This small design and print shop has very good prices, quality, and customer service - some things…read morethat other print shops lack. I have been going here ever since graphic design classes in 2007-2008. So now, I go for small print jobs. Their prices are very affordable compared to Kinkos or Staples. They also have very good customer service. It's also not as crowded or busy, so your print job gets done right away (they take walk ins) or you can pay-now and pick-up later, like next day. The only bad thing is that they close at 5pm, but if you call ahead, they can leave it outside for you to pick up, etc. They really do try their best to get it to you by whenever you need it. I've picked it up from their front door at off-hours in the night time. They do tax-free for nonprofit organizations as well, so that's another plus. In terms of design, I don't know of their quality. As a graphic designer myself, I brought all my work pre-designed, but they do have a graphic designer to do logos and layouts. Overall, it's affordable and they make your experience so much nicer with their friendly service. You can ask about all the options and paper types they have. They let you feel out the paper widths, and also print out 1 copy for you as a proof. (Unlike Kinkos, where they make you pay and are incredibly stingy with their paper)...

My company has been a client of Millennium Marketing Solutions for years. They have helped us…read morerebrand our residential, corporate and commercial entities. They help manage some of our digital advertising (PPC campaigns - Eron is awesome!) as well as assist with design concepts. The team is knowledgeable and the level of customer service is unparalleled. Their design team works best when ideas are presented and expectations are spelled out. I haven't had the best luck with giving them complete creative freedom over projects, but that could also be chocked up to the fact that I'm a bit of a perfectionist and control freak. However, after a few rounds of edits, the design are flawless and ready for print, production or posting on the web. I have a great working relationship with the owner, Janice Tippett. She cares about her clients as well as her employees. It's reassuring that I can pick up the phone to discuss issues or even compliment an employee's hard work. Communication is key in any business but Millennium Marketing has it right! I recommend Millennium Marketing Solutions for companies, both big and small, looking to explore new marketing horizons in print, digital and promotional.

However, the team didn't bat an eye. Shipment was accurate and extremely fast -- from the time the proofs were approved to the moment the posters arrived at their respective destinations, all across the state.
