Been twice. CNPs have both been helpful, pleasant, efficient and experienced. Will definitely go again.

I walked in and it was about 5:30 PM and there was no one at the front desk. I waited almost 10…read moreminutes for somebody to emerge from the back. The waiting room is empty and when she emerged from the back, I asked her how long the wait would be before I could get an x-ray on my hand and she goes ma'am, I can't tell you that. I said I'm just asking are there a lot of patients back there or is it going to be a really long wait to be seen by the provider? Then there was a male that came out and asked why are you in such a hurry? Where's the fire? I said I just have plans that I need to get to and I was just wondering how long the wait was gonna be. He said sign in and we will see you when we see you. Now. I've been here before and I've not had any issues, but today they need a serious attitude adjustment and they need to learn what professionalism is because no one had it. They were completely disrespectful from the moment I walked in until the moment I turned around and said I'm not gonna be seen by somebody that's like that. If they're being this disrespectful with me just asking if it was going to be a long wait, how disrespectful are they going to be examining my broken hand? Update: Hand is broken. Need to see a hand specialist and the ER got me in, x-rayed and seen by a provider in 25 minutes!! I won't waste my time... should there be a next time... going to an urgent care when I get full service and zero disrespect at the ER.

I went here on a Friday evening before their closing time. I was seen within ten minutes and I was…read moreglad I went here. The staff were friendly and polite. Got out in 45 min. Overall a clean and efficient place. I would recommend this to anyone.

I have been to the Little Clinic many times when I'm not able to get an appointment at my regular…read moredoctor's office. I visited for suspected bronchitis, which I tend to get every fall. I was very impressed on this visit by the time and attention of Nurse Practitioner Angelina Fiszlewicz gave me. She spent plenty of time listening to my concerns about my current illness and identifying appropriate medications based on my history. In previous years for the same issue, I've had other healthcare providers turn me away without meds (saying it's a virus - tough it out) or prescribe multiple courses of unnecessary antibiotics. I would highly recommend Ms. Fiszlewicz! However, be aware you should avoid the Kroger pharmacy at all costs! They are clearly understaffed and overworked right now, but they are totally inept. I spent over an hour waiting in lines over 3 separate visits within 24 hours, and still had to go to CVS for 1 of 4 meds!

I went here thinking I was having another round of shingles on my left side and was hoping to get…read moresome antivirals. I was told it "definitely wasn't shingles" and that they were some sort of bug bites. I went home and by the end of the day the blotches started getting bigger and started spreading. Into the next early morning more blisters had started to emerge as well so I went out to the hospital and sure enough I had shingles again. This time I was diagnosed with disseminated shingles which can affect more than one dermatome. Apparently she had written it off as not shingles because it was not in one localized area. If she had taken a closer look she would have seen some of the patches already had small blisters. I would not recommend this is my second time using The Little Clinic and both times were not pleased with the services. The staff seemed nice I do have to say but don't seem to be that knowledgeable. Maybe they would be better if you had a simple cold or something?
