When Ashley PeSek, PA told me I shouldn't have gone to the ER and should've come to them instead, it completely dismissed the reality of what I was going through. I didn't go to the ER for no reason -- I went because All Care isn't open 24/7. I was getting worse, I couldn't sleep, and I was genuinely scared. I would've gone to urgent care, but they have the same limited office hours. When I tried to express to Ashley PeSek, PA the PTSD I've developed from previous medical encounters, I never expected her response to be, "You need to take accountability." That hit me hard. Yes, I went to the ER and eventually got the medication I needed, but only because the ER helps you first -- before asking if you're paying with debit, credit, or cash. I couldn't afford the prescription beforehand. The allergic reaction I had wasn't minor -- it came from an unknown source and caused painful, pus-filled welts that made it hard to even get out of bed. Still, she downplayed it -- questioning what the ER doctor said and reducing it to mosquito bites. I'm 21 years old. I know what mosquito bites feel like, and that wasn't it. Her response shook me because Jessica Agwumaro, PA and Dr. Osehotue Okojie would never treat me like that. They have always shown me compassion, respect, and understanding. They never judged me, and they always listened. They diagnosed conditions that other doctors overlooked, prescribed the right treatment, and helped me get better -- both physically and emotionally. So yes, I'll take accountability for not going to pick up the medication right away -- but let's be honest: accountability doesn't pay hospital bills. It doesn't buy prescriptions when you're sick, broke, and out of work. It doesn't ease the weight of medical debt. I don't live a luxurious life -- I'm just trying to survive. I'm not saying All Care is a bad clinic. In fact, I've had some truly positive experiences there, and both Dr. Okojie and Jessica Agwumaro, PA are outstanding providers. They're even listed on the clinic's website -- unlike Ashley PeSek, PA, who isn't. But I can't ignore how her care made me feel: dismissed, belittled, and emotionally drained. What I experienced with Ashley PeSek, PA felt cold, lacking empathy, and out of touch with the reality many patients face -- especially those of us who don't have a financial safety net. I'm not asking for anyone to lose their job. I just wish providers like her were required to receive more cultural competence training and psychological sensitivity education -- especially when working with vulnerable and marginalized patients. After that appointment, I sat in my car and cried. I had come in to get my FMLA paperwork filled out and was blindsided when I was told it would cost $100 per page, on top of my $65 copay. I had only brought $100, thinking that would cover everything -- and found out it wouldn't even be enough to get one page done. None of it was covered by insurance. I've been on sick leave with no income, and I've already spent everything I have on hospital visits and medication. Being told that I shouldn't have gone to the ER, or that I should've had my 17-year-old brother pick me up to get my prescription -- when the truth is I simply couldn't afford it -- was deeply hurtful. I didn't say all of that in the moment because I was already explaining I couldn't afford the FMLA paperwork. I was overwhelmed, ashamed, and emotionally exhausted. But even if I had gone into full detail, nothing should have justified the lack of compassion I felt in that room. That appointment wasn't just disappointing -- it was emotionally damaging. So no, I don't want a follow-up visit because I simply cannot afford it, nor do I have the emotional capacity for it. read more

Money hungry. Won't do a woman's wellness and annual in 1 visit, you have to schedule two different visits (aka, 2 co pays just for that). Was charged as an office visit to get lab results read to me (another co pay). I received a womans test and had a follow up phone visit scheduled for results; I inquired about yet ANOTHER co-pay and was told yes, it would be considered an office visit (another co-pay). I asked were my results abnormal and was told they weren't--so I requested the follow up visit to be canceled. I guess they were going to charge me ANOTHER co-pay to tell me results were normal? Again, money hungry. I had a question about being billed to review labs in the office and was told the MD would be in touch; never heard from him. So yet another SUPRISE co-pay for having the PA read to me a CBC and metabolic panel (yeah, I didn't need you to do that, I just wanted a copy). Speaking of, I never seen the MD in the office in the short time I went. It was always the PA; and although I'm open to be seen by a PA, it shouldn't be everytime I go. Front desk staff should speak lower (not just here, but in most clinics). Stop hollering at people when confirming information or discussing sensitive information over the phone. All I'm missing is their name, and I'd know their whole medical history in some cases. Yall are 4 syllables from a WHOLE HIPPA violation (and yes, I'll report it in a heartbeat). Unprofessional. On a positive note, I never waited more than 10 mins post my appointment to be seen and I love how accessible they make everything through their portal. Great practices there...but... I'll be switching PCPs cause they're ripping everyone off. It may be only a "co pay" to me, but I also see what you're charging my insurance company for this ridiculousness. I was happy to find a black PCP . Unfortunately the service is horrible . No real medical support or guidance. Don't take walk-ins so don't get sick and want to be seen. You'll have to go to urgent care. Not open on Saturdays as advertised. I had to call to remind the front office workers to send a referral MULTIPLE times. The doctor only works 1-2 days a week so you'll likely see a nurse. Oh, and they don't review previous notes so you'll have to remind them of everything each visit. Try at your own risk. read more

