I had been at an ER on 10 January for a nose bleed that was over 4 hours in duration. They performed a chemical cauterization. The PA who attended on the 15th, without even a cursory examination said nothing there, probably just the area scabbing up. Use a cotton ball soaked in Afrin if it starts bleeding again. The attached is what came out 2-days later when I blew my nose. Yes, that's a wad of gauze roughly 1.5" in length x .75" in diameter. So much for a thorough examination. Probably should have been concerned when I blew my nose in the waiting room, producing a few tissues covered in blood and asked for a SHARPS container to put the blood soaked tissue into it and all I got was blank looks. How does a building full of medical professionals NOT know what a SHARPS container is? Interesting that this has been posted for 14 days now and not a pip out of anyone from CityDoc. Maybe an attorney out there could provide some guidance...?

This is by far the worst CareNow clinic I've ever been to…read more First, I called earlier this week regarding scheduling of an employment required drug test, where I was told no appointment was necessary since it would be quick. FALSE. Today, Thursday, I checked for available appointments online and the bookings were wide open for drug tests. I showed up around 3:20, scanned the QR Code at the unmanned front desk, and completed the registration where I received a wait time and Que in line for 4:44. TWO HOURS LATER (from 3:25), the person at the front desk then tells me I needed to ALSO check in with her.... WHY???? I was already checked in and in the Que. Nevertheless, upon this happening, I still waited over 30 minutes. Once I was called back for the test, I was told to observe all the signs in the bathroom. "Don't flush toilet" and "Go outside the restroom to wash your hands once the specimen has been given to the assistant." There was UNFLUSHED PEE in the toilet from a previous donor and pee alllllll over the floor. Grossed out as I was, I proceeded with the task and gave my speciman to the employee, then washed my hands. I asked her if she knew there was other peoples unflushed pee in the toilet and she responded "Noooo...???" That breaks all protocols and the purpose of having participants not flush, by the way. Then I told her it was also all over the floor. Baffled at this point, I was told to retrieve my belongings from the drawer and then sign the confirmation of my test using their electronic pen that only God knows how many people have touched that surely hasn't been sanitized. Upon reaching for the drawer, the handle was sticky and that's when I about lost it. I left the drawer open and immediately went back to wash my hands AGAIN. This location is absolutely terrible. The one, and I mean one, positive I will give them is that the staff was not rude. I could tell the front desk lady was used to how things are run. Will I use this specific clinic again? Absolutely not.

I took my first COVID-19 test today at this HealthCareClinics location. Overall, they do the job,…read morebut I plan on visiting another clinic in the future. Pros: - I received my results within an hour of leaving my appointment. Other locations take multiple hours or even days. - Customers shouldn't have any trouble parking in their spacious lot. - Their lobby enforces social distancing, which includes chairs spanning into their hallways. - I found their receptionists courteous, and they processed my co-pay quickly. Cons: - They had my correct health information on file, but they couldn't process it, initially. (The clinic should've rechecked before calling me twice.) - To better enforce social distancing, the clinic could've processed payment over the phone instead of in person, and they didn't use gloves when handling my ID or credit card. - I arrived at 11:30 am and didn't get my test until 12:15 pm. - After receiving the test, they closed the door, and I sat there for twenty minutes. I then went into the hallway to ask a nurse if I could leave, and she said yes. In conclusion, would I go here again to receive another COVID-19 test? Maybe. I appreciate their quick turnaround time, but I plan on visiting another clinic in the future.

Covid testing review:…read more Good experience.I really liked my doctor who did the test, its a very unpleasant test but she made it as nice as it could be. She was really nice and answered all my questions and was very informative. Making the appt was very easy. You check in online and they call you with openings. I was able to go in at 7:45 pm, which was convenient for me. Results for antibody testing took 6 days, covid took 9. I was symptomless and had been exposed to a positive person so I just self isolated during those days, so the results do take a while but that is expected in the current climate. The doctor personally calls you with your results but you can get them faster on quest/labcorp.

I guess they get to choose what people get to do in there what people get to say. I went in there for a steroid shot that I get once a year at the same location and now they're telling me that I wasn't able to get it they also made me pay before they told me they couldn't give me the shot, which I don't understand. When I asked they acted confused. Also, they make you wear a mask. I don't even think it's corporate requirements because the receptionist and the assistance were not wearing them, but they make the customers. Then they wipe everything down right in front of you acting like you have Covid bro all I had was allergies. Plus there parking sucks there's never no where to park!
