They brought to my attention that the logo on poster proofs would have been pixilated once printed. Our order was a bit complicated, since we were having multiple prints shipped to 20 locations. However, the team didn't bat an eye. Shipment was accurate and extremely fast -- from the time the proofs were approved to the moment the posters arrived at their respective destinations, all across the state. Instead of asking for the package, she demanded I give it to her. When I asked for more information about the return process, since that was my first time doing it, I was given very minimal details, was met with a very dismissive attitude, and she walked off. I called in shortly, thereafter, to speak to a manager, and I was immediately hung up on. There was a second girl too with short hair, that was extremely rude to me.
