Once I was called back, the medical assistant triaged me and the provider came in pretty quickly thereafter. Great bedside manner and was really empathetic given how awful I felt. I was diagnosed, given a breathing treatment which really helped with my wheezing and shortness of breath. Rx were called into my pharmacy and I picked them up after my appointment. I would absolutely recommend seeking quick care here. I'm happy to know they're just down the street if I need them.

I was "diagnosed" with a sciatic problem but with some prescription the pain could be eased. When the time to wrap up came she left and sent the Medical Assistant to inform me that a urine sample of was needed to discard a kidney infection, but I was not able to provide such sample at that moment, so I offered her to give me a recipient so I did not need to wait there all the time. The answer was that I needed to wait for a decision on that. After 20 minutes the Assistant physician came back and told me that my option was accepted. I asked if she had sent the prescription to my pharmacy but the answer was no. She needed to complete the visit once I came back with the sample. One hour later, I was able to produce the sample she asked for and her verdict was that no kidney infection was found in their lab. So I asked why she did not send the prescription before since the sciatic problem, I could have gotten the medication and taken it but in the meantime the my excruciating pain did not ease. To confirm, I asked if she was a Dr because I am not sure about what her title meant. She replied three times with the same question, that I asked to confirm that I had not been cared for by a physician. She got very upset and told me that a report was going to be filled with her physician and left the room.I left after her and asked what was going to happen with the prescription and the answer was that since I am leaving there is no prescription to be filled. The paperwork when you check in is full of repeated questions, even in the same page on one of the forms. That process cost me 20 minutes. The assessment performed for the diagnostic some other 20 minutes plus another 20 waiting for the approval of my plan to do not wait in the office. All that time, since 0930AM till noon and came back home with the same pain and threat to fill up a report just because that person probably realized that something was not done the right way. Won't be there and won't recommend this office.

Went online to book an appointment at this location and understood there was a 2 hour wait time. I got a text telling me to head on in and my place in line would be held, right after booking so I was a little confused. When I arrived, there was no one in the waiting area. I checked in at the kiosk and waited. The NP, Sara, came out to see if I was there for an appointment and I let her know it said a 2 hour wait time. She checked her schedule and then got me in right away. She was super kind and wonderful bedside manner. Got through some pre-checks quickly and then did a Covid/strep/flu test. Pretty sure I was past the contagious period due to my symptoms being a few days ago. She had me wait in waiting area for about 10 minutes while she ran the labs. It all came back as negative and I was on my way. I think I was there for 25 minutes max. The quickness was wonderful but her demeanor made the visit better. Dr. Turner is exceptionally experienced and knowledgeable, he also has a great exam table side manner and made me feel better immediately with the treatment plan he provided.
