We are now 3 for 3 on prescription drug not being available and not ordered. Time to move our family's business elsewhere!

They didn't have the X-Ray machines that Google said they did, but the staff pointed us in the right direction to their location that did. The people behind the desk were very friendly when we told them the situation, and they lamented with us about it. (FYI - it ended up being that his foot was actually broken, once we got the scan! Ah!) Even though we didn't end up becoming patients of this urgent care, we did get to experience the great and helpful attitude of the staff. So I will definitely return here, if we do ever have another urgent care need!

However, when the next two patrons came in she asked them if they'd ever been there before and they had. They sat down and one went right even though I was there first. By the way I had been there before. The only difference in the three of us is I'm a black male and the others were white. In observing this I came very close to confronting her regarding the differential treatment. Sometimes having to even ponder it gets exhausting! Nevertheless, the nurse and PA were both professional and kind. Hopefully my diagnosis is accurate.

I had great care from them as well as all the staff! Dr. Megan was so kind, attentive, and actually explained everything to me! The wait was not long, explained to the nurse everything that was going on and that it actually hurt to talk. She wrote everything down and then said she'd send the PA or Dr in. The PA comes in and asks what's going on. I let her know, and she takes notes of everything I'm struggling to say. She does an exam and says ok, I'll review this with Kristi and we'll be back in. Kristi comes in and asks me to explain everything, again. She also does the same exam the first Dr did 20 min ago. I couldn't even say aww when they checked my throat because it hurt so bad. They asked about allergies (I've had typical environmental allergies) but never asked what meds I was currently taking. I was scolded for not taking allergy medicine daily, she said this is how you end up here, blaming my lack of taking allergy meds that my own Dr has never suggested or prescribed. She said she thinks it's presenting viral but wants to do a test, a $125 swab to see what kind of bacteria is growing. If it's viral, how is there bacteria and why would an antibiotic not fix it.  I was ugly crying, in tears because they wanted me to swab for bacteria ($125 is a lot!!) or wait to see if it gets better, even though I had already been sick over a week. She went over a flyer with me that had different OTC meds and was really condescending. My husband has some health issues and I can't get him sick. If it's viral the antibiotic won't work anyway but if it's not, it will and that means I'll be better much sooner and there's less risk of getting him sick. She said she could be persuaded to prescribe one and did. But why did I have to advocate for that? I love this place, whenever I come here, the people are amazing. I've never seen this Dr before and I will not be returning because I don't ever want to go through this again. I left this Urgent Care crying because of how I was treated.

From the moment I walked in, I felt more at ease than I ever have at a doctor's office. The facility is bright, clean, and modern -- it doesn't feel clinical or cold, which really helped ease my usual anxiety. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and clearly great at what they do. Scheduling was super simple, and I was able to get in without a long wait, which is such a rare win these days. While I was there, communication was clear and consistent, and I never felt rushed or brushed off. Dr. Diamond really listened. I've been trying to get to the bottom of some ongoing health concerns, and for the first time in a long time, I left an appointment feeling hopeful. I truly feel like I'm in good hands and that I finally have a primary care doctor who's going to help me get answers. Highly recommend Think -- especially if you're looking for compassionate, whole-person care.

Apparently someone mixed up my insurance information from the way it sounded; after I rebutted and requested more information about their claim. Instead of correcting their mistake, they blamed me, billing me instead of submitting it properly to the insurance companies. Very disheartening. Being refused care after being wrongly blamed by the receptionist was very disheartening. I knew that I didn't owe them any money. Then she claimed they use a third party billing agency, so there was nothing they could do about it, and I would have to go elsewhere for care. If I were them, I would re-think their billing strategy. And to think I had highly recommended their clinic in the past to others! Not any more. This is one of the reasons I won't submit care quality questionnaires after clinic visits anymore. One just never knows how they might be treated in the future. Bad experience. If they had handled the situation differently, and corrected their problem, or at least been willing to do so, I would have considered continuing giving them my business. The PA seemed good there. Makes me sad.

My insurance was billed $339.32 instead so I'm stuck with $192.55. I also refused a strep test (not an issue no symptoms of one other than a fever) due to my family never getting strep and she insisted after debating not doing it for 15 mins. Of course it was negative and I'm billed $42 for that too. Called the billing office and guess what I'm stuck with all of it. I will not be gong there again. Learned my lesson. The office/provider reeked of cigarette smoke with a large air purifier buzzing next to us. He was given a prescription left went to pick it up and the script she wrote was $500. It's not offered in a liquid with the exception of one pharmacy in Omaha. The pharmacist and myself had to track her down fast to get it changed to a $8 pill.
