She saw a doctor for a few minutes and he said she probably just had a cold and that was it. My mom's symptoms were not of a typical cold. Looking back now, my mom probably had Covid-19. I myself came here some years ago when I was sick and didn't want to bother with an ER. They did some blood work and the next day told me I probably just needed to see a kidney specialist. I went to an ER which I should have from jump and my situation was way worse than I thought. I had renal failure! Not saying all urgent care facilities are a waste of time, but the long and short of it is, this one is!

There were no openings at any of the MinuteClinics and walk-in waits were upwards of 1 hour. I looked around and Yelp helped me find this clinic. I've been to this shopping center hundreds of times and obliviously missed that this exists, maybe because nowhere in the signage does it say "Urgent Care". There were only a few patients on a Sunday afternoon, and I was checked in right away by a friendly young male staff who had the normal requests for information, ID, insurance, and signatures on disclaimers too long to read. A cordial and helpful doctor's assistant took my vitals, led me to a patient room, and a PA-C came in within minutes to do an assessment. The entire visit was under 30 minutes and I was pleasantly surprised how fast, courteous, and professional everyone was and how convenient this facility is. The cost of the visit and tests will of course vary based on your insurance plan, but luckily it did not cost me an arm and a leg. I hope to not have a need to visit again for illness but if I had to pick a place for such a need I would choose this one.

Urgent care is urgent care, doesn't matter who is giving the care. The pain was extraordinary and I was hoping to be seen and given something quickly as it was not subsiding. I got here, signed in, and took a seat. Finally called to the desk and do all my check in processing with ID and insurance card. Then I waited again. The one good thing about this place is they at least tell you when you will be seen with screens and with text messaging. I get back, talk with the doctor, and get taken for an x-ray. Come back to the room and wait a few minutes. Doctor, who was lovely by the way, came back in and gave me the verdict. It was kind of what I was expecting. The doctor wrote some prescription and sent them off to the pharmacy. She also gave me instructions on what to do for follow up. Turns out what she suspected was what was confirmed. But I came back here again at a later date as I got hit with COVID. Yes, it is still around, and yes you can still catch it. I only came here to confirm it so that I could inform my work why I would be working from home. This time, it wasn't so pleasant of a visit. They weren't busy, but they left me wait in the waiting room forever and a day. Kind of brushed me off. I know we are all tired of it, but a little bit of compassion could have been put forth.

Other locations don't have the same wait times, so I don't get what's going on here. And all the time you get with one of their doctors is like 5-10mins. Make it make sense.

The doctor also "highly recommended" I get the meds; I said if I got malaria I'd just "shake it off." He was baffled. I was defiant. Now-husband just bought me the meds. I lost my passport anyway. Luckily, I've come a long way in embracing medical care! After self-medicating a sore throat for a week with chicken noodle soup and beer, I developed a hacking cough, then a few days later my voice transitioned first to Ella Fitzgerald and then Louis Armstrong. My husband (actually, now) insisted I go in when my cough started keeping him up at night and my parents didn't believe it was me on the phone. My pcp's phone and Internet was out (Verizon, figures), so I ended up back at good ol' reliable Secure Medical Care. It's nothing fancy, folks, but it IS easy, clean, amazingly fast, and next door to a Rite-Aid pharmacy. The doctor I spoke to was friendly, relaxed, and took his time (such an unfamiliar experience!), and the whole process took under a half hour even though I had no appointment. Awesome. Maybe I'll even go willingly next time!

This place is a good choice if you have a problem and would like to see a doctor quickly. There were multiple M.Ds when I went there, so there is a high probably that you will get to talk to a real doctor. Also they can provide a number of medication on-site so there is no need to go to a pharmacy, im not sure if they take insurance for the prescriptions but in the case of the item that I needed the cash price of $10 was the same as what I would pay at a pharmacy when using my insurance. I did however, see other cash prices which were higher $20-$40 range, which is higher than I have every paid for any generic medication while using prescription insurance. Apart from that there is nothing notable about this place. The doctor was nice but there was nothing remarkable about her bedside manner. Since they take my insurance I may very well go here again and will update my review if there is any more information to add. I did find the insurance information a little difficult to find on their website, so here is a link to the page that details which insurance plans they accept: http://www.securemedicalcare.com/Patient/Insurance

No appointments are needed - simply walk-in during open hours and find their COVID testing tent located outside in the parking lot. I needed something same day and they were able to deliver on that promise - with a test at 9:30pm and results ready by 5pm. Hot tip: same day results are processed for swabs taken before 12pm. I went in with a clearly sprained ankle and torn tendons and all they did was give me a shot of toradol, which I explained to them doesn't work for me, but they insisted. Did NOTHING. Now I do have to say, the staff at the front desk and the techs at this location are very friendly and compassionate. However, I would NEVER EVER recommend this urgent care. They won't do anything for you. They have no clue AT ALL what they are doing. Such a waste of my time.

I sat in a hallway from 10am to 10pm after being brought in by ambulance. I finally got a room in the ER and within 2 hours was admitted to the hospital. Once in a room, the care was excellent and the rooms were private - this is critical because there are people who snore or are disruptive. The food was very good for a hospital, yet the call in order system needs to be updated to an app. The hospital took care of my issue once it was identified and I was released 5 days later. It is the best hospital stay I have had. The staff were excellent and available when called. There are lots of people leaving negative reviews for things beyond the control of the hospital or for following protocols. Doctors and nurses have to follow standardized procedures, so complaining they did not make an exception is not indicative of the care you will receive. I would not hesitate to go back if I need medical care. I had an excellent experience overall. The only room for improvement is more space for patients in the ER out of the hallway.
