Sure, nachos don't always reheat great but I tossed mine under the broiler to crisp everything back up and then added some fresh chips on the side and it was perfect. I still had a few leftovers even after that and took the rest of it and added an egg on top for a makeshift chilaquiles dish! Pretty good!
