. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! If you plan on having your car painted by this place it will be a MIRACLE if they get the job right! We asked for a quality paint job and we were not concerned with the cost. We were quoted $800 (we indicated that we would pay more to have the car the way we wanted it). The co-owner said, oh no, $800 we can take care of what you are asking for. Well, when the car was so-called "ready" we came to pick it up. We were horrified to see that no prep work had been done and that the paint had trash/dirt in it where they had painted the car in an open garage while the wind was blowing. It was also also obvious that they had painted our car with the windows open as the entire interior of the car was trashed! Paint dust of foot prints and finger prints of the so called painters--they didn't even bother putting paper down or closing the windows. When we asked the co-owner of Miracle Auto Painting about the condition of our car, he kept coming up with all excuses and his response to us was "what do you expect for $800, we DO NOT DO QUALITY JOBS! HOW UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!! We will not be going back and we will not be recommending this establishment. read more
