And NOT once have I had to have my referral faxed over, it was automatically in the system and then everything would carry on as normal but that wasn't the case and they also violated HIPPA by having me speak about what I needed to be seen for in front of patients in the waiting area. The short chubby lady who is supposedly the head nurse was RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL to not only me but also my medical advisor and it was pretty clear that no help was going to be provided. I have never been treated so poorly before in a medical facility.

Portal emails (that were supposed to be returned in 72 hrs according to the contract) were not responded to and I was "bumped" from an appointment when I showed up. I had to file TWO Amex claims for unauthorized charges. supplements "prescribed" were previously recommended by another holistic practitioner ,so they were nothing new. Was trying to avoid surgery, but ended up having to have it a year later. They did nothing to help me. I'm so disappointed I wasted my time and thousands of dollars on these people.
