And NOT once have I had to have my referral faxed over, it was automatically in the system and then everything would carry on as normal but that wasn't the case and they also violated HIPPA by having me speak about what I needed to be seen for in front of patients in the waiting area. The short chubby lady who is supposedly the head nurse was RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL to not only me but also my medical advisor and it was pretty clear that no help was going to be provided. I have never been treated so poorly before in a medical facility.

Unfortunately will not see Active Duty Military with a Tricare referral number. You would need to…read morego to your base to get additional paperwork. As a military recruiter, my base is in Georgia. Called Tricare back and was seen down the street 3 min away without an issue. Last thing a person hurting needs is to jump over a bunch of red tape bureaucracy. I will say the ladies at the counter were friendly but the rules are just unfortunate.

Concerned not only with my physical health, but my financial health, as well, we did a flu test (NEGATIVE!) and decided I had a sinus infection. It was coded incorrectly, and I asked them to resubmit to insurance with the correct code. They ignored me. But I'm complaining about this particular office. I understood that they couldn't see me, but they didn't have to be so rude about it. The person actually closed the window on me. I didn't raise my voice or use any inappropriate language. I was just expressing my frustration with the company.

They close at 8:30. Not only was the staff rude to me but the nurse practitioner was totally rude to the front desk clerk for allowing me to start the check in process. With my wrist and arm swelling up by the second and the rest of me hurting from the fall, they asked me to leave and go to the hospital instead. I have never! My husband is a neurosurgeon.
