DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS CHAIN OF STORES! Both the management and the staff are liars. The manager, KC, at MM Ashland South found a receipt in her garbage stapled to a bag in which I had returned cans to the store. So she anonymously texted the number on the receipt and threatened to call the police because she was accusing us of dumping trash in the garbage. A member of her staff called her a b*tch (find that in your footage) when I told her about the incident and urged me to call corporate immediately on Sunday. I was going to turn the other cheek for the trangression of texting and threatening me anonymously but when I walked into her store today she called the police and lied to them accusing me of trash dumping. I live one block away. I have a trash can of my own. She lied and then Becca her corporate manager suported her in the lie claiming that because one receipt was found in their trash, that was admittance of the reason they called the police: trash dumping. So Minute Market is supportive of the staff lying to police about customers. I cannot think of a more heinous atmosphere. It is unconscionable to libel customers to law enforcement; completely antithetical to customer service. Training is needed but this company is so derelict, one can expect only low-lifes at MM.
Atached is a picture of an identical receipt from the same restaurant and the bag used for returning cans (we visit this restaurant weekly and we get the same bag and receipt weekly); Becca, the corporate manager, attempted to gaslight me saying that the bag wasn't big enough to hold cans. MM staff put the bag and receipt into their own dumpster and then called the police to threaten me because of their action. Again, so heinous of a business environment that it is literally not safe to trust these people at this company to behave in any way aligned with the journalistic truth: who, what, where, why, when, how. Answer those questions in any situation and you will find the truth. This company is pitiful. read more
