Once I was called back, the medical assistant triaged me and the provider came in pretty quickly thereafter. Great bedside manner and was really empathetic given how awful I felt. I was diagnosed, given a breathing treatment which really helped with my wheezing and shortness of breath. Rx were called into my pharmacy and I picked them up after my appointment. I would absolutely recommend seeking quick care here. I'm happy to know they're just down the street if I need them.

Urgent care cannot diagnose things beyond flu, covid, and other basic illnesses. They told me they couldn't do anything for me and to just go to the ER. They charge $30 upfront. After the appt, they sent another bill for $156. My low rating is to due to being charged $200 for a useless appt. Like most of US healthcare, they are a business.

Went online to book an appointment at this location and understood there was a 2 hour wait time. I got a text telling me to head on in and my place in line would be held, right after booking so I was a little confused. When I arrived, there was no one in the waiting area. I checked in at the kiosk and waited. The NP, Sara, came out to see if I was there for an appointment and I let her know it said a 2 hour wait time. She checked her schedule and then got me in right away. She was super kind and wonderful bedside manner. Got through some pre-checks quickly and then did a Covid/strep/flu test. Pretty sure I was past the contagious period due to my symptoms being a few days ago. She had me wait in waiting area for about 10 minutes while she ran the labs. It all came back as negative and I was on my way. I think I was there for 25 minutes max. The quickness was wonderful but her demeanor made the visit better.
