OSU Outpatient Care East - The rooms are a tad tight with the conductivity station (the dark device at the left) lots of diagrams, which are helpful.

Review for Lab Work/Laboratory Services. I don't think Monday morning's are the best time to run in…read morefor lab work. Parking was a challenge but was happy to find a space open up a little closer, it's hit or miss, and sometimes you have to walk up from the end of the lot. This visit was good aside from the wait time. Check-in and registration were some but had an existing order which sped things up. Wait time was about 43 mins but service was friendly and once I was back there it took no time. Quality if care was good. I like the convenience of this location but this location can be busy at times.

The medical facility has a large parking lot which is free but that lot...it is nothing short of horrendous. The lanes between parking are so very narrow and the lanes are also NOT one way which at times is problematic. Not nearly enough handicap spots however, the number falls within the legal reserved amount. The entrance doors are automatic. Thats a huge plus. There is a nice welcome desk and appointment check in space with ample seating. I had been to this location before renovation and post renovation it is much cleaner looking which made me feel more comfortable. Hall directional signs have improved too. I didnt get lost and needed no assistance finding neurology. Check in went smooth, the attendant was very polite and friendly. Waiting room was comfortable and clean. Took less than five minutes to get my room. Bonus! Was seen by tech immediately. The conductivity test was run by tech and then when it got more complex by doctor. Both medical staff members were excellent and explained everything very well. Highly recommend the caregivers and the neurology depaetment... the location, well...Meh. Try to get one of the newer buildings. I felt my car would get backed into or dinged while I I was inside as the parking is too tight. (But car was fine.)

I'm here to update my review because years later, I myself needed to have a procedure done and my…read moreoriginal review was regarding my grandmother. I had to have corrective foot surgery early this year and this was the facility my podiatrist operated out of. I arrived at the butt crack of dawn and was one of the first patients to get registered for the day. The entire process was very smooth and swift and the staff from start to finish were great. The waiting rooms were clean with a ton of space and my mom was comfortable while she waited on me. Once back in pre op I felt like I was in great hands. The nurses and doctors made sure I was comfortable and even made a few jokes to help me relax as I was fairly anxious. Once I came out of anesthesia they didn't waste time helping me get home... which can sometimes be a pain in the butt. Overall, I had a great experience. I was a little weary at first just because the building looks a little grimy from the outside but, never judge a book by it's cover. Thanks for taking good care of me.

Was honestly hesitant to go here or recommend at first given previous encounters but this location has grown on me a bit. There is plenty of parking and easy in and out of the hospital and area. There is a difference between the Emergency Room Entrance and the Regular Hospital entrance for appointments and procedures. They also have a cool Patient Tracking display as well if you are there for a patient. I will still be selective when I choose to go here and for what but I think it depends on who you interact with that has the most impact.

Parking lot is a hot mess and hard to navigate in. Has ample handicapped spots but, fair warning,…read moremost of the people here appear to be handicapped as the spots are usually taken and dont turn over quickly. The regular spots are tight/narrow. (Both in width and in regards to backing out of). People fly in this lot, so be careful. The building itself is older. Its near the city so its a bit of a hike for me and not my favorite OSU location, mainly due to the lot. They have renovated the inside of the building and it looks better than it had five years ago but still many walls are painted in a dismal institutional beige. Checking in is easy. There is a front dest. She routes you to a numbered stall where your information is verified. Then they give you directions to find your docs practice location. Tip: If they tell you go to the Brutus hallway that is aka as "to the right" of the front desk. I saw my sports doc here for an ankle injury: Dr Anthony. He is definitely 5+ stars. He is very good at listening to what is bothering you as well as he is examining/diagnosing/treating the injury. So far, I have avoided surgery, but he does that as well. . Highly recommend him as I have been seeing him since before 2020. He has multiple offices.... Usually see him in New Albany.

Of course, every patient has to make their own decision, but I do not recommend this physician to anyone's care. We all have moments where we are not having our greatest day, but should never be brought to work. Always care for others, and of course, patients should always show respect to staff as well.
