I cannot believe that this company asks me for half the money to make 500 business cards, that they are going to send me the examples, a week later they tell me that they have not worked on mine because they got a bigger job, it means that my work is not a priority, what a garbage company, I will take care of talking to the corporation and complain because it is not fair that they play with people's time, garbage company. read more

Updating review because there has been a change in ownership. Monthly, the shop prints a four page newsletter and recently they printed 100 copies of a small membership directory. The transition was very smooth and the new owner & Sean the designer are very accommodating. There was only a very slight increase in price but still very reasonable. I am not a very big business for them but i am always treated like a valued customer! read more

Great shop to work with! Went to Jeremy at minuteman to print my wedding invitations and both Jeremy and Jose worked with me through many different corrections and adjustments I made and never made me feel uncomfortable! Will definitely be coming back for future printing needs. (Will post pictures soon!) read more

Excellent And efficient! The designer Jose was able to create a design for me based on my previous card and with a few quick emails he made a design that I was very happy with. As soon as we settled on the design, my cards were printed immediately. This is a great business to business service! I wanted my cards done quickly and perfectly and that's what I got from minuteman! read more

Recently I used Minuteman Press to print an invitation and an 8 page brochure and I can't say enough good things about this company, especially Yesenia Lozano. The graphic designer I chose new I was on a tight budget (4 color brochure) and said I should try Staples. I went to Staples and received a quote of $700. I saw a typo in my doc and said I'd come back in the am after the GD fixed. I came back the next morning and went to drop off my info and they changed the price to $925! Even though I had a hand written quote! I went straight over to Minuteman Press and handed them the flashdrive and they quoted me $373-and that included higher end paper!! Not only that, Yesenia quoted in less time too! I will always go to MMP and Yesenia after this print! They did a beautiful job! read more

I came in to get a class picture printed, super helpful and swift response for my printing job. Thank you!

May blessings rain down upon the caring folks at Minuteman Press! I approached them with a rush job to print a funeral program, prayer cards and an obituary for a funeral service and a memorial service, and they got it done quickly and with excellent quality. They were very sympathetic, and made sure to get the job done in between other jobs they had going on. These are good people. read more

AWESOME SERVICE!! They have helped me on last minute jams (the usual). Got the job done everytime. I have come here more than a dozen times to print for a several million aerospace manufacturing company,.as well as my school projects for UCLA. I have printed large format 24x36, 8.5x11, 5.5x8.5 booklets in color, gloss and matte. The only downfall is it is slightly pixelated if you want same day turnaround for large format, so allow at least 24 hours for better quality prints. I'm used to top quality printing, coming from architecture industry, but this place is almost there...with a good price, speed, good value, 8 out of 10 quality printing which is good enough for students and mid-size businesses, not enough quality for PR or graphic design firms. read more

Yesenia has helped me with several projects recently and the cost and quality can't be matched anywhere else. She is communicative and responsive and her products are top notch. Minuteman is a further drive for me than other places I could go, but I send all of my print jobs here. read more

There customer service was top rated, My box of business cards where left in my car with the window open and it rained. I needed new business cards right away. Ridiculous! They close for an hour every day for lunch so when we tried to talk about placing an order they were closed. After waiting 45 minutes, when they reopened, we told the woman we wanted to ask about a print job. she asked "Did you talk to my boss this morning?". We told her "No". She then walked into the back and didn't come back out. After 2-3 minutes of waiting at the counter, with no one else in the store, we left. Went elsewhere. First and last time to go there. I try to patronize local businesses whenever possible but it's customer service like this that drives customers to the chain places. read more

I feel the prices here are too high; I prefer Copybank or Staples' print center for price and print quality.

Always dependable, great customer service, best quality. They are our go-to for any printing need

Minuteman press is the best! Magaly and Yesenia were especially helpful to my fiancé and me as we hammered out all the details involved with printing our wedding invitations. I have experience with graphic design and had made my own files, but had very little experience about sending my work to print. They helped me through the process and were kind and responsive to my questions. They also built the cost of paper into the price of our print job, and even helped us choose the perfect one - we had purchased our own paper and brought it in, only to be disappointed by how the texture affected the final result. They made sure to find us the right color, texture, and weight of paper, and we were thrilled with the result. I would not hesitate to recommend them! Thanks again! read more

This is the best print shop ever. I have used them constantly for my wedding invitations, personal stationary, gift stickers, full size photo portraits, and more. They are consistently impeccable in quality, price and timing. I recommend them highly. read more

I'll disclose that I worked for Jeremy before in a different creative industry and am saying this for two reasons. First, to share that he's one of those great, honest people you feel good giving your business to. Second, I've seen firsthand countless times over the years how dedicated he is to delivering the highest quality craftsmanship in everything he produces. I was in a rush to have business cards printed. He made sure to explain the available options for the timeframe and helped me decide on the best type of card stock and printing to go with. They came out absolutely perfect! read more

Jeremy, Jordan & the Minuteman staff are the best! They do the printing for my personal business as well as for my Rotary club. The service is always with a smile, and I never have to worry about my job being done right and on time. They make it a breeze to get printing done, not to mention their many other services! It's so great to have this service right in our South Bay neighborhood! read more

I recently went to MinuteMan press for printing that I needed for my wedding. They are fabulous!!!! They were able to digitally create a program I had in mind, uploaded the pictures, and even changed some colors on an existing program I had made so that it perfectly matched my wedding colors. When they ran out of the color spiral I needed, they special ordered it and overnighted it at their expense so I would have the programs on time - even though I am the one that waited to the last minute to get the project done. They are helpful, friendly, and fabulous! They are truly the best printer in the South Bay! read more
