The phone service to get a hold of someone is HORRIBLE!! Need better ways to help us make an appointment .

It was quick - I waited and it was quiet and I saw the doc and they sent me off quickly with my prescription sent ti my location of pick up! I was thankful I found this clinic for urgent care !

Lleve a esta clinica a mi novio en junio porque andaba muy mal con mucho dolores en la parte de…read morelos riñones tanto así que casi fuimos al hospital de emergencia se sentía débil con vomito y muy tembloroso el cuerpo. Fuimos aquí porq un amigo nos lo recomendó, cuando nos vio el doctor después de esperar 30 min después de la hora de la cita pautada mi primera impresión fue que el doctor se miraba muy pero muy cansado (eran casi las 4 pm) asta pena me dio la verdad, pero pues seguimos el iso las preguntas usuales nosotros le dijimos q temíamos q fueran los riñones también su vesícula estaba dando problemas el recomendó unos examenes de sangre y recetó unas pastillas para el dolor y otras para la digestión?? (Cobraron $36 por es bote ) las cuales las puedes ordenar en Amazon, le tomaron la sangre y nos mandaron a casa días después nos llamaron para decir que todo salio "bien" ?? Pedí ver los resultados y fuimos a agarrar una copia al ver eso me fije que el LABORATORIO avía puesto un comentario " specimen received UNSPUN OR POORLY SPUN. results may be compromised " llame el laboratorio y ellos me aclararon lo q era ; y es que los de la clínica no batieron la sangre COMO DEVERIAN antes de mandarsela ,los del laboratorio claramente me explicaron q ESO NO ESTA bien y por eso ellos no pueden con certeza decir q los resultados son correctos!!! Me quedé en shock llame la clínica y pedí q si por favor podrían re aser los exámenes ya q no confiabamos en esos resultados ; creo que no era algo ilógico lo que estábamos pidiendo pero ellos no lo vieron de esa manera !! Querían q pasáramos extra $150 para aser los exámenes de nuevo ! (Cuestan $36 si los ordenas en linea y bas directo al laboratorio "requesttest.com") hable como con 3 personas y no llegamos a nada si valoras tu salud as tu tarea y averigua bien no tomes solo lo q dice el medico educate y pide ver los resultados! Casi $200 a la basura

Fast forward a year later, after numerous calls and visits, she finally received her results--results that were already a year old. Naturally, my sister requested new tests, as outdated results are irrelevant to her current health concerns. However, when discussing her results, her concerns were downplayed by the doctor. To add insult to injury, despite the fact that my sister has been battling depression and a vitamin deficiency linked to her condition, her request for a retest or a refund was met with derision. Eduardo Espinoza, the clinic's administrator, responded to her request with a condescending chuckle, dismissively stating they could not accommodate her. Eduardo Espinoza's lack of professionalism and poor judgment is evident in the analogy he used to justify their negligence: "If you go to a tire shop and they only change three tires instead of four, would you expect them to replace all four a year later?" The obvious answer is, of course, yes! * Replacing only three tires when all four are worn can cause further issues, such as alignment problems. * The remaining bad tire could blow out, leading to a dangerous accident. * His analogy clearly implies that although the clinic acknowledges its mistake, they refuse to take responsibility for the consequences of their substandard service. I strongly advise seeking a different healthcare provider until this clinic addresses its lack of competent office management and its unacceptable handling of patient care. There IS a reason for the low rating on here.

Dr Stein and the medical staff were great. The admin and their system is where things seem to break…read moredown. They changed my first name to a letter. Literally. They claim they can't list me by my actual first name, because it's abbreviated on my insurance card. My insurance knows it's abbreviated and they have my full legal name. And even if their system is that complicated, there's no preferred name option? Really? So they will refer to me as a single letter instead of my actual name. I've never run into this problem before at a medical provider office and I've been to many using the same insurance card. Imagine being taken back to have a procedure done under anesthesia and the assistant you've never met tries to greet you but doesn't know what to call you because your name is missing on your paperwork, and it's just a letter. Imagine they try to call your driver back after you're done, and they don't know what to announce. Imagine you get texts after your procedure, referring to you as a single letter instead of your first name. That's exactly what happened, and I was really surprised. It's poor customer service. It creates confusion and discomfort when you're already in a vulnerable position. I work at a medical office and I can't imagine treating a patient like that. It's such a basic standard to call people by their name. I let the office know my concern and they said they can't do anything about it. I'll go elsewhere next time.

Tried to bill me for service after procedure, called the billing service, after them checking on…read moreit said it was a mistake. This was in March of 2025. It is now Sept. And got a call from a collection agency and they are trying to collect the amount. Call doctor office back and told them and they said they would have someone investigate it and get back to me. Looks like I might have to file a complaint with the AZ attorney general office that they are trying to extort money from me. My insurance company said that I do not own them anything. Stay away from them unless you want trouble.
