Good visit overall and loved the nurse practitioner. They were running a bit behind but once I was called back there were no issues. Picked up some prescriptions and was seen for this cold that was not the Flu or Covid but had similar symptoms. It's a good option and decent care if you need to be seen and can't get into your primary but doesn't constitute urgent or emergency care.

This allowed me to get off of work, drive to the location, check in using the code they provided and be seen in a timely fashion. Unlike a typical appointment at a doctor's office where delays are the norm, I was greeted 5 minutes early and the appointment began exactly at the promised time. I provided my driver's license and proof of insurance and she explained all that would be tested and how the tests would be conducted. My exam checked all of the boxes, saved me a great deal of time and my results were immediate and printed for my future records.

Nobody likes coming to an urgent care, because not only is it expensive but your own physician…read morecouldn't treat you in the time frame you needed to be seen too. So you go to the urgent care as instructed. You present them with your drivers license and insurance card. Then wait for about 10-15 minutes for you name to be called to go into one of the examination rooms. Once you've entered the examination room the nurse (RN) prompts you with some general questions like what is your height and weight? You go through and answer all her questions so that the physician on call can treat your condition you've come in for. What I like that Ohio Health Urgent Care has that you all may not be aware of is they just got the EMR which is an electronic medical record system that the physician can just look through the computer and see what's wrong with you and that system stores your information. In the past you used to have the paper based records which was so hard because the nurse filled out everything on a piece of paper and then your doctor would have to read through that to understand how to treat you. I personally love the EMR and it's been really effective when I visit any doctor that has upgraded to it. Therefore, I give this urgent care a four star review for not only utilizing the EMR but also EPIC to help treat my skin condition I came in with. Plus they called in my prescription automatically to my CVS Pharmacy which was so helpful.

Malpractice! Saw Dr. Jared Judson, he lied about what was discussed in his MyChart notes. He asked if I wanted antibiotics and I stated no and he sent them to my pharmacy anyways. Asked 3 times during my visit if I was allergic to anything. Lying on documentation is illegal, do NOT see him.
