I ran into this place on a whim. I was looking for a vehicle for myself, a used one ( I am broke,…read moreit aint even funny) but I wasn't car shopping that day! I actually got lost lol and saw this place and decided just to check it out. At this point I was not serious on buying anything anymore. I have been to so many used car dealerships and they all declined me but they CLAIM no credit no problem! that's a joke! My credit sucks ( College Life really messed my credit up, regrets? naaaaaa lol yes I regret it now) Also some dealerships or should i say STEALERSHIPS make you buy a vehicle you cant afford or try to convince you into something you dont even want! smh. So at this point I was not expecting anything new! Well as I decided to park I was thinking to myself " Am I ready to get hassled by some car salesman?" and i said "yes i am" lol . I walked around their lot and right away I was greeted by a sales guy and he said " if i want to test drive any or have questions dont hesitate to ask" MY LOOK on my face was dumb founded I was expecting to get harassed to come inside and pull my credit but no, he let me be in peace . I saw a couple of cars i was interested in. I was impressed on how the vehicles looked and the prices. Then I saw it! Maxima basically calling out my name lol! I had to take a closer look. I went up to the salesman and asked if I could test drive the vehicle and we went for a test drive. I fell in love right away! but again I knew I wasn't going to get approved! As me and the salesman Hugo were test driving I was telling him my situation on my credit. He actually listened lol again this is super rare that this man is not trying to scam or up sale me. As we talked more about my finances and budget I finally convinced my self to step into there little cute office! ( its like a tiny house ) long story short I got approved for financing and zero interest!!!!! Which to me is a plus in my book. Well I took my sexy shiny Maxima home. It has been about over a month now and no issues. Hugo did say their vehicles have clean titles and also have the Carfax on hand which is nice. For being a new dealership they have pretty good inventory and also to me the customer service part. Its worth a shot just to check the place out or even just to test drive. I also saw a sign for cash offers which is pretty cool. Hand down I recommended this place!!! Also if you do decide to go ask for Hugo he is pretty awesome and funny :-) P.S I am glad i took the wrong turn and got lost or else I would be stuck driving my old busted down Honda lol

Overview: Sales reps…read moreare very pushy. Customer service and follow-up is horrible. Prices are decent, not much selection. Explanation: I have to admit, I've had better experiences at Wal Mart. I was looking to get a nice black, but used Audi in the 10,000 price range. When I came across one on their website, I was very interested, and submitted an inquiry through their website, www.axtmanauto.com. I was called within 10 minutes from a sales representative, and he asked me some questions and asked if he could pre-qualify me for the purchase of the Audi. I gave him the go-ahead, and I was approved. I met with him later that day, and test drove the car and really liked it. I decided to go into the office and see what we could get set up for the trade-in value of my pickup. Over the phone, we talked about a higher price for the trade, but when he printed off the sales contract, he of course, lowered it a good $1,500. I looked it over and then I gave him a thank you. I wanted to talk it over with my wife, but didn't want to do it in front of him. When I talked about stepping out for a moment to talk it over with my wife, he got somewhat defensive and asked, "How come? Is it something you can't say in front of me?" I just wanted to talk it over with my wife because he offered a low trade-in amount. So I told him that I was expecting more for the trade-in amount. I was then able to negotiate a little higher trade-in value, but it wasn't much. I owed money on the truck yet, so he advised I take $75 more out on the loan, just in case there were any discrepancies and they would pay me back the leftover amount after they pay my current loan holder off. He automatically added in a third party auto warranty contract to the sale, and really pushed it hard and advised it, so I decided to go with it. I ended up purchasing the car with the warranty, and trading the truck in. After I got everything out of my truck and moved it all over to the car, we drove off. When we bought the car, it was a cloudy day and it had dust on it. We had the car washed the next day, and wow, the car was practically covered entirely in buff swirls. (It's black, so it shows up like a neon sign) Also, the driver's door was all sorts of dinged up. It's going to cost around 300-400 dollars to get it repaired. A couple days later, I realized I forgot a white gold ring in the ashtray of the truck I traded in. I called them, and the sales rep said he would contact the detailing shop to see if they found it, and he would call me back. He didn't call me back, so two days later, I called again. Got ahold of a different guy, and he said he would do the same thing. Still didn't get a response back... I called one more time, and they told me the guy that would know was on vacation, and they would leave him a note. The guy never called, so I pretty much gave up and ate the few hundred dollars on the cost of the ring. About a month later, I called asking where's my refund on the trade-in loan overpayment. (Since the loan was paid of for 3 weeks by then) The guy sounded a little flustered and transferred me to someone else. The person said he was the one who handled the books, and he was just cutting a check for me and it was on his desk. (Wow! What a coincidence...) I did end up getting my money back. A couple weeks later, I sent them an email to cancel my third party warranty because it had mediocre reviews, and I have a mechanic that does excellent work at a real good price. They didn't contact me for five days. So, I decided to call them. They said they would start the process and send out the paperwork. They didn't, and a few days later I called again. They said I needed to talk to the guy that sold the car, but he wasn't available. They told me they would leave him a message. A few days later, I called again. I finally got to speak to the sales person, and he of course, asked me why and tried to get me not to cancel it. I told him my email explained it all, and I would like to cancel it. After all of that, he said he was going to send me the paperwork for cancellation that day. About 2-3 days later, I get a phone call from one of the reps and he asked where I needed to have my cancellation form sent to. I told him, and it finally was sent out. So, that's my story. A very long one unfortunately. I would not recommend anyone to buy there, and I will personally never buy there again.

ABSOULETLY GREAT PLACE TO GO. Tracy and The Finacial…read moreservice man, is outstanding. First and for most, the day before I had previously sold my truck because University Auto Garunteed me a car STAY FAR AWAY FROM that place, they were absolute liars, and wasted my time, they only picked one finacial place to see if I could get financed, they also showed me a list of cars that I did not wanted. I called Axtman auto and Tracy spoke with me and told me wipe those tears away, and come in tomorrow morning we're going to get you a car. When I say they did their thang, they did a phenomenal job. The Transaction took like less then 2 hrs, I was treated like family as soon as I stepped foot in the door. I was able to get approved for a car, that was in my price range, and now I am able to rebuild my credit, even with a repo on my name. I absolutely loved the whole experience, and love my car even MORE. Bad credit, No Cedit , Repo ? THIS IS YOUR PLACE ! Thanks so much Tracy and the other salesman I forgot his name I feel so bad now, but you two are ROCKING ! Roseville ,Mn Location -Taylor W

During my first test drive, I encountered significant communication challenges with the staff…read more Despite presenting all necessary documents during my initial visit, I was repeatedly asked for additional documents that I had already provided. After multiple requests, the manager, Nahomy, finally acknowledged that everything was approved and ready for me to proceed. However, before I could collect my payment by going to get a money order as they do not accept any other form of payment. Nahomy (Manager) behavior was extremely rude, distasteful and disrespectful while in front of other customers and staff. I was simply expressing my frustration with the repeated communication issues, the 3 visits to this dealership, my time and money is valuable. She insisted on defending the lack of communication and the insensitivity to my time. Though I was in need of a vehicle, I will not allow anyone to treat me with such rudeness. The staff Erika who was the actual person assisting me was ok. She was upset when I decided not to take the vehicle and showed a complete different persona once I stated no I won't do business with them. Needless to say they lost my business due to their management behavior.
