The clinic is clean, the staff gets you in quickly, and they're always very helpful. Today's visit was especially great thanks to Mary Ann Reveles, FNP-BC. She was not only incredibly kind, but also very knowledgeable and genuinely compassionate about how I was feeling. She took the time to listen, didn't rush the appointment, and gave me a clear plan to help get me back on the mend. I told them that wouldn't work because of the time frame THEY gave me the women on the phone said "oh she didn't mention that to me" so the communication between staff is a complete joke she then placed me on hold for roughly 15 minutes after that they told me I can continue with my original appointment time I arrive at my appointment and the women takes is Billy test incorrectly and received a false reading and which warranted a visit to the hospital for a blood draw they sent me with lab paperwork I got my baby's blood drawn to find out the number was a lot lower then the incorrect reading they took they also were supposed to call me back with the results since they ordered the labs the hospital wasn't supposed to release the information to me she then calls me an hour or so later asking if I went to the hospital I told her yes we are already home she said okay I will call back with the lab results I never received a call back it was on Friday which means they were comfortable leaving me and my newborn without his lab results until Monday... I've never really critiqued anything medical or healthcare but this time, I'm going to share my 2 cents about this facility. A friend can recite most of the benefits and highlights that distinguishes Kaiser from other health insurance options so I decided to visit this facility to validate his arguments. Their satellite facility is a one stop shop for anything medical: physicians, pharmacy, radiology, cat scans and specialty medicine. I was impressed by the articulation of services and the ease with which you secure an appointment, app on your phone and if you're GP is not available, you can choose form a list of others to make it as soon as today? Wow! So, he came for a diagnosis and got his clinical interventions the same day: blood tests, scans, medications, consultations, etc. What makes this Kaiser Satellite Clinic different is the ease, convenience and unison with which healthcare is administered, it certainly benefits the patients, immeasurably. I can't comment on other things except on the experiences I gleaned from my family's visit to his general practitioner at Kaiser for this critique. His doctor was a little insensitive to his thoughts and rude in a way, arrogant during the conversations. So, choose the kindest of the doctors and ignore or stay away from the others who thinks that their clinical interventions are absolute!

The girls at the front desk were very nice, polite, and patient even though they had to deal with an exhausted and overheated momma trying to juggle the unhappy four year old. The wait was a little long, but it's an urgent care, and even though there were three people in front of me, I think they got my son in in less than an hour. The doctor who saw him was wonderful and listened to my concerns. My little guy is relatively healthy and this was his first infection and round of antibiotics. He has since finished his round of antibiotics and is all better.

I check with the cashier and give him my name for the order. He handed me the picture and I went to explore the store. I went to the beverage aisle and got two soda bottle because they were on sale. I used the self checkout which was simple. After I put in my number and paid, it give me a long receipt of the bill and a bunch of coupons.