First visit with Dr O went well. I had a follow up visit and was scheduled with the PA. I'm upset the entire visit with the PA because Dr O was to address certain issues from my first visit. Who wants to start all over, not me. Not to mention I'm driving 35 miles into downtown Dallas. I made a 3rd follow up with Dr O specifically for 11am. The office opens at 9am. I arrived at 10:40am, only to be told Dr O is not in. No one called me to see if I wanted to reschedule. No one could explain why! Now I'm even more upset. Does (she) Dr O not see patients after your initial visit and then hand off to her just PA. If I wanted to see a PA, I wouldn't drive 35 miles from my house. Online it says they are open till 4, I arrived before 1 and they said that they close at lunch and stop seeing patients. I said but you're open till 4? They said yes but we don't accept patients after lunch. Makes no sense and is not helpful as an URGENT CARE facility. Will not be back. read more

I was referred by a friend and decide to go seem them. I have seen all three drs. and they are all amazing!!!! I have never had drs. care not only for my physical health but my mental health like they do here at. Yes, there times I have to wait but its all worth it especially when I know they are looking over my records and take the time to access them for my better care!!!! So first time here n to say personally that Hispanic front desk chick was off the top rude. She made sure to emphasize the fee of 75 dollars for a papsmear I never gotBut then again Dr O was totally nice and personable. The thing that gets me is my intuition told me to research this place n it is nothing but bad juju. Like I really thought I was going to feel comfortable being a new client, but first impression of how snappy that chick was made me second think on how that isn't the energy for me .Besides I left without getting what I needed done(papsmear) aka a schedule for later.So no way will I be going back thereI work in the HR dept n customer service with me is a big deal. A good clinic with amazing care givers. It was by coincidence few months ago that I meet Ms. Jessica (PA) in this clinic who started caring for my 25 plus years of diabetes struggles. Her treatment plan for me has greatly improved my management of diabetes more than my previous health care provider/specialists. I am impressed my daily blood sugar range has come down tremendously. Ms. Jessica is kind hearted and a knowledgeable care giver. I feel privileged to be under her care. read more

I've been going to All Care Clinic for almost 5 years, and there is a reason for that. THEY CARE. Both Dr. Okojies are wonderful and Jessica (the PA) is a perfect addition. As a person in healthcare myself, I can say with confidence that Dr. Okojie is one of the best. She always ensures her care is up to date with the latest recommendations and guidelines. She also has great bedside manner and is incredibly kind. During each visit she checks in with me and goes out of her way to recall details of our previous conversation, which is impressive given the multitude of patients she sees. It is rare for me to post a review, but the service and professional bed side manner at all care prompted Me . The first thing I noticed was the ample number of free parking spaces. If you know the area you understand how hard to find that is. Secondly the girl at the window greeted me with a smile even though I was five min. Late. I was ushered to the back and my annual physical started. Now I go to the doctor every few months for the same nagging problem. My lowbp and body temp make it impossible to take blood but the nurse laid me down to insure I didn't pass out. I was then introduced to the doc. Who addressed all my issues and even explained why I have pain and swelling. Now I've quit my job and exercise routine due to extreme pain and this is the first doc to schedule x-rays and a follow up.!! Five star review. And did I mention how clean it is? read more

BEWARE. I showed up for an annual checkup and they charged me $120 up front for some nefarious condition from last year's checkup. I was told I would be refunded if there was nothing to test (there wasnt) and they never gave me my money back. The owner actually threatened to sue me for my review. The insurance company (Blue Cross) has never heard of a doctor charging up front for anything before an annual check up. read more
