The negative: Every manager and/or assistant manager we have encountered here for over many years has been rude in their interactions with us. Answers to our queries are short and without a smile or pleasant comments. They've also not acknowledged us as customers if the associate has a question regarding our items at checkout. Very surprising that a Christian company would consistently employ miserable people in the managerial position. What kind of an example are they to the public of a joyful follower of Christ? And if they aren't a Christian, perhaps Hobby Lobby should be reconsidering who they hire to represent their company.

And what do you know, Yup, it's a craft store alright, juust like I thought it would be. And juust like it says on the 40 foot sign on the front of the building.    Aaaand let's see what's down Every isle why don't we. sure, great. How many glue guns does one person need? "what? nothing, nevermind" wow alot of fake flowers up in here too. And what is this thing for? "Put it in the cart already!" of course. "This place is Freakin HUGE, are you sure we can't just skip a few isles?" "NO!" [of course not I said while testing my restraints]    And then it happened. I got it, "it's all clearly right in front of me like a thousand inspirational signs which were obviously made just for yours truly. This store is actually speaking to me through it's merchandise.  W O A H ! !"   Ok, you win. You broke me. I Like This Store Now. Okay, there I said it. Can we go now? Come And Get Your Shopping On!! My Mom lived in Scranton - born and raised and I live in Los Angeles, California. I came out to handle arrangements for my Mothers final wishes last month and I had some issues that I had to deal with. I was out there alone because both my husband and daughter had to work and couldn't come with me so I was feeling very, very alone as it was. I had to make a bunch of copies of some travel receipts and print out a bunch of photos from my phone to take to court the day that I happened to find PostNet on Yelp. At the time my Mom had just died days before so I was a complete mess. I was kind of walking around in a haze. I knew I had to have these documents for court but since I was trying to find a place to do this at the last minute I was a frazzled mess. I walked through the door at PostNet and I felt an immediate comfort there. I don't ever write reviews but I had to just say this. I literally felt like these women just looked at me and knew that I needed help and they led me to an area where they showed me how to make my copies and then they took all of the photos and printed them off my phone for me. I have never met such a group of lovely women! They just gave me what I needed at the moment I needed it! That just does not happen much in life at all! After they helped me - they hugged me and we all got a bit emotional and I left. I didn't want to though. I know this may seem silly to many people but a business is nothing without the core people that own it and make it work every day! That matters to me!! These women that I will probably not see again gave me a half hour of their time when I needed someone desperately to see me and help me! I will NEVER forget them all!
