I stopped by this CVS to pick up my photo order printout. I uploaded my photo through the mobile app and used my TMobile Tuesday coupon for it. After submitting my order request, it was ready within the hour. I found parking easily in the plaza this store is in. When I came, it was the morning so not a lot of people inside the store. I check with the cashier and give him my name for the order. He handed me the picture and I went to explore the store. I went to the beverage aisle and got two soda bottle because they were on sale. Sorry but, I hate this stupid store. I try really really hard to support physically local businesses but no can do on this one! Every time I've been in here there is always some type of avoidable hassle. Having to ask the, mumbling expressionless person who is STILL WEARING A STUPID MASK while talking through a piece of plexiglass to repeat everything they've said 2 and 3 times making young me seem stupid, feeble or deaf when it's THEM. Staff is icy cold and highly impersonal. Unfriendly. Not big on eye contact. There is a tremendous disconnect and it's very weird. NOT A FAN! It just became easier to have prescriptions to the door with Amazon Pharmacy. This CVS pharmacy hasn't really reflected on the very low ratings it's been getting from their own customers. Sad to see this happening all over again. So, I dropped by to pick up some meds and wasn't sure I had a meds that wasn't familiar to me. The pharmacy assistant/clerk suggested for me to see the Pharmacy on duty. Here was a Latina lady who was perhaps not in the mood to represent the drugstore. With a straight face and no emotions when I asked what the medication for, said in a very rude manner, ...it's for... and then coldly directed in a very rude way of saying it to the assistant within hearing distance, "return it!" Am not really sensitive that much but why act disrespectfully in the presence of your customers? This CVS store seems to have the lowest rating among all the store in this area and it's not news anymore. Whoever is the franchise owner here needs to hire those people who really want to work NOT just anyone! read more

Absolutely horrible experience. This place has some of the worst customer service I've ever encountered. First, there's no AC, and they're constantly out of basic items you'd expect a pharmacy to have. Second, the pharmacists are incredibly rude.....always passive-aggressive and dismissive. It honestly feels like they don't want to help you at all. On top of that, it's always busy, and prescriptions take forever to be filled. There's no sense of urgency or care for customers' time. The head pharmacist, RUPA, was extremely disrespectful, and the second manager, ANA, was even worse....unfriendly, unprofessional, and clearly unhappy to be there. I picked up a prescription in December and took a card that said Get $10 off $20 coupon when you get vaccinated at CVS. There was no expiration date on the card so I made an appointment(1-6-2026) and went in for my vaccine. After receiving my shot I asked for my coupon. The woman who gave me the shot said that had expired but there would be a $5 off coupon later in the month. Forget them. Read some of the negative reviews, decided to try CVS anyway. Called 6/13, confirmed CVS accepts GoodRx coupons (most pharmacies do, and anyone can use them). Had my wife's 3-month (90 tablet) supply prescription sent over. Called and confirmed CVS received it, and that we'd be using GoodRx coupon ($45.91 cash, $0.51 per pill). Pharmacist (I believe her name was Anna) on phone was a little short, and felt like she was trying to hold back from being rude. Wife tries to pickup medication 6/14, but CVS billed our insurance for 1-month (30 tablet) supply, and CVS wants $200-something for it (over $6.67 per pill - yes, the math is correct, over 13x more). Call CVS again, pharmacist on phone is more pleasant and helpful to speak with than Anna the day before. Again, explain this is a 90-day prescription, not 30, and we are using GoodRx, not insurance (obviously due to pricing discrepancy for exact same medication). Pharmacist says she'll change everything over to cash (using GoodRx). Wife is able to pickup 3-month (90 tablet) supply for $45.91 on 6/15, using GoodRx. However, she never wants to go back in there again (and I never told her about all the negative reviews until after she experienced it herself). Pharmacist was rude, and angry and made a big deal out of having to change everything over in the system from insurance to cash (which the lady from 6/14 told me she would do). Cashier was also unpleasant. Wife prefers to pay more next time and get her medication from a better pharmacy. If you don't like your job, or your employer, find another. Why put customers through whatever your experiencing? And, is there no one at CVS corporate paying attention to reviews, and can deal with these ongoing issues? Seems like there are a lot of CVS pharmacies with very similar reviews, so maybe this is a CVS culture issue? EDIT: Wife confirmed it was Anna who assisted her. Wow. I'm blown away by the lack of professionalism at the pharmacy counter. My regular birth control prescription was fulfilled at this incorrect CVS location (thank goodness this is NOT my regular pharmacy). I simply asked that they ensure my next prescription be fulfilled at my regular location or even mail it to me. The pharmacist responded with such an attitude to state "you're going to have to talk to your doctor, it's not our job". I regularly pick up my prescriptions from the Target CVS- GO THERE! In addition to the unprofessional, the store itself is a mess. It's unorganized, dirty, and clearly the associates do not take pride in their store. Never again. read more

I've gone here for my 2 booster shots, and I have to say, it was handled with great ease and professionalism. One has to jump through a variety of annoying hoops to get these appointments by answering a bunch of questions online, not the easiest, but once the appt. is approved and set, and then we show up at the pharmacy, the rest is easy peasy. No matter how many people are at the pharmacy dealing with prescriptions, the booster shots are handled in the pharmacy area, but I believe it's someone who is solely designated to handled the covid vaccinations because I've gotten in and out in a matter of a few minutes (not including the post-vaccination waiting period). This last visit, I was going to make an unrelated purchase for some contact lens solutions, but when I saw the prices, I gasped. They were $5 more per item than at Target. Guess what I didn't purchase at CVS. Jeeeez. For my covid booster experiences, I was going to award all 5 stars, but seeing how they're charging way too much and don't need to be, I took off 1 star. read more

Very short and rude when talking to us. The only reason we came here was because our pharmacy was closed. We had left this pharmacy for the same reason years ago. I was told all my prescriptions would be ready by today and I can't ever get a hold of them. I came yesterday to get some dental floss and buy one get one free chromium. Place was not busy and the cashier was fast and efficient. I would never use the pharmacy after my experience here last time, but the store itself has a nice selection of products. I really should have read the reviews before sending my prescription here. I recently moved into the area and this is the closest cvs to my house. I came to pick up my prescription from another Cvs but my insurance information wasn't transferred with it for some unknown reason. The pharmacist at the pick up window let me know that my insurance wasn't transferred and that I could pay $110 to pick up my prescription, my prescription is completely covered by my insurance. When I told her that my prescription is usually covered and if it's possible to look it up she dismissed me and said to go to drop off and speak to them. It was very rude. I've since called a new pharmacy to get my prescription transferred, they helped me find a coupon to get my refill. read more

I would not go to this place to speak to the pharmacy representative named Ana she is extremely rude and disrespectful unprofessional and has no empathy for her elders. A simple help of guidance for a product was not available at the pharmacy shelves where she handles her Covid test she stated my mothers insurance doesn't cover the COVID test that we needed that was over the counter the lack of informing me & my mother that the counter in the front of the store has it. It Was extremely disappointing as she insisted on having my mother pay the one that wasn't covered. She didn't feel it was correct to inform us that there was a possibility that the insurance would cover the front COVID test, "which it did btw. Your average CVS pharmacy. Nothing too special to report here. The store is usually pretty empty, but at least it's clean and has wide aisles. I don't fill my prescriptions here, so I can't comment on the actual pharmacy part. There's parking right in front if you get lucky, but that's rare.
